Blake Lively scored a massive victory against Justin Baldoni in her "It Ends With Us" legal war ... and she's feeling pretty damn fantastic about it, TMZ has learned.

A source close to Blake tells TMZ … the actress was feeling "grateful, vindicated and relieved" after the judge threw out the lawsuit filed by Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios on Monday morning.

We're told Blake's proud she stood strong and used her voice ... and thankful the judge saw through the other side's charade … and ruled Justin’s counterclaims can’t be used as retaliation.

Diddy's ex-girlfriend "Jane" is providing some interesting behind-the-scenes color in her testimony ... telling the jury she was with Diddy at his Miami estate when he got some bad news -- the Cassie beating video had just been released on national TV.

The woman testified Monday she was with Diddy at his Star Island home when the Cassie assault clip first aired on CNN in May 2024 ... and she said they first learned about it when there was a knock on their door.

Jane said one of Diddy's adult sons came to the bedroom and told his father, "Something happened." She told jurors Diddy then went to huddle with his team and his family, and she gave them space.

6/10 8:00 AM PT -- In an earlier version ... TMZ inaccurately reported that Justin Baldoni's lawyers filed a motion to dismiss Blake Lively's claims in her lawsuit.

Justin Baldoni just lost BIG in his legal war with Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds and The New York Times ... because all of his claims against them have been dismissed.

A judge threw out the lawsuits filed by Baldoni and his Wayfair production company Monday, according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, dealing a huge blow to the Baldoni camp.

As you know ... Justin and Wayfarer were suing Blake and Ryan for $400 million and the New York Times for $250 million, alleging defamation over an article about all the drama on the "It Ends With Us" movie set ... a story Baldoni alleged was a part of a smear campaign against him.

11:47 AM PT -- The temporary restraining order Taylor filed has been granted.

Taylor Swift says an ex-convict keeps showing up at her house uninvited, falsely claiming she's the mother of his child ... and she says he even changed the address on his driver's license to her Los Angeles residence.

The pop star beelined it to court Friday and filed for a temporary restraining order against a 45-year-old man named Brian Jason Wagner ... who he claims has been harassing her for years, starting when he was incarcerated.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Taylor claims Wagner showed up at her L.A. estate on consecutive days in May, asking to see her and telling her security team he was there to check on a friend ... which Taylor says is a bunch of baloney.

Police plan to take Travis Decker -- the Washington man accused of savagely killing his three young daughters -- alive when they track him down ... despite the military veteran's dangerous reputation, and the fact he's possibly armed.

Chelan County Sheriff Mike Morrison tells TMZ it's unclear if Decker has weapons ... but they are tracking him diligently and hope to come into contact with him soon ... and their Plan A is to detain him peacefully.

Of course, it's possible Decker will get aggressive with authorities -- and Morrison says any use of force by law enforcement to neutralize a threat "will be determined by what is reasonable and necessary at the time."

Diddy's ex-girlfriend "Jane" continued her testimony Monday, saying she told him she wanted to stop having sex with male escorts in hotel rooms ... while also telling jurors she texted Diddy, "I'm not a porn star. I'm not an animal."

The prosecution asked Jane about a text exchange between her and Diddy, apparently in 2023, while he was in New York City. She apparently pushed back on a request to visit Diddy in the city, claiming he just wanted her there for a "hotel binge," in her words.

She said she'd just seen a podcast in which Diddy described a 48-hour-long sex session on a yacht trip to an island near Miami. She said she'd seen on social media Diddy apparently took another girlfriend to the unnamed island.

A man is in custody after throwing hands with three cops in Fargo, North Dakota -- and the whole brawl was caught on wild video!

As you can see in the footage, 37-year-old Joseph Manitowabi goes full beast mode -- breaking free from three cops and landing punches to each of their faces … including a female officer.

The burly dude then bolts across the street -- but Fargo PD tells TMZ there was a quick pursuit before Manitowabi was caught and arrested for preventing arrest, assaulting three officers, meth possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sean "Diddy" Combs has a tense 24 hours ahead of him before finding out if his legal team will succeed in getting a mistrial declared in his federal sex trafficking and racketeering case.

