Tasha K has been found in civil contempt in her ongoing legal war with Cardi B ... after a judge ruled she violated prior court orders barring her from making remarks about Cardi, Offset, and Stefon Diggs.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Tasha's now been ordered to stop violating the non-disparagement clause and remove the content mentioning Cardi, Offset, and Diggs at the center of the dispute.

The court also ordered Tasha to pay Cardi's attorneys fees racked up from going to court over this ... plus some sanctions against Tasha's bankruptcy lawyer.

Aaron's ex-fiancée Melanie Martin filed a lawsuit on behalf of their son, Princeton Lyric Carter, back in October 2023 ... claiming Aaron's drowning death was set in motion by doctors, dentists, mental health clinics, and pharmacies that prescribed him various medications.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, one psychiatrist and one mental health clinic named in the lawsuit reached a confidential financial settlement in April.

Alex Murdaugh just caught a massive break behind bars ... with South Carolina's high court tossing out his murder convictions, and ordering a new trial.

The South Carolina Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that Murdaugh’s 2023 convictions for the murders of his wife, Maggie, and son, Paul, can’t stand because the jury process was compromised.

At the center of the decision is former court clerk Becky Hill ... who was accused of making anti-Murdaugh comments to jurors and influencing deliberations during the nationally televised trial. The court said the misconduct was serious enough to blow up the verdict entirely.
