Cops in Orange County got their exercise in to end the week -- they had to chase down a handful of alleged juvenile delinquents accused of jacking a car ... and the video's wild.

Costa Mesa PD tells TMZ ... officers came across a vehicle that had been reported stolen Friday in the middle of the day -- and when they tried initiating a stop, we're told the car didn't come to a stop ... so the police had to give chase.

We're told there was a short pursuit, which ended with the subjects of the vehicle bailing on the car ... and cops having to chase them down on foot -- something captured on camera.

Channing Tatum wants a judge to hear all of the issues in his divorce from Jenna Dewan in one trial ... instead of splitting up the case like she wants.

According to documents obtained by TMZ ... Tatum's asking a judge to deny Jenna's request to bifurcate the case -- which, in essence, would split the issues into 2 trials. Instead, Channing wants to keep it all wrapped up in one.

CT's argument's pretty simple here ... he's saying the issues should be consolidated, unless splitting them up would expedite the proceedings, and he thinks Jenna's trying to do the exact opposite.

An accused killer went all Jeffrey Dahmer on one of his alleged victims in Vegas --cannibalizing the poor guy's face, so say prosecutors.

The stomach-churning incident was allegedly carried out by Colin Czech, whom police say set his sights on someone named Kenneth Brown at a convenience store on April 28, according to KLAS News, citing court documents and 911 calls.

Prosecutors say Czech was seen hanging out outside the store around 5 AM when Brown, a customer, exited and was immediately tackled. Czech then allegedly sank his teeth into Brown's face and started munching, consuming flesh and devouring an eye and ear.

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari's divorce is signed, sealed and delivered as far as the law is concerned -- a judge just put his John Hancock on the paperwork ... but there's a catch.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, a judgment has been entered in Britney and Sam's divorce case ... which means they are officially no longer married or entangled as man and wife in California, something we expected after they settled up Wednesday.

Harvey Weinstein is going to be put through the wringer again in criminal court out in New York -- because prosecutors say they're retrying him ... which will happen later this year.

Chris Pine's in a court battle with his neighbor over the roots he's put down in L.A. -- roots that are allegedly infiltrating this woman's backyard ... and we mean that quite literally.

TMZ has obtained legal docs that show Chris ensnared in a showdown with music attorney Helen Yu -- who lives next door to him in the Hollywood Hills ... and who's brought action against him for what she claims is destruction of her property due to his trees.

As for her mental health, our sources say Britney is "completely dysfunctional." Since the conservatorship ended, she has no supervision and, according to sources, has radical mood swings that we're told are "shocking."

Haley Pullos got thrown into jail this week over her DUI case -- and from the way she looked going into court ... it's almost as if she knew what was coming.

As it turns out, Haley ended up pleading no contest to one of the charges against her ... driving under the influence with .08 BAC causing bodily injury.
