The armed suspect who was arrested on gun charges outside Donald Trump's Coachella rally in California was happy to talk to the sheriff's deputies who busted him, but he wasn't so chatty with federal agents ... because they made him wait too long for an interview ... and now the feds don't have a motive.

Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco tells TMZ ... the suspect, 49-year-old Vem Miller, had a cordial interaction Saturday with the deputies who interviewed him, and he was cooperative.

The Sheriff says deputies specifically talked to Miller about the guns he allegedly possessed, because the weapons were the reason he was arrested ... but protocol calls for federal agents to figure out the motive.

Kanye West's getting hit with a new allegation involving Diddy, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are going on dates in the Big Apple, and Donte DiVincenzo is sending a message to his former NBA team ... all this on today's TMZ TV Hot Takes.

Mustard's divorce is in the books ... because he's come to a settlement with his ex-wife Chanel Thierry ... and he's walking away with a ton of luxury cars and real estate.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Mustard's divorce attorney Samantha Spector helped with the deal in which it looks like Mustard is walking away with a bunch of pricey assets.

The settlement calls for Mustard to hang on to a fleet of luxury whips, including a 2022 Maybach Benz, a 2018 Lamborghini Aventador, a 2022 Cadillac Escalade, a 2022 Rolls-Royce Cullinan and a 2019 Lamborghini Urus ... plus more.

4:32 PM PT -- Diddy's legal team is denying the allegations, telling TMZ ... "In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone -- adult or minor, man or woman."

The floodgates are open and Diddy is being sued left and right by people who claim he sexually assaulted them ... including a handful of men.

Diddy has now been named in 6 separate lawsuits filed by Tony Buzbee, the Texas attorney who says he's representing up to 120 alleged Diddy victims ... and 4 of the 6 filed so far feature male accusers.

In one suit, a man says he was working for Ecko Clothing back in 2008 and knew Diddy through his work ... as Diddy was developing and marketing Sean John, a competing brand. He says he ran into Diddy and Diddy's 3 bodyguards in the stockroom of Macy's flagship store in NYC in May 2008, and he claims someone pistol-whipped the back of his neck and caused him to fall to his hands and knees. He claims Diddy approached him and said "Suck my d***, Ecko" and brutally, orally raped him.

Bianca Censori's mom Alexandra is refusing to engage in rumors about her son-in-law, Kanye West ... even if one piece of gossip involves her.

The Yeezy architect's mom offered up a curt response after a lawsuit against Ye mentioned an allegation that the rapper expressed a desire to "f***" Alexandra.

Alexandra slammed the accusation, telling the Daily Mail she "wouldn’t be drawn into the latest claims" ... refusing to give the gossip any more life.

Diddy forced a college freshman to take her clothes off under threat of violence and once she was undressed, he forced himself on her and fondled, molested and raped her ... all while she was begging him to stop ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

The Bad Boy Records founder is being sued by a woman in Tennessee, who claims she was only 19 years old and a freshman in college in 2004 when she got invited to Diddy's photoshoot across the street from her college campus in Brooklyn, New York.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the woman says she was flattered and excited to receive an invite from a celebrity like Diddy ... so she went to the photoshoot with one of her girlfriends, where she says they met Diddy and were invited to an after-party at a Manhattan area Marriott hotel.

Christian "King" Combs isn't letting his dad's legal woes get in the way of him having a good time ... a video of King partying was posted days after he attended Diddy's latest court hearing in the mogul's federal criminal case.

Check out the video posted Sunday by Live Bitez to Instagram ... King is hanging out with his GF Raven Tracy in a dance club, holding a shot glass filled with liquor over her head.

He says something that's inaudible and makes circles with the glass around Raven's head before giving her a sip.

A man who allegedly possessed multiple illegal weapons was arrested about a quarter of a mile from Donald Trump's Coachella rally.

According to the Riverside County sheriff’s office, 49-year-old Vem Miller was stopped at a checkpoint Saturday night not far from Trump's Coachella Valley rally.

Cops claim Miller was illegally in possession of a shotgun, a loaded handgun, and a high-capacity magazine. They say they took him into custody without incident.

Tupac Shakur's brother is still side-eyeing Diddy over Pac's murder ... recently saying Diddy's claim that he had no involvement in the rap legend's death might not be 100% honest -- in his opinion.

