A popular streamer known as Chud the Builder allegedly beefed with steakhouse staff after they told him to stop livestreaming ... and cops say things got well-done ugly.
According to police affidavits, obtained by TMZ, the influencer -- real name Dalton Eatherly -- was arrested in Nashville after allegedly causing a massive scene inside Bob’s Steak & Chop at the Omni Hotel.
Cops say Eatherly showed up Saturday night and began livestreaming while dining ... despite staff allegedly warning him not to disrupt service or film content inside the restaurant while other customers were eating.

Missouri football player Ahmad Hardy suffered a gunshot wound while attending a concert in Mississippi over the weekend ... and the running back is now in stable condition after undergoing surgery.
The school released a statement on Monday ... saying, "Ahmad is deeply loved by his teammates, coaches, friends, family and fans. We will continue to stand beside him and his family through this difficult time, offering our love, prayers, strength and support."

Hantavirus-Infected Cruise American Passengers Return 1 Tests Positive, 1 Shows Symptoms
Seventeen American passengers from the cruise ship at the center of the deadly hantavirus outbreak are officially back in the U.S. ... and one of them has already tested positive, and another is showing symptoms.
Health officials say the passengers were pulled from the infected ship MV Hondius and flown to the U.S., where they're now being checked out in highly specialized quarantine units.
Two of the evacuees were transported in full-on biocontainment pods to stop any spread of the virus ... making this the moment the outbreak officially hit U.S. soil. The Department of Health & Human Services says one person tested positive but was showing no symptoms, while the other was experiencing mild symptoms. Further clinical assessment was ongoing, the department said.
Alleged WHCD Gunman Cole Allen Pleads Not Guilty of Trying to Kill the President
The alleged White House Correspondents' Dinner gunman is claiming he's innocent ... pleading not guilty Monday morning to charges tied to the terrifying D.C. shooting incident that sent President Donald Trump and other top officials scrambling for safety last month.
Cole Allen appeared in federal court and pleaded not guilty to all charges stemming from the April 25 chaos at the Washington Hilton Hotel ... where prosecutors say he stormed a security checkpoint armed with multiple guns, knives and extra ammunition near the high-profile event.
A grand jury indicted Allen on charges of attempting to kill the president, assaulting a federal officer with a deadly weapon, and weapons counts, according to NewsNation. His federal public defender spoke on his behalf, saying he "pleads not guilty to all four counts as charged," NBC News reports.
According to officials, the 31-year-old exchanged gunfire with a U.S. Secret Service officer after allegedly rushing the checkpoint. The agent was shot once in the chest but survived thanks to a ballistic vest and was later released from the hospital. Allen was not hit during the exchange.

Investigators searching for Kristin Smart’s remains wrapped up operations Saturday at a California property connected to the family of the man convicted in her killing -- but officials say the evidence of human remains recovered did not belong to Kristin.
The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office confirmed deputies completed their search at a home belonging to Susan Flores in Arroyo Grande -- a Central Coast community located northwest of Los Angeles -- her son, Paul Flores, was found guilty in 2022 of murdering Smart. Her body has never been located.
Authorities have not released many additional details about the search, though officials previously said evidence led investigators to believe human remains may once have been present on the property.

A cruise ship tied to a deadly Hantavirus scare pulled into Tenerife on Sunday morning ... with shaken passengers hauling their belongings in plastic bags as they evacuated the vessel.
At the Granadilla Port in Spain’s Canary Islands, Spanish health officials began screening travelers for symptoms before allowing anyone to leave the ship, according to Reuters.
Once cleared, passengers were ferried ashore in small groups and are expected to be taken to the island’s main airport for flights back to their home countries -- 17 Americans are reportedly onboard the ship.

Betty Broderick -- the woman who fatally shot her ex-husband and his new wife back in 1989 -- died in the ICU Friday following a number of health issues, TMZ has learned.
Betty's son, Daniel Broderick, tells TMZ ... she had a number of septic infections -- including one infection that she had years ago and came back. Plus, she had a serious fall at the Californian Institute for Women where she was locked away about 3 weeks ago ... which resulted in broken ribs.
Daniel says Betty ended up in the ICU at a hospital off the prison grounds. She was on life support at the end of her life and unable to communicate.
Frontier Airlines Person Struck, Killed by LAX Bound Flight... Audio Reveals 'Limbs' on Runway

7:40 AM PST -- The Denver International Airport has announced the individual killed after being hit by a Frontier Airlines plane Friday night "jumped the perimeter fence" and was hit only 2 minutes later "while crossing the runway." The identity has not been confirmed, but the airport does not believe they were an employee.
The airport added that 12 people reported minor injuries, 5 of whom were transported to local hospitals.
The pedestrian is deceased, and is not believed to be an employee of the airport nor have they been identified. An individual was struck and killed by a Frontier Airlines flight headed to Los Angeles during takeoff at Denver International Airport Friday night ... and TMZ obtained shocking audio of the incident unfolding.
You can hear everything in the clip -- a female air traffic controller warns her colleagues a person was walking on the runway, and the person is swiftly reported as struck and killed. You can also hear air traffic controllers say there appears to be "limbs" and human remains on the runway.
Emergency personnel are immediately directed to the scene to guard the remains and evacuate the flight ... with the exception of the deceased, only minor injuries were reported.

Çenet was one of 147 passengers and staff aboard the doomed MV Hondius cruise, which is now being investigated for a suspected hantavirus outbreak by the World Health Organization. During the trip in April, three passengers died, possibly from hantavirus, which is an infectious disease typically spread through contact with rats and other rodents.
On May 3, Çenet attended the crowded wedding in Istanbul, Turkey — and he caught a lot of heat from people online after a photo surfaced on social media showing him at the event.

On Thursday, the network filed a petition against the FCC, claiming they are raising serious First Amendment issues with their probe of the daytime talk show.

For the first quarter, Trump Media says they had $871,200 in net sales ... up 6% year over year.
