Austin Metcalf was helped by immediate responders right after he was stabbed by Karmelo Anthony ... who can be heard begging him to stay alive and performing CPR until paramedics arrive in shocking 911 audio.

The audio captures the crowd's initial reaction to Metcalf fighting for his life at an April 2025 high school track meet in Frisco, Texas ... with a man calling 911 and informing a dispatcher of the incident.

At first this man tells the dispatcher Austin doesn't appear to be breathing ... though he later changes course and says the teen was able to gather some air -- but that he wasn't conscious.

In the plan, Pinky said she would budget $200 on children's expenses, $800 on groceries, $80 on gas, $300 on medical, $1,574 on Georgia state taxes, and $1,343 on federal taxes ... which would leave her with $1,500 per month in disposable income.

Kevin Hart believes his ex-assistant Miesha Shakes should cough up a 5-figure sum for violating a confidentiality agreement where he says she agreed not to spill about him … TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Kevin is asking a judge to order Miesha to pay $50K in agreed-upon damages for breaching a non-disclosure agreement she signed.

The legal battle over the money Anne Heche left behind seems to be heating up in court.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Lynne Mishele, who previously filed a claim against the late actress’ estate seeking $2 Million in damages, denies the claim she reached a settlement with Anne’s son, Homer Laffoon, who is handling her estate.

Homer filed docs in November 2025 claiming the estate had reached a tentative settlement with Lynne, who was living in the home Anne crashed her Mini Cooper into days before she died on August 11, 2022 at the age of 53.

NeNe Leakes Son Jailed Over Unpaid Child Support ... Allegedly Missed Drug Evaluation

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum NeNe Leakes' oldest son, Bryson Bryant, is behind bars after a judge found he violated his probation ... TMZ has learned.

Per jail records, Bryson was booked on May 1, 2026, and is currently held in a Georgia jail … on charges of failure to pay child support, probation violation, and failure to appear. His bond is set at $27K.

The probation violation stems from a 2024 case in which cops say he was found with fentanyl. During questioning, cops say he told officers his name was Brentt Leakes, which is the name of NeNe's youngest son.

5:03 PM PT -- Dameka Davis, attorney for the Rebel label, tells TMZ ... “Sexyy Red is overwhelmed with grief at the devastating loss of her dear friend and artistic collaborator, Tay Keith. Tay was a brilliant artist, and through his close musical partnership with Sexyy, he became a genuine friend to everyone at Rebel. We send our sincerest condolences to Tay Keith’s family and loved ones."

Dameka adds ... "Royalty negotiations are handled by labels -- not artists -- and I’ve worked closely with the legal counsel and team for Tay Keith to finalize the royalty agreement to fully compensate him for his valuable contributions as a musical collaborator with Sexyy. In fact, we were in the final stages of getting Tay Keith fully compensated before his shocking passing this week. We are expediting the finalization of this work with Tay Keith’s attorney so that full payment can be made to his estate as soon as possible.”

A rep for Tay Keith said, “The dispute is between the parties’ respective labels, and naming Sexyy Red in the lawsuit was a legal formality. Any allegations are directed at the label, not Red personally. Both labels have been cooperating, and the matter is close to being resolved. Tay and Red remained friends and he considered her a sister. They were in the studio together as recently as last week working on new music. We appreciate Red’s sentiments and condolences during this difficult time.”

Music producer Tay Keith had yet to resolve his legal battle with Sexyy Red's label over royalties he claimed he was owed at the time of his death ... but the parties were working towards a resolution, TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Tay sued Sexyy's label back in March 2026, claiming he produced 13 songs for her in 2024, including "Pound Town."

Tay claimed Sexyy’s song made millions from sales and streaming … but he says he never got paid for his services.

A man named John Franklin is suing 1 West Star Island LLC -- the corporation which technically owns Diddy's mansion in the affluent neighborhood ... claiming he entered into an agreement back in March to buy the home for $55 million.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Franklin says the closing date was set for May 12 ... but when it came around, he claims the company was "not ready or able to close" the deal even though he was.

An ex-juvenile probation officer in Florida is in a ton of trouble … facing over 100 felony charges after allegedly leaking info to a drug ring.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office says Crystal Lawson -- who previously worked for the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice -- was arrested for using database access from her former job to tip off members of a drug trafficking organization about their cases.

The OCSO claims Crystal would use the Comprehensive Case Information System to find "active criminal cases" and use information she found in the system to "warn members of a drug trafficking organization that investigators were closing in and had secured arrest warrants."

4:37 PM PT -- Sources with knowledge tell TMZ ... Luigi's lawyers will resurrect the Extreme Emotional Distress defense as they get closer to the trial date. We're told the reason they backed off now is that they are doing more psych evaluations with Luigi and don’t want to turn over the records until they are complete. They also don’t want to play their hand until they get closer to trial.

It's a shocker for sure ... Luigi Mangione has backed off his core defense that was just announced in court yesterday, but there may be more to this story than meets the eye.

As we reported, the judge in his New York State murder trial revealed Wednesday ... Luigi's lawyers were mounting a novel defense called Extreme Emotional Disturbance. Short story -- it essentially means he was out of his head when he shot and killed United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

TMZ has reported extensively on Mangione's obsession with corporate greed ... and the defense planned to argue that obsession created an altered state in which Luigi felt he fired the gun to save humanity. If the jury bought the argument, it would reduce the murder charge to manslaughter.
