Jon Reep -- the 2007 winner of "Last Comic Standing" -- ain't making people laugh anymore, 'cause he's been arrested on child porn charges in North Carolina ... TMZ has learned.

The scruffy comedian was busted Friday by the Hickory PD after a grand jury handed down a felony indictment charging him with one count of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and 9 counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. All of the state charges are related to child pornography.

Kai Cenat was doing what he does best Monday night -- streaming live on YouTube -- but his show went sideways after cops say he got "swatted" in L.A.

The famous streamer was doing his live stream from a Beverly Hills mansion when an anonymous caller reported a gruesome crime around 9:35 PM, which turned out to be fake ... this according to law enforcement sources.

We're told the caller said they were armed with a rifle and shot their mother and had their young sister tied up at Kai's mansion. Our sources say the caller simulated the sound of gunshots to make the phony incident seem all the more real.

Bryan Martin had a wild night onstage in upstate New York -- getting "forcibly" yanked off stage after what cops call a drunken meltdown.

The country singer was performing on Friday at the Schaghticoke Fair, about 30 minutes from Albany, when deputies say he started showing "signs of intoxication and erratic behavior." Cops tried to guide him offstage, but he resisted and had to be carried out.

Video posted to Facebook shows Martin shouting as deputies closed in before he was hauled out of the venue.

The Chuck E. Cheese mascot couldn't desert his place of employment fast enough when cops came rushing in the door ... taking him into custody in newly released body cam footage.

The mother of the Minnesota church shooter is reportedly lawyering up after her kid went on a shooting spree, killing 2 children and injuring 18 other people.

According to FOX News, Mary Grace Westman -- the mother of Robin Westman, who died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after the bloodbath -- has retained criminal defense attorney Ryan Garry.

FOX News asked Garry why Westman hired a criminal lawyer, and Garry responded that she's "completely distraught," but is not complicit in the shooting, and needs someone to deal with all the media calls.

5:40 PM PT -- Kelley Wolf has been released from jail two days after her arrest, according to People.

Kelley Wolf is in trouble again with the law in Utah ... this time she landed in jail for two misdemeanors after posting a series of disturbing Instagram messages, TMZ has learned.

Kelley  — the estranged wife of "Party of Five" star Scott Wolf — was taken into custody Tuesday night and booked into the Summit County Jail for electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.

She hasn't gone before a judge so no bail has been set. Police have not released a detailed narrative, but we've reached out to them ... no word back yet.

Zach Edey got a tongue lashing from a cop after he was busted for speeding earlier this year ... as newly released police video shows an officer chastised him for allegedly going over 100 MPH on a roadway.

The traffic stop took place on May 1 in Tippecanoe County, Indiana ... after Edey was accused of doing 101 in a 55.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is feeling certain Emmanuel Haro was not kidnapped from the parking lot of a Big 5 ... leading to the arrest of parents, Jake and Rebecca Haro, for suspicion of murder.

Authorities released an update following the Haro couple's arrest on Friday, where they noted that the investigation already included numerous interviews, several searches, and the collection of digital and electronic evidence -- which is why they've since determined that Rebecca's claim her son was snatched from the parking lot of the sporting good store in Yucaipa, California ... The wild Carnival Cruise all-out brawl -- supposedly over chicken tenders -- had a happy ending of sorts ... TMZ has learned that nobody involved was arrested!

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Miami-Dade Sheriff’s deputies were called to the crazy scene Monday after the ship pulled into port on the cruise’s final day.

The deputies conducted an investigation, interviewing Carnival staff ... but, in the end, they determined arrests were not warranted because no one filed a complaint.

In addition, the investigation revealed the ship's security stepped in, broke up the fight and made sure things didn’t get any crazier.
