Here's a buzzkill for Starbuds Flowers ... Starbucks is taking the mobile marijuana biz to court and claiming it's ripping off the coffee brand's famous logo.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Starbucks is suing Starbuds for trademark infringement. Starbucks says Starbuds, which sells weed out of a converted food truck in New York City, is deliberately copying the iconic siren design logo.

It doesn't take a legal expert to see the similarities here ... but Starbucks goes ahead and lays it all out in their suit, claiming Starbuds' logo straight up jacked the double-ringed green circle and crown-wearing mermaid from their coffee brand, even using the same proportions.

Austin Wolf -- a popular gay porn star -- has been arrested on child pornography charges ... according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in New York's Southern District.

The U.S. Attorney for the district, Damian Williams and the assistant director of the FBI's New York Field office made the announcement Friday ... claiming Wolf -- real name Justin Heath Smith -- received and sent hundreds of child pornography videos.

The FBI's alleging Wolf used an anonymous Telegram account to exchange videos containing child porn between March 24 and 28 of this year.

Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the armorer for "Rust," claims prosecutors in New Mexico buried information that would have helped her prove the gun in the fatal shooting might have fired without Alec Baldwin pulling the trigger.

According to new legal docs, filed Thursday and obtained by TMZ, Gutierrez-Reed claims the prosecutors were sitting on exculpatory evidence during her recent manslaughter trial, which resulted in a conviction, and an 18-month prison sentence for her.

In the docs, Hannah's attorney, Jason Bowles, claims prosecutors buried a report showing the gun had “unexplained” alterations to the trigger that were unlikely the result of the FBI's trigger testing, and did not appear to be original manufacturing marks.

Zedd says a woman he's never met is impersonating him and showing up at his home demanding to speak with him ... and now he's running to a judge for help.

The DJ beelined it to court Thursday and filed for a temporary restraining order against a woman named Rezwan Senobarian, who he claims is harassing him and his staff.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Zedd claims Rezwan falsely impersonated him by phone and email to numerous people, and he says she came to his Encino home multiple times this week, acting erratically and demanding to talk to him.

The "Jackass" star pled guilty to 2 counts of disorderly conduct Wednesday in Pennsylvania. He'd been charged for an incident last year where he allegedly beat up his brother and threatened to kill his family before going on the run from cops.

TMZ confirmed with the Chester County DA ... Bam will spend 6 months on probation -- 3 months for each count -- and during that span he will be subject to random drug testing.

Judge Laura Cruz announced her decision Wednesday, finding the prosecutors violated attorney-client privilege when they accessed messages between Courtney's parents and their lawyers which were on Deborah Clenney's iCloud account.

Remember, Courtney was arrested and charged with 2nd-degree murder over the fatal stabbing of boyfriend Christian Obumseli in April 2022. Her parents -- Kim and Deborah Clenney -- were later arrested and charged with allegedly accessing Obumseli's computer.

Josh Duggar's attempt to overturn his child pornography conviction in the U.S. Supreme Court has been rejected ... the justices declined to even hear his appeal.

The U.S. Supreme Court denied Josh's attempt at an appeal on Monday, which comes after he also lost, back in October, in the U.S. Court of Appeals.

Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer decided Friday Hannah Gutierrez-Reed does not have to testify during Alec's trial -- although she may still get called by the prosecution. It's a little complicated, but long story short ... HGR's attorney made clear Hannah doesn't wanna cooperate and testify against Alec.

When the judge was made aware that she would invoke her Fifth Amendment right if called to the stand -- she decided he wouldn't force the issue ... although, she could still be called. Prosecutors suggested they could hit her with more jail time ... so TBD.

Justin Timberlake DWI Arrest Body Cam Vid ... Won't Be Released Anytime Soon

Justin Timberlake's DWI arrest was caught on body cam video -- but cops aren't planning to release it to the public anytime soon ... at least not until their investigation is wrapped.

TMZ officially submitted a request for a copy of the video -- which we know was taken during the time of the arrest early Tuesday -- and Sag Harbor PD just got back to us with their response ... saying they're denying the request for the footage, and citing a statute that's interesting.

According to SHPD ... the reason they won't drop the body cam video (for now) is because of a specific New York law that deals with the release of public records.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Justin has no plans to check into a rehab facility following Tuesday morning's arrest in Sag Harbor, NY. It's not uncommon for Hollywood types to take proactive steps after a drug or alcohol-related arrest to look good before a judge.

Voluntarily seeking treatment in rehab or alcohol education classes can put them in a position for a better plea deal, but Justin has a different plan, and, perhaps ... for good reason.