Mopreme Shakur -- Tupac's stepbrother who rapped alongside him in the group Thug Life -- stopped by "Piers Morgan Uncensored" Friday ... and Piers asked him about the well-known theory that the Bad Boy founder played a part in 2Pac's death.

Piers mentions how Diddy actually called Mopreme back in 2008 and denied any involvement in his little brother's death, after an infamous L.A. Times piece alleged associates of the rap mogul planned the 1994 shooting of 2Pac at Quad Recording Studios in NYC.

Kanye West's ex-executive/personal assistant is adding to her previous claims about the mogul ... claiming not only was she sexually harassed by Ye -- but, she alleges the rapper drugged her at a studio session cohosted by Diddy, too.

Lauren Pisciotta -- who filed a lawsuit against against Kanye back in June claiming he fired her after sending vile sexual texts and and videos -- amended the lawsuit with several new claims ... including saying she attended a studio session with the "Donda" rapper and Diddy.

Pisciotta says she and her former artist management client -- who's name is not in the lawsuit -- were invited by Ye to the session he cohosted with Diddy.

Nick Cannon just made a shocking revelation ... he was just 16 when he went to his first -- now notorious -- Diddy party ... but he assures nothing happened!

Now 44 ... the film and TV star made the eyebrow-raising announcement while chopping it up this week on "The Breakfast Club" when the topic of Diddy came up.

NC and Loren LoRosa both mentioned they had been to a Diddy party ... once the hottest ticket in town -- and now infamous amid the mogul's mounting legal troubles ... but each said nothing nefarious occurred.

"Mr. Sophy got some text messages in 2023 from an angry patient who had been mistreated, along with his entire family, by a self-proclaimed psychiatric expert. Nothing has changed since 2023 that would warrant this desperate filing and attempt for attention other than Mr. Young's refusal to drop his confidential efforts to have Sophy's license terminated by the Osteopathic Medical Board."

4:10 PM PT -- The judge has granted the TRO.

Dr. Dre's former psychiatrist isn't just suing him, he's downright terrified of him -- so much so, he's asking a judge to order the music mogul to stay away ... TMZ has learned.

Dr. Charles Sophy filed for a temporary restraining order Friday in L.A. County Court ... citing the alleged threats he says Dre texted him over the course of 18 months. Sophy, who had served as a marriage counselor for Dre and his now ex-wife Nicole during their divorce, wants the court to force Dre to stay 100 yards away from him and his 22-year-old son.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, he also wants Dre to stop contacting him altogether ... whether by phone, text or email. Sophy's fear is evident in the documents -- he says Dre knows where he lives, and has previously been inside his home.

Trevor Bauer is taking legal action against Lindsey Hill yet again -- the ex-MLB pitcher is suing his accuser for breaking the terms of their settlement ... by running her mouth about the deal.

The former Los Angeles Dodgers ace filed the docs this week ... highlighting numerous times Hill publicly stated she received a fat check to make her lawsuit against him disappear.

In the September 2023 resolution, both Bauer and Hill agreed no money would be exchanged ... and neither side would claim otherwise.

R. Kelly's daughter just made a bombshell accusation in the latest exposé about the disgraced Grammy Award winner -- claiming the "Bump & Grind" singer sexually abused her as a child.

While speaking in TVEI Network's new two-part documentary "Karma: A Daughter’s Journey." Kelly's daughter Abi, now 26, says the abuse occurred when she was 8 or 9 years old claiming she woke up to the singer touching her, and she pretended to be asleep.

She initially reported the abuse to her mother, Kelly's ex-wife Andrea, in 2009, and they filed a complaint as "Jane Doe" -- but the statute of limitations had run out.

Landon Barker is catching some flak online over a recent party ... with commenters blasting him about some Diddy jokes made by others at his 21st birthday party.

Here's the deal ... Landon and his friends celebrated his 21st at Harriet's in West Hollywood ... and eyebrow-raising clips from the celebration have surfaced.

At Harriet's, Landon reportedly ordered bottle service -- and the DJ at the joint sent out servers carrying bottles of baby oil with flashing lights inside ... a clear reference to the federal government's claim more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil were found in raids of Diddy's homes earlier this year.

We're told one of the servers tried to hand Landon a bottle of baby oil, which he refused.
