Kanye West is celebrating a legal headache coming off his plate ... partying at one of Ibiza's hottest clubs after settling his ex-assistant's sexual assault lawsuit.

Ye hit Pacha Ibiza Tuesday night for Rüfüs Du Sol's set ... and video shows him planted in the packed crowd, bobbing along as the music blasted and red lights swept through the club.

His night out came days after Ye and former personal assistant Lauren Pisciotta had settled her lawsuit, which accused him of sexual harassment and assault.

Usher's getting the last laugh after a fan snubbed him on stage ... seemingly taking a swipe at her cold fish act, while getting a new audience member who was ready and willing.

French DJ Kavinsky -- best known for the electro track "Nightcall" -- has died.

The Paris prosecutor's office said Kavinsky -- real name Vincent Belorgey -- was found dead at his home in Paris Tuesday, according to multiple local and national reports. An investigation is underway, and a cause of death has yet to be released.

The French newspaper Le Figaro spoke to a police source who noted he may have had a stroke, per the BBC. The outlet reported he had been complaining about headaches in the last few days.

Nicki Minaj's hotel bills, including her mini bar purchases, were revealed as part of her legal battle over an alleged six-figure debt ... and it looks like she has a sweet tooth.

24/7 Productions submitted several hotel invoices from stays where the entertainer used the name Tori Spaulding, claiming they footed the bill for Nicki's lodging without being reimbursed.

Music producer Tay Keith left behind a massive estate when he died, including a car collection and a home in Tennessee, TMZ has learned. 

Court docs reveal Tay’s family member was appointed as the administrator of his estate.

The family member said the estate includes substantial assets, bank accounts, money market accounts, a Mercedes-Maybach and a Lambo. The other assets include 50% interest in a home in Memphis, interest in Shadow Tequila, a 50% interest in an engineering studio, music publishing interests, his music catalog, and his trademark and royalties. 

Usher's steamy serenade hit a cold note in Nashville ... prompting the R&B superstar to pull the plug after a woman onstage appeared less than thrilled by his up-close moves.

Video from Saturday night's show captures a shirtless Usher leaning over the seated fan and trying to turn up the heat -- but her reserved reaction quickly catches his attention.

Amid singer D4vd being locked up and currently fighting to keep his murder case from going to trial, his Apple Music page has been hacked ... posting a fake song with a voice sounding like the jailed artist professing his love for the victim Celeste Rivas.

The falsified track, titled "I DID IT" surfaced over the weekend, despite David Anthony Burke -- the artist known as D4vd -- remaining behind bars, without access to upload music himself. The track's artwork also features an aerial photo of D4vd's Tesla in the L.A. tow yard where Celeste's dismembered body was discovered last year.

The chorus repeatedly names Celeste ... describing her as "the girl with my name tattooed on her chest" and claiming her scent remains on his clothes "like cigarettes." The voice, mimicking D4vd's voice, also sings about hearing Celeste whenever he breathes ... missing her and fearing she will only love him after he dies.

Kacey Musgraves is making a slight change to her tour schedule ... abruptly canceling three upcoming shows, but TMZ has learned this shift shouldn't cause any concern to fans.

We're told the three dates that got nixed from her "Middle of Nowhere" North American tour were actually added after the original tour schedule was set. The decision was made to revert back to the initial plan with the tour kicking off on August 21 -- which actually falls on Kacey's birthday.

The canceled dates sparked questions among fans after the announcement, but we're told the move was strictly a scheduling decision and not related to any personal or medical issue.
