RIP

Gregg Foreman -- a founding member of the alternative group The Delta 72 -- has died.

Friends and collaborators of Foreman's -- including Wesley Eisold from the group Cold Cave -- confirmed the news ... remembering him as a truly unique star and passing along their condolences.

A cause of death for Foreman has not yet been released.

Dave Mason, the co-founder of rock band Traffic, has died at age 79.

He passed peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, his family announced on his official Facebook page. They say he died "after cooking an amazing dinner with his beloved wife Winifred," while he was taking a nap with their Maltese dog, Star, at his feet.

They went on ... "He passed away peacefully, in his favorite chair, surrounded by the beautiful Carson Valley that he loved so much. A storybook ending. On his own terms. Which is how he lived his life right up until the end."

Patrick Muldoon's sudden death this week rocked fans and Hollywood ... but TMZ has learned one of his last completed projects might help some heal.

As we reported ... the film and TV star best known for his roles in "Days of Our Lives," "Melrose Place," and "Starship Troopers" died after suffering a heart attack on Sunday.

Kevin Interdonato, the writer-director of “Dirty Hands,” tells TMZ … the premiere for the crime thriller in which Patrick is the star, is tonight in New Jersey … and what was going to be a celebration of the film is now a celebration of Patrick.

The Raiders are just a couple of days away from drafting their franchise quarterback, but the team is mourning today after the passing of Rod Martin, hero of Super Bowl XV.

Martin was 72.

"Rod Martin was a standout linebacker who helped the franchise to victories in Super Bowls XV and XVIII," the Raiders announced Tuesday morning.

"He forever secured his place in Raiders lore with a record-breaking three-interception performance in the Silver and Black’s Super Bowl XV triumph over the Eagles."

Alan Osmond, the eldest brother in the iconic 1970s Osmond Brothers group, has died, according to a family member.

Brother and former bandmate Merrill Osmond announced Alan's death in a Facebook post early Tuesday morning. Alan reportedly died Monday evening with his family at his side. Although no cause of death was given, Alan had suffered from multiple sclerosis since 1987.

In his FB post, Merrill talked about seeing Alan two days before his death and having a heart-to-heart "as brothers do," while also discussing their musical accomplishments.

Patrick Muldoon and Denise Richards broke up more than 25 years ago ... but he played a huge role in her family life -- so says her daughter Lola Sheen.

Richards' middle child shared a throwback photo of the "Melrose Place" star standing alongside her mom ... writing, "the best duo there was" on the pic.

She added a long caption to the post which begins, "i thought you were the one that was supposed to be in our lives forever" ... adding it's going to be weird to move on without him given how important he was to her childhood.

Celeste Rivas' cause of death has just been revealed ... and prosecutors in Los Angeles County say D4vd killed her with a "sharp instrument."

Prosecutors revealed the alleged cause of death Monday in documents charging D4vd with murdering Celeste.

A high-ranking source in the Los Angeles Police Department told us last week the Medical Examiner determined the manner of death as homicide ... but there was no indication how Celeste was murdered.

His girlfriend decided to check on him after he was taking too long and found him unconscious on the bathroom floor, Shanna said. Paramedics rushed over and tried to revive Patrick, according to Shana, but there was nothing anyone could do.

Senator Mark Warner is dealing with an unimaginable loss … his daughter, Madison Warner, has died at just 36 after a long and difficult health battle.

The Virginia Democrat and his wife, Lisa Collis, shared the heartbreaking news Monday morning ... revealing Madison passed away following a “decades-long” fight with juvenile diabetes and other serious health issues.

In an emotional statement, the couple didn’t hold back their grief, saying they’re “heartbroken beyond words” over the loss of their daughter -- who they say brought constant joy into their lives.

Hulk Hogan, just months before his death, convinced his good friend, President Donald Trump, to sit down for an interview for an upcoming Netflix doc, the director revealed to TMZ Sports.

"Hulk Hogan: Real American" hits the streaming giant next week, and the man behind the highly anticipated four-part series, Bryan Storkel, shared the story of locking down POTUS.

"There's a nice little surprise interview with Donald Trump, which [Hulk] helped me set up. We went to the White House and interviewed Trump and he talked all about Hulk Hogan," Storkel told Babcock.

Nadia Farès -- a popular French actress -- has died several days after reports say she was found floating unresponsive in a pool.

Global news agency Agence France-Presse broke the news about Nadia ... citing a statement from her daughters confirming her death.

According to AFP, Farès was found floating unconscious in a Paris swimming pool on April 11. She'd been in a coma since being pulled from the pool ... and passed away Friday.

Celeste Rivas' family wants justice for their slain teenager ... and, according to their attorney, D4vd's arrest makes them feel they're going to get it.

Patrick Steinfeld -- a lawyer for Rivas' family -- released a statement following the singer's arrest, explaining how the family plans to handle D4vd's possible upcoming court hearings.

Family members plan to exercise their rights under California's Victims' Bill of Rights -- better known as Marsy's Law -- to attend D4vd's arraignment if the D.A. chooses to charge him with murder. "Downton Abbey" star Nathalie Baye reportedly died Friday.

She died in the evening at her home in Paris following a Lewy body dementia diagnosis, her family told French press agency, AFP.

Lewy body dementia is one of the most common forms of dementia, and symptoms include visual hallucinations, according to Alzheimers.gov. It leads to problems with thinking, movement, behavior, and mood.

One of Garret Anderson's oldest friends, actor Tyrin Turner, tells TMZ Sports he was shocked to learn of the MLB great's passing ... because as far as he knew, GA wasn't dealing with any medical issues prior to his death.
