The alleged Florida State University shooter stalked his prey around the campus, firing at people as they ran for their lives, and it was caught on terrifying video.

Check it out ... suspected gunman Phoenix Ikner is allegedly seen in the footage walking down a path before he abruptly stops, turns and opens fire at screaming students, who scatter in all directions. A person appears to be lying on the ground nearby.

Another clip shows a bunch of cops carrying what appears to be a wounded shooting victim across the campus during the rampage.

1:35 PM PT -- The Tallahassee Police Department said in a 4:30 PM ET news conference ... two people are dead. They were not students. Police said a shooting suspect was detained. Five victims were hospitalized, with one in critical condition ... the suspect was also being treated at a hospital.

Police said they have identified the shooting suspect ... 20-year-old FSU student Phoenix Ikner, who is the son of a Leon County Sheriff's deputy.

D.L. Hughley says he would have a lot to think about if he were a juror in Luigi Mangione's trial ... telling us he might even go so far as to find the accused United Healthcare CEO murderer innocent!!!

The comedian joined us on "TMZ Live" Tuesday and we asked him about the cult-like following Luigi has, even though the feds claim Mangione gunned down Brian Thompson in cold blood in Manhattan in December.

D.L. says he absolutely understands why Luigi has a lot of supporters out there ... he feels Americans are so fed up with the health insurance agency and are so accustomed to gun violence in their everyday lives that Mangione's alleged murder isn't a big deal to many.

Law enforcement tells us Ian Stanley Wagner was busted Monday outside UnitedHealthcare HQ and he's been booked for allegedly making threats of violence.

A local reporter, Steven Dial of FOX 4 Dallas, captured the moment Anthony walked out of the facility ... where he's been since April 2.

Karmelo Anthony -- the teenager charged with the murder of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf -- had his bond drastically reduced during a court hearing Monday morning ... from $1,000,000 to $250,000.

Mike Howard, Anthony's new attorney, argued the $1 million bond was unnecessary ... as his client has no history of criminal activity.

"Give this young man a chance to get out of jail and be with his family," Howard said.

Our sources tell us the man is currently being detained by authorities ... and the FBI and police are questioning him after finding a gun in his car. This comes months after Luigi Mangione allegedly shot former UHC CEO Brian Thompson to death in Manhattan.

Before being taken into custody, the guy was on the phone with law enforcement while sitting in his car ... he reportedly sounded agitated as he asked for a negotiator, admitted he had a pistol, demanded $1 million, and said he wouldn't be taken alive.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office is apologizing to the Menendez family for not giving advanced warning that crime scene photos would be shown at a recent hearing ... but, they add the choice was made to show the full truth.

In a statement to TMZ ... the L.A. County D.A.'s Office tells us they apologize for the upsetting nature of the crime scene photos they showed -- adding it wasn't the office's intention to upset the members of the family.

However, we're told these hearings are "intended to be a place where the truth, no matter how painful, is brought to light" ... so, the photos needed to be shown in order to depict the brutality of the crime.

Governor Josh Shapiro and his family were evacuated from the Pennsylvania Governor's Residence after celebrating Passover when a man allegedly set fire to the building ... and, the suspected arsonist is now in custody.

Cody Balmer -- a 38-year-old man from Harrisburg, PA -- was arrested after cops say he hopped over a fence onto the property and forcibly entered the residence before setting it ablaze.

Photos of the fire damage show the inside of this part of the residence -- a large room meant for holding big gatherings -- burned badly ... with ashes covering the floor and tables while only a stack of plates in the center of one table seemed to have survived.

Coachella 2025 man arrested for threatening to bomb Coachella

A California man was arrested by cops over the weekend for threatening to bomb the Coachella Music & Arts Festival.

Davis Darvish, a 40-year-old man from Santa Monica, allegedly approached a security guard at a Southern California casino on Saturday and made the threat to bomb the popular music festival where hundreds of celebrities hang out and perform.

According to reports, cops caught up with Darvish about an hour after he made the initial threat and that's when the Cathedral City Police Department searched Darvish's car but thankfully no explosives, weapons, or bomb-making materials were found.

3 PM PT -- Los Angeles Police Dept. Spokesperson Jennifer Forkish tells TMZ ... "Our investigation revealed evidence such as a shell casing and video footage showing she repeatedly ignored police commands to disarm and that she fired her weapon at LAPD officers. She was subsequently booked for attempted murder of a peace officer."

We're learning more about the police-shooting incident involving Jillian Lauren Shriner, wife of Weezer bassist Scott Shriner, in L.A. this week ... and she's been released on $1 million bond after allegedly firing a single shot and being booked for attempted murder.

TMZ also obtained police-scanner audio, which provides new insight into Tuesday's crazy shootout between Jillian and the LAPD.

As you can hear, officers on the ground and helicopters flying overhead coordinate a response to search for a male suspect ... who apparently stripped down to his boxers and dove into a pool in an attempt to throw off the chase.

California Highway Patrol and LAPD officers responded to a hit-and-run Tuesday afternoon on a freeway winding through the Eagle Rock neighborhood of Los Angeles. Three unidentified suspects fled the scene on foot -- one bailed out of his vehicle, climbed over a freeway embankment and ended up on a residential street.

The suspect stripped off some of his clothing, trying to blend into the neighborhood -- it didn't work.

Outrage is brewing over a police shooting in Idaho ... video shows a group of officers shooting a teen armed with a knife, but the boy's family says he's nonverbal, autistic and suffers from cerebral palsy.

The incident happened in Pocatello ... with cops shooting 17-year-old Victor Perez 9 times in the yard outside his home, leaving him in critical condition ... according to the Associated Press, which also reports Perez had to have a leg amputated.

Video of the Saturday shooting went viral ... sparking protests outside Pocatello PD. Folks say they're questioning why the 4 officers who responded to the scene appeared to be trigger-happy and didn't make much of an effort to de-escalate the situation before unleashing a hail of bullets.
