It appears CBS is taking another look at David Del Rio and his sexual assault allegation leveled against him by his "Matlock" costar ... because TMZ has learned the studio has reopened its investigation.

TMZ broke the news ... Del Rio was booted from the hit show after the actor had been accused of sexually assaulting actress Leah Lewis on Paramount property back in October.

Now, multiple sources close to David tell TMZ ... the investigation was reopened prior to Thanksgiving ... and more parties have been interviewed, including David himself alongside his high-powered attorney, Shawn Holley.

Clinton "Clintnlord" Adams, a social media influencer and hip-hop artist, has been hit with multiple felony charges after prosecutors accused him of sexually assaulting two women he allegedly lured to a vacant area still scarred by California's January wildfire destruction.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office announced Tuesday that Adams is charged with three felony counts of forcible rape and one felony count of assault with intent to commit rape. Prosecutors also allege the crimes involved multiple victims, an enhancement that could significantly increase his prison time.

District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman called the alleged attacks "predatory," saying they occurred in an isolated, fire-damaged zone that remained impacted by the devastating winter wildfires. Adams allegedly targeted the women in separate incidents over the summer, bringing each to the remote location where the assaults allegedly occurred.

Dame Judi Dench is all about forgiveness when it comes to her friend Harvey Weinstein ... and she thinks we should cut the disgraced producer some slack. He completely agrees!

Here's the deal ... the Oscar-winning actress raised eyebrows in a recent interview, saying HW has done his time after sex crime convictions during the #MeToo movement.

Harvey, through his rep, tells TMZ ... he has profound respect for Dench, adding ... "She is an extraordinary person who played an important role in my career."

David Del Rio has resurfaced on social media ... in a wholesome family holiday picture months after being fired from "Matlock" over sexual assault allegations made by his co-star.

The actor's wife, Katherine Del Rio, posted an Instagram Story Saturday, sharing a sweet snapshot of herself, David, and their daughters, Lilliam Kellie Wallace and Coco. The family smiled alongside an inflatable gingerbread man.

She captioned the post, "Belated Thanksgiving fun! Deeply thankful for my family  who always show up for the girls and I.” David looked relaxed and in good spirits ... a noticeable shift, considering he's been off social media since his abrupt exit from the CBS show.

Marciano Brunette is sending a message loud and clear after filing a lawsuit against Demi Engemann and it's all about "getting even."

Just one day after suing Engemann over her sexual assault allegations, the "Vanderpump Villa" star dropped an Instagram Reel Saturday featuring a trending sound about payback. In the clip, the voiceover says, "Somebody do something to me, I'll do something to them, this is common sense," followed by, "So you believe in getting even? Hell to the yeah."

We broke the story ... according to court docs, obtained by TMZ, he accuses "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star of falsely portraying him as a "sexual predator," claiming the allegations have wrecked his reputation and cost him job opportunities.

12/8/25 -- 1:18 PM PT -- Attorney's John W. Harris tells TMZ ... "Unfortunately, Mr. Frost's characterization is entirely misleading and factually incorrect. Despite the defense attorneys' attempts to distort the record, these devices are being provided by our clients pursuant to a voluntary agreement between the parties, not under compulsion.

He adds, "As we have consistently stated, the Robinsons' victims have nothing to hide. They look forward to their day in court and to seeing justice served."

Smokey Robinson's attorney Christopher Frost tells TMZ ... "We are pleased with the Court’s ruling. Plaintiffs’ motives have been clear all along. File a vile and salacious complaint, and then bring these plaintiffs out a handful at a time so it looks like there are new and independent allegations, when the truth is that these people all worked together to contrive this lawsuit."

He continues, They are now keeping the public in the dark about the truth by hiding behind a confidentiality order and refusing to produce any documents at all. We know the types of communications these plaintiffs had with our clients prior to deciding to sue them, so we are pleased to finally be able to access information that will help the court, a jury, and the public know the truth.”

Smokey Robinson won a legal battle in his legal war against his sexual assault accusers ... a judge granted the singer's request for the anonymous accusers to turn over their cell phones.

"Vanderpump Villa" star Marciano Brunette is suing "Secret Lives of Mormon Lives" star Demi Engemann for defamation ... he says her sexual assault allegations against him are a bunch of baloney.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Marciano claims Demi is damaging his reputation by falsely calling him a "sexual predator" and accusing him of sexual assault.

He says she's lying about their interaction last year at the "Vanderpump Villa" in Italy ... claiming the kiss they shared off camera was totally consensual, despite how Demi has been portraying things on social media and TV.

Jeffrey Epstein's notorious pedophile island is beginning to come into full focus ... the Congressional House Oversight Committee just released never-before-seen photos and videos of Epstein's private island of perversions -- and the footage is downright creepy.

