Meanwhile, Nick Offerman told People he and his former costars are "heartbroken" and have been texting each other following the upsetting news.

"M*A*S*H" actor Mike Farrell reflects on the time he spent with his costar Loretta Swit before her sudden death last week.

Mike tells us that Loretta’s assistant was the one to contact him about her passing ... and he defines Loretta as a "dynamo."

Watch the clip ... Farrell shares the great thing he'll always remember about her on set is her ability to sit and be her demure self, but then when called into a scene she’d be roaring as Margaret "Hot Lips" Houlihan -- her fiery character on "M*A*S*H."

Weston Gosa Jr. -- the son of "16 and Pregnant" star Whitney Purvis -- has died ... according to a message posted by Whitney to Facebook.

The former teen mom shared the sad news Monday ... sharing a photo of the two smiling. Whitney has her arms wrapped around her son in the sweet snapshot.

She captioned the photo, "Rest in Peace, my baby Weston. I love you forever, precious. I'll never understand why life has to be so cruel. You'll always be my baby."

Chase Stegall -- the son of former NFL wide receiver Milton Stegall and a rising collegiate soccer star -- has died.

Chase unexpectedly died inside his dormitory at Chicago's DePaul University Monday morning, according to the school's newspaper, The DePaulia.

DePaul President Rob Manuel reportedly announced the tragedy in a university-wide email, describing him as someone "known for his warmth, strength of character, and vibrant presence."

Taime Downe's speaking out about his fiancée's fatal fall from a cruise ship balcony ... placing the blame squarely on addiction.

TMZ has obtained a copy of Sigfredo Alvarez Ceja's mug shot ... he was arrested Sunday about a block away from the shooting scene and charged with murder -- and is being held on $200K bond.

Police and eyewitnesses previously told TMZ ... the two men -- neighbors in San Antonio -- got into a heated argument before Ceja allegedly shot and killed Joss.

Tristan Kern de Gonzales posted on Joss' Facebook page midday Monday, and described how his husband was tragically shot in front of him at the site of their burned home in San Antonio Sunday night ... and his story seems to match up with what we earlier heard from neighbors on the block.

Gonzales said he and Joss had gone to the location of the once-standing abode to retrieve some mail ... we heard earlier the mail included a check related to the house fire.

Actor Jonathan Joss -- best known for his work in the animated series "King of the Hill" -- has died after being shot by a neighbor in Texas, TMZ has learned.

According to the San Antonio Police Dept. and eyewitnesses ... Joss got into a heated argument with his neighbor at a house on the city's south side Sunday night -- leading to a bloody confrontation.

Police say the unidentified neighbor whipped out a gun and pumped several bullets into the actor before fleeing in a vehicle. Officers responded to a call of a shooting in progress and received a description of the car.

A popular "King of the Hill" voice actor was shot dead Sunday night, allegedly by a neighbor after a fiery dispute, and it seems tensions between the two men had been building for years ... TMZ has learned.

Jonathan Joss -- the actor best known for voicing John Redcorn on the popular animated FOX sitcom -- was shot and killed on his Texas property, allegedly by Sigfredo Alvarez Ceja, who is now in police custody.

Neighbors on the San Antonio block where the shooting occurred tell TMZ ... Joss' home burned down in February, but he returned Sunday to collect a victim's fire fund check. While there, he found the skeleton of one of his dogs killed in the fire, and it sent him into a rage -- he started yelling at anyone he saw in the area.

Kylie Jenner's hairstylist, Jesus Guerrero, died from severe pneumonia ... TMZ has learned.

According to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner, Jesus had a weakened immune system and, as a result, contracted pneumonia, as well as Cryptococcus neoformans, a fungal organism. The manner of death is natural.

As we reported, Guerrero arrived at a local hospital on the afternoon of February 21 after complaining of not feeling well. His death was pronounced the following day by a hospital doctor.

John Brenkus -- the founder and host of ESPN's Emmy-winning "Sport Science" show -- has died at 54 years old.

Brenkus' loved ones said in a statement Sunday evening he passed away on Saturday following a battle with depression.

"His heartbroken family and friends request privacy at this time," the statement read, "and encourage anyone who is struggling with depression to seek help."

Mike "The Bodysnatcher" McCallum -- a former professional boxer -- has died ... according to multiple reports.

The Jamaican athlete passed away Saturday while he was on his way to the gym in Las Vegas, according to the The Jamaica Observer. The outlet claims he fell ill and pulled over to the side of the road where he was eventually found by deceased by police.

His cause of death has not been reported ... and, we've reached out to Las Vegas Police for more information.

Jason Sudeikis says his uncle, actor George Wendt, proved an age-old adage wrong ... 'cause he says he was one hero who lived up to his reputation.

The actor appeared on a panel alongside Paul Rudd, Eric Stonestreet, Heidi Gardner and others for Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City ... and, he was asked by an audience member to reflect on the late "Cheers" star.

Sudeikis says his uncle was warm and kind ... and -- since he loved helping out the Children's Mercy Hospital, too -- the people involved with the fundraiser have been thinking about him a lot.

Phil Robertson may be gone, but the team behind "Duck Dynasty" is keeping his memory alive ... paying tribute to him during an episode of the new revival show.

The Robertson family patriarch -- who passed away just a week ago -- will appear in archival footage from the premiere episode of "Duck Dynasty: The Revival."

The clip shows Phil listening to an impassioned speech from his son, Willie, who asks for the elder Robertson's thoughts.

Devin Harjes, best known for his role on "Boardwalk Empire" is dead.

According to Devin's obituary, he died on May 27 at Mount Sinai West Hospital in New York. The Hollywood Reporter reported he died after a brief battle with cancer.

He began his career in Texas theater before moving to New York. He was best known for playing Jack Dempsey on the HBO series. He also played roles on shows such as "Gotham," "Orange is the New Black," "Daredevil," "Elementary," "Blue Bloods," "FBI," and "Manifest."
