The 2024 ESPYs paid tribute Thursday night to the many great athletes who passed away in the last 12 months ... but one name was notably left out -- O.J. Simpson.

The annual award show took place at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles ... and as they do every year, ESPN officials ran their "In Memoriam" segment to reflect on the stars the sports world lost since the last iteration of the event.

Willie Mays, Jerry West, Larry Allen and Bill Walton, among others, were shouted out during the impactful portion of the show. Simpson, however, was not.

Travis Kelce showed his girlfriend ain't the only one with pipes ... the NFL star won a karaoke contest belting out a Whitesnake classic, before dedicating the win to Taylor Swift!

The 3x Super Bowl champ skipped the ESPYs on Thursday and opted to sing his heart out at the American Century Championship charity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe, Nevada.

Fans caught the Kansas City Chiefs tight end on video ... as he's delivering a passionate rendition of the rock band's classic, "Here I Go Again," during the contest.

Travis Kelce and Christian McCaffrey are used to playing against each other on NFL fields, but on Wednesday, they joined forces for a change ... and filmed what appears to be a fun commercial in Los Angeles.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann finally have a date for their divorce trial ... though the court's directing them to try and hash out a settlement through mediation before it kicks off.

TMZ has obtained legal documents setting the estranged couple's divorce trial for November 5 and November 6 in Atlanta's Fulton County Superior Court.

That said, the couple's been directed to try and hash out their issues regarding the split in a mediation session. They have until September 25 to do so, and it looks like they'll head to trial if something can't be worked out during the mediation.

Bill Belichick officially has a new hustle ... the former New England Patriots coach is joining "Inside The NFL" this fall as an analyst.

The NFL announced the news Thursday morning ... revealing the future Hall of Famer will join Ryan Clark, Chad Johnson and Chris Long on the weekly program to break down all of the league's most compelling storylines.

Belichick's run on the show will start on Aug. 30 ... and will last through the Super Bowl.

Former NFL star Adrian Wilson -- a five-time Pro Bowler -- told cops he broke multiple objects and threatened to kill himself during a heated argument with his wife before his arrest last month ... this according to police documents, obtained by TMZ Sports.

According to the Scottsdale Police Department incident report, Wilson's family members accused the ex-Arizona Cardinals defensive back of flying off the handle at around 5 AM on June 1 at their Scottsdale, Ariz. residence.

Cops say Wilson's wife, Alicia, told them everything started after she found out he was having an affair. She stated she filled out legal separation paperwork from Wilson -- and left it in the guest house that he had been staying in.

Former NFL star Adrian Wilson -- who just recently left his role as the Carolina Panthers' Vice President of Player Personnel -- is facing domestic violence charges after he was arrested in Arizona last month.

According to the Scottsdale Police Department, authorities placed Wilson in custody at his home just after 6 AM on June 1. Further details surrounding his arrest were not made immediately available, though cops say he was booked on misdemeanor domestic violence-related charges of assault and disorderly conduct, as well as a charge for damaging property.

The five-time Pro Bowl defensive back is due in court for a hearing on the matter on July 16.

Cleveland Browns great Bernie Kosar is opening up on his serious medical issues ... revealing he's currently battling both Parkinson's disease and liver failure.

The former Pro Bowl quarterback went into detail about his current health status in an interview with Cleveland Magazine this week ... when he explained he has had problems with his liver for years, but never really addressed it until he was diagnosed with cirrhosis roughly 16 months ago.

Kosar has been receiving treatment at University Hospitals in Ohio ... and his condition was described as "dire" at the start of 2024. Thankfully, it has since improved.

Cameron Sutton will miss nearly half of the 2024 NFL season ... the league just revealed it's suspended the defensive back for eight games.

Roger Goodell's org. announced the punishment for the Steelers corner on Monday afternoon ... saying his involvement in a March 7 incident that ultimately led to his March 31 arrest violated the NFL's personal conduct policy.

The league did not elaborate on the ban further ... though it did say the 29-year-old -- who was just signed by Pittsburgh last month -- will be eligible for reinstatement starting on Oct. 29.