First, we're taken on a video tour by a camera person who brings us all around Epstein's Island -- Little Saint James -- in the Virgin Islands. We are given an insider's look into the private quarters of the late financier, as well as his sterile all-white bedroom with a canopy bed and a box of tissues on a nightstand. We're also given a sneak peek inside Epstein's bathroom with beauty products, toiletries, and a bottle of Johnson's baby powder on the shelves.

Then, we're given a video tour outside the compound, and we see a gigantic pool with a hose floating in the water. A statue of a native person shooting a bow and arrow stands alongside the pool.

Milwaukee rapper Chicken P is already in the slammer serving 6 years on drug-related charges ... and just may be in there longer after being indicted on multiple counts of rape, attempted rape, gross sexual imposition, abduction, and public indecency.

According to federal court docs filed on November 6, the rapper -- born Rahkeib Smith -- is alleged to have sexually assaulted a Jane Doe between March 11 and March 12, 2024, at a residence in Cleveland, Ohio.

The docs don't detail the narrative, but the charges are steep ... Chicken P is accused of having sexual intercourse with Jane Doe without her consent and through physical force.

Vin Diesel just landed a big win in a sexual assault lawsuit filed against him ... a judge threw out the case before it went to trial.

As we previously reported ... Asta Jonasson, a former assistant on the "Fast Five" set, sued Diesel for actions she alleges he committed against her in Georgia in 2010.

According to the judge's ruling, obtained by TMZ, the case has been tossed out because it wasn't filed in Georgia, where the alleged incident was said to have taken place. In essence, the judge said Jonasson couldn't apply California laws to acts that allegedly happened in Georgia.

Jeffrey Epstein's got a loose connection to Michael Jackson ... the attorney who asked Epstein in a deposition if he had an oval-shaped unit tells us he was taking a cue from a famous MJ trial.

Spencer Kuvin, the lawyer who grilled Epstein in the infamous 2009 deposition, tells TMZ ... he got the idea to question Epstein about his alleged "egg-shaped penis" from the King of Pop's kid-sex trial.

He says the prosecutor in the MJ case wanted to enter into evidence graphic photos of splotches on Michael's penis so an alleged abuse victim could identify the skin discoloration known as vitiligo. MJ had originally submitted to having the graphic photos taken during a 1994 investigation into whether the pop star molested a boy.

Danny Masterson is throwing his lawyer under the bus ... the actor is seeking to have his rape convictions tossed aside, claiming he's sitting in prison because his lawyer didn't do his job right.

In new legal docs filed Monday, Masterson's lawyers claim the trial attorney who handled his rape case failed to call key witnesses or contradict the prosecutor's claims about Scientology ... despite Masterson's insistence.

According to the court docs, Philip Cohen -- who Masterson says took over trying the case due to a scheduling conflict with his former lead attorney -- only spoke to 2 of the "more than 20 potential witnesses" who could have testified in his defense.

Stefon Diggs is going after a social media star who accused him of drugging, sexually assaulting and later conspiring to kill him ... with the NFL star calling the claims pure fiction!!

The lawsuit, which TMZ Sports obtained, was filed by 31-year-old Diggs on October 1 ... with the Patriots star wideout accusing "would-be social media influencer" Christopher Blake Griffith of concocting a lurid story about him, stemming from an alleged incident at Stefon's Rockville, Maryland home in May 2023.

Diggs says he, along with Griffith and other influencers, hit up a local club after a charity basketball game in Washington, D.C., before later returning to Stefon's home. The Pats receiver says he then went to his bedroom, while his assistant asked Griffith to leave, capping a fairly mundane night.

Mike Smith -- star of the cult classic TV show "Trailer Park Boys" -- has been charged with sexual assault ... according to reports.

The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation reports Smith was charged in Halifax earlier this month in relation to an alleged 2017 incident.

Smith has been ordered not to communicate with the alleged victim or visit their school, workplace, or home, the CBC adds.

Raven-Symone isn't throwing the sex pest out with the bathwater ... she told Jamie Kennedy she thinks Bill Cosby's artistic work should be able to be enjoyed regardless of the accusations against him.

On his "Hate To Break It To Ya" podcast, Jamie brought up the topic of the disgraced comedian, saying, "Yeah, he was a monster on this side, but he was a monster creatively. Both can be true."

Raven agreed, chiming in ... "Separate the creator from the creation. And that's just where I live, because the creation changed America ... changed television."

Former "American Idol" contestant Randy Madden is back on the streets after being charged for allegedly having sex with a minor ... but his release on bond comes with a lot of restrictions ... including on contact with people under the age of 18.

According to the court docket, Madden is to have no contact with the alleged victim in his case or anyone who is considered a minor.
