Parts of Matthew Perry's legacy are set to be sold at auction -- with some seriously iconic "Friends" memorabilia up for grabs ... all for a good cause.
A stash of keepsakes from the late actor -- including artwork, personal items and show memorabilia -- is heading to the June 5 sale via Heritage Auctions ... with proceeds going to the Matthew Perry Foundation, which focuses on destigmatizing addiction and supporting recovery.
The headline grab? A collection of 26 "Friends" scripts from major episodes -- including "The One With Ross's Tan," "The One Where Joey Speaks French" ... and the two-part finale. Even bigger -- scripts from the pilot and Part One of the finale are signed by Perry and his famous costars.
"Storage Wars" star Darrell Sheets' manner of death has been revealed ... and officials say he took his own life.
The 67-year-old's tragic death was officially ruled a suicide ... according to the Mohave County Medical Examiner's Office in Arizona.

Jonathan Tiersten -- the actor best known for his role in the '80's horror classic "Sleepaway Camp," has died, TMZ has learned.
Tiersten passed away last week at his home in New Jersey, according to his brother, William Tiersten. William tells us the medical examiner is investigating Jonathan's cause of death.
In 1983, Jonathan landed his first film gig with the biggest role of his acting career, playing Ricky Thomas in "Sleepaway Camp." He also appeared in two out of the 4 sequels: "Return to Sleepaway Camp" and "Sleepaway Camp IV: The Survivor."
The man who fatally struck Nicki Minaj's father Robert Maraj with his vehicle 5 years ago has settled the wrongful-death battle over the incident after attempting to drag the rapper into court ... TMZ has learned.
According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Nicki's mom Carol Maraj and Charles Polevich -- who served time behind bars for 65-year-old Robert's death -- hashed out the deal in early March, which will bring an end to their legal war. In her lawsuit, Carol had asked the court to award her damages for losing out on Robert's companionship.
The settlement comes months after Polevich was working to subpoena Nicki for a deposition.

His daughter, Merci, announced the news Saturday, and the Brogan Agency confirmed the news Sunday, saying he "passed peacefully in his sleep with his doggy Bobo by his side" ... just 2 weeks after his final concert. He was living at his longtime home in Santa Monica when he died.
Brandon Paul, a guitarist who toured with Alex for the last several years as part of "Icons of Classic Rock," called Alex "a world-class professional" in a statement to TMZ. He went on ... His family confirmed the news Saturday morning, revealing he passed away Friday night and saying in a statement, “Alex died peacefully, surrounded by the affection of those closest to him." No cause of death was disclosed at the time.

Oklahoma Senate candidate Barry Christian has been found dead in his vehicle 2 days after he was reported missing.
The politician was located in his car at the Sandy Sanders Wildlife Management Area in Beckham County on Thursday at approximately 9:45 AM local time, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) announced.
He was last seen in Sayre, Oklahoma on April 28, and the Sayre Police Department (SPD) received a report he was missing on April 29. He was inside his 2024 gray Ram pickup truck when he was found, local outlet KOCO reported.