Judge Arun Subramanian started out day 19 of the trial by announcing he will not rule on the defense's motion for mistrial until Tuesday.

As we reported, Diddy's attorneys filed docs Saturday, claiming the prosecution presented untrue testimony. Cassie Ventura testified earlier in the trial she had witnessed Diddy holding Bryana Bongolan over a balcony edge. But texts appear to show Cassie texted Kristina Khorram, a Diddy employee, that she didn't actually see the alleged incident but rather learned about it afterwards ... texting "I just found out some crazy sh**."

Prosecutors also entered into evidence photos of Bongolan's injuries, allegedly at the hands of Diddy from the balcony incident ... the photo metadata show they were taken on September 26, 2016 -- a date Diddy's team says their client was on the East Coast, on the other side of the country from where the alleged incident occurred, in L.A.

The jury room on the 26th floor of the Patrick Moynihan Federal Courthouse has the feel of a multimillion-dollar Manhattan penthouse apartment ... this is where 12 jurors and 6 alternates report for duty each day before going into the courtroom to hear testimony in the case of Sean "Diddy" Combs.

Staffers from the Executive Administrator’s Office at the SDNY United States Courts gave TMZ a tour.

The courtroom is one of six “special proceedings” courtrooms inside the courthouse in Lower Manhattan. The courtroom carpet is blue with a gold pattern -- an original from 1995, when the building opened.

Diddy's lawyers say prosecutors presented untrue testimony when Cassie testified about the incident because she said she actually saw Diddy holding Bryana over the balcony's edge.

Travis Decker's search history contained a lot of questions about moving to Canada just before his daughters went missing ... according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

In a new affidavit filed earlier this week, Deputy Keegan Stanley of the U.S. Marshals Service explains officers obtained Decker's search history around the time the warrant for his arrest was issued.

On May 26, 2025, Stanley writes Decker allegedly searched several questions including ... "“how does a person move to canada”, “how to relocate to canada”, and "jobs canada."

Diddy faced accusations of dangling a woman off a balcony during his trial this week ... with the prosecution entering photos of her alleged injuries -- though the defense countered the claims.

Bryana Bongolan -- a fashion designer and friend of Cassie's -- testified that Diddy stormed into Cassie's apartment one night. While Bongolan was out on the balcony, either smoking a blunt or about to, she says Diddy grabbed her and held her over the balcony.

She alleges he screamed ... "You know what the f*** you did" at her before she says he pulled her back onto the balcony and slammed her into some furniture.

Bill Maher's not apologizing to people who hated his recent comments about Cassie ... standing by his argument she essentially made a deal with the devil for fame.

The comedian and talk show host joined us on "TMZ Presents: United States V. Sean Combs: Inside the Diddy Trial" ... and, he says he wasn't trying to say Cassie was 100% consenting to freak-offs with her texts -- and, he can see why an abuse victim might send a follow-up message about their enjoyment of the experience to their abuser.

Kelvin Joseph Jr. -- a once-promising young NFL player -- has been arrested in Texas in connection with a fatal crash.

The former Dallas Cowboys cornerback was taken into custody Saturday morning after an accident left a 27-year-old motorcycle rider dead in Richardson, Texas.

According to an explanation on the Richardson Police Department Facebook page ... officers were called to the scene of a crash at approximately 5 AM this morning, where they found Cody Morris of Plano, Texas, deceased. There was not another vehicle there.

Lori Vallow Daybell -- better known as the "Doomsday mom" -- gave the judge too much lip during her murder conspiracy trial Friday -- and she got booted right out of the courtroom!

Daybell -- serving 3 life terms for killing her son, daughter and conspiring to kill her fifth husband's ex-wife -- was back in an Arizona courtroom to face an attempted murder charge after she allegedly tried to whack her niece's ex-husband. She also faces another life sentence after she was convicted in April of conspiring to kill another one of her ex-husbands.

During Friday's trial, Daybell -- who's representing herself -- sat at the defense table and, at one point, argued with Judge Justin Beresky over the prosecutors bringing up her previous convictions.
