So how's this for a new twist? Carrie Prejean believes she did not violate her Miss California contract when she gave pageant officials written assurance she never posed semi-nude.

Carrie's rep tells us the photo that's circulating is not a semi-nude pic -- "It's not a semi-nude pose because she's modeling for lingerie."

Fun Fact -- even though we haven't published the four semi-nude pics that were sent to us (because Carrie claims she was 17 when they were taken), we can assure you she was not wearing a top and she was flaunting some side boob.

The body isn't even cold yet and the chick who lost the Miss California crown to Carrie Prejean is already tryin' on tiaras.

Tami Farrell shot an email to a pageant official and we got a copy. It says, "I would never want to steal someone's spotlight." Translation -- Yes, she would.

Farrell continues, like a lawyer: "Her [Carrie] beliefs are not what is in question, but her contractual obligations to the Miss California USA program." Translation -- she lied about semi-nude pics.

Farrell ends with this parting shot: "I...can only hope to refocus all of the attention from the current controversy onto some of the more positive aspects of the program..." Translation -- I'm clean, I'm lean, and I love the gays.

Carrie Prejean has lied to the pageant that feeds her.

TMZ has obtained an email Carrie sent to Keith Lewis, Co-Executive Director of Miss California USA. The email, sent yesterday, refers to the topless photo of her circulating on the Internet. The email reads: "This was when I was 17 years old. I was a minor. It was when I was first getting into the modeling world, being naive, and young. I shouldnt (sic) have taken the photo of me in my underwear. There are no other photos of me. This was the only one I took."

Carrie is not telling the truth. Last Sunday, someone sent TMZ 4 -- FOUR -- photos of Carrie without her top and in her panties. We did not publish the pics after her rep contacted us and said she was 17 when the pics were taken.

We told Keith Lewis about the 4 photos. His reaction: "I'm absolutely stunned. This completely changes things for us. Yesterday we thought she had explained things accurately. We need to revisit this issue with her."

Congratulations Miss Vietnam USA -- you've just won $10,000 (which you're not getting) and a new car (which you have to finance yourself).

According to a lawsuit filed earlier this week in Orange County, Yen Le -- who was crowned Miss Vietnam USA in November 2007 -- is suing the pageant organizers because she alleges she was supposed to receive $10,000 and a new Mercedes for winning.

Now get this -- not only does she claim she never got the $10K, but she says the pageant made her lease the car in her own name ... and then they defaulted on the payments.

She's suing for over $50K in damages, plus interest, attorneys' fees and court costs.

Miss California Exec. Director Shanna Moakler admits the organization paid for Prejean's boob job -- but while unnatural growth may get you punished in baseball, a fake chest is no reason to lose a pageant.

Miss California may not think gays or lesbians should be allowed to marry, but what about women who were born men?

Here's "biblically correct" Carrie Prejean partying it up with transgendered female NYC nightlife sensation Amanda Lepore (born Armand Lepore) a while back, as seen on UsMagazine.com.

Luckily for the 21-year-old evangelical Christian, Amanda has transitioned into a woman and is able to enter into an "opposite marriage" with a heterosexual male.

Hallelujah! "No offense."

Former Miss New Mexico USA Raelene Aguilar has just pled not guilty in a Texas court to criminal DWI.

Aguilar was arrested in El Paso earlier this month when she failed a field sobriety test after being pulled over for speeding.

She's due back in County Criminal Court in El Paso on May 29.

According to our first celebrity voicemail, Vince Curatola is furious with certain people (blogger Perez Hilton, in particular) for bashing Miss California Carrie Prejean after she voiced her opinion on gay marriage -- calling the attacks "disgusting."

Curatola even issued Perez a challenge -- "I wish he'd come after me that way."

Matt Lauer gave Carrie a second chance to answer the controversial question this morning on "Today." Her answer: "The way that I answered might have been offensive ... but for me, it was being biblically correct."

Claudia says, "She should have known her audience better. There's only like five straight guys in the audience at the pageant." You gotta love Claudia!

The former Briefcase #1 model on "Deal or No Deal" says, "I don't agree with what she said, but I don't think she's evil."

The chick responsible for one of the hottest mugshots we've seen in a while is Miss New Mexico USA 2008 -- taken right after she was popped for driving drunk in Texas yesterday.

Raelene Aguilar was arrested at 3:48 AM by El Paso PD after they originally pulled her over for speeding. They gave her a a field sobriety test, which she failed. She was eventually booked into county jail at 6:00 AM and went before a judge a few hours later. Aguilar was eventually bonded out for $600.

TMZ spoke with the president of the Miss Universe Organization Paula Shugart, a bigwig at Miss USA, who says, "She has our deepest sympathies and we're hoping she can make it through this difficult time. She's a good person."

Aguilar's reign as Miss New Mexico USA came to a close at the end of 2008.

The former Miss USA 1991 -- yeah, she was a frickin' beauty queen -- has quit the mainstream acting biz for a shot at a career in "adult entertainment."

McCarty, who played maniacal Beth Wallace on "Passions" for seven years, is now a "Vivid Entertainment" girl -- and has just wrapped on her first XXX feature, "Faithless," in which she plays the lead character to a very very supporting cast.

This beauty queen can't be bothered by minor details.
