Weston Cage Finalizes 3rd Divorce After Lengthy Battle

Nicolas Cage's son Weston's divorce from 3rd wife Hila Cage Coppola is now official and in the books ... TMZ has learned.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge signed off on Weston and Hila's split and per the terms of the judgment, Weston and Hila are keeping their existing custody and visitation agreement.

Here's the skinny ... Hila has sole legal and physical custody of their kids, Cyress and Venice -- with Weston getting no visitation rights pending a further court order.

Pete Davidson's putting his reckless driving case in his rearview ... 'cause a California judge just dismissed the case after Pete completed a pretrial program.

The comedian completed 50 hours of community service, a safe driving course and attended a Mother's Against Drunk Driving victim impact program. Those were the court-required terms of a diversion program put in place after he was charged in the March 2023 incident ... according to Rolling Stone.

PD apparently finished the program quickly too ... wrapping it all up approximately 6 months before the judge's deadline.

Alec Baldwin is not done with New Mexico's legal system -- it looks like he's planning to legally go after the Santa Fe County Sheriff and the prosecutor in his "Rust" shooting case.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the actor's lawyers put Santa Fe sheriff Adan Mendoza and special prosecutor Kari Morrissey on notice ... instructing them to save all relevant info related to his now-dismissed manslaughter trial.

In a pair of preservation notices fired off this week, Alec's legal team told the prosecutor and sheriff to hold onto any emails, text messages, hard drives, documents, records and materials related to the investigation and prosecutions connected with Halyna Hutchins' shooting death.

Priscilla Presley's suing several former business associates ... claiming she's been the victim of financial elder abuse.

TMZ has obtained legal documents, filed by Priscilla Presley's lawyer Marty Singer Thursday, claiming a woman named Brigitte Kruse and several others took advantage of her and bilked her out of more than $1 million.

Sandoval alleges Madix made copies of the explicit footage and sent it to Leviss and other unnamed parties without his permission. By doing so, Sandoval claims Madix has opened herself up to financial liability ... and violated California's criminal code.

Senator Bob Menendez has been found guilty on all counts in his federal corruption trial.

The jury issued their verdict on Tuesday in a Manhattan courthouse, with the New Jersey Democrat being convicted on 16 counts -- including bribery, extortion, wire fraud, obstruction of justice, as well as acting as a foreign agent.

Menendez was indicted in September for his alleged role in a bribery scheme ... accused of using his influence as a U.S. Senator to advance the interests of the Egyptian military. Menendez and his wife, Nadine, allegedly received several bribes ... including gold bars, thousands of dollars in cash, and a Mercedes-Benz convertible, among other gifts.

Shannen Doherty was in the middle of an ugly divorce with her husband before she died -- but it looks like it was a chapter they were able to close together, on the same page.

New legal docs, obtained by TMZ, show that the late actress and her estranged spouse, Kurt Iswarienko, reached an agreement on a number of issues in their divorce case ... which was very much so active before Shannen passed away this weekend.

In the paperwork, it notes both parties had come to terms on property and other issues ... and that the case would not proceed as uncontested. As part of their settlement, they also served docs with final disclosures that usually cover finances and such.

Alec Baldwin celebrated his courtroom victory Friday with a small gathering of his biggest supporters – including wife Hilaria -- at a hotel bar in New Mexico before winding down with some Mexican food.

TMZ obtained video and photos of the actor partying with his attorneys -- Alex Spiro and Luke Nikas – as well as Hilaria and his film team creating a documentary about the "Rust" tragedy.

We're told right after Alec's involuntary manslaughter case was dismissed Friday afternoon, Baldwin and his crew left the courthouse and went straight to the El Dorado Hotel, where they hung out at the bar.

5:55 PM PT -- Special prosecutor Erlinda Ocampo Johnson, who resigned during Friday's hearing, tells TMZ ... "As prosecutors we have obligations to disclose all the evidence. When I learned this morning of the existence of the evidence that had not been disclosed, I believed that the right decision was to dismiss the case. When my voice was not heard, I asked to withdraw from the case. We not only owe a duty to the people, but to the defendants accused of crimes as well. The prosecution must always be above reproach."

4:50 PM PT -- Special prosecutor Kari Morrissey gave a statement to reporters saying, “I believe that the importance of the evidence was misconstrued by the defense attorneys."

She continued, “But I have to respect the court’s decision.”

It's a stunning turn ... Alec Baldwin's manslaughter trial has come to an abrupt end as the judge dismissed the "Rust" case after finding law enforcement had concealed evidence that prevented the actor from preparing his defense.

A Los Angeles man is in custody after cops say he was caught on surveillance video dropping a 7-month-old puppy down an apartment staircase.

The clip is horrifying, so watch at your own discretion -- in the video, a shirtless man cops identified as 27-year-old Joeboury Coleman is seen grabbing the dog by the collar, taking it to the stairway railing, and then callously dropping the animal.

Concerned residents at the Koreatown residence alerted the LAPD to videos posted on social media ... leading to his arrest.

Internet personality SteveWillDoIt went to a famous theme park in Florida and then ended up in jail, where cops snapped a funny mug shot.

The YouTube star -- government name Stephen Rocco Deleonardis -- was arrested by the Orlando Police Department on Wednesday afternoon for trespassing ... TMZ has learned.

Orlando Police tell us officers responded to Universal Studios in reference to a trespass call. Cops say theme park security told them Steve was previously removed from the theme park for trespassing back in August and warned not to come back.
