A cop in West Virginia allegedly threatened to shoot a woman during a traffic stop ... then he smashed her car window and body-slammed her to the ground ... and it's all on video.

The intense police interaction went down Thursday in Marion County, where Monongah Police Chief Nathan Lanham was captured on video threatening to kill a local woman named Beth Delloma.

In the footage, you see Lanham standing outside the woman's car, pulling on the door handle ... it appears the window is cracked as Lanham is heard shouting, "You roll up that window and I swear to God I'll f****** shoot you."

In new docs, obtained by TMZ, the judge who dismissed the case against Alec says the prosecution "intentionally and deliberately" withheld evidence from Baldwin's legal team ... namely, live ammunition found on the "Rust" movie set matching the live bullet that killed Halyna Hutchins.

Jerry Harris has completed one of his requirements as he does time behind bars ... paying off a judgment that it's in the ballpark of tens of thousands.

According to court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- the former "Cheer" star has paid a total of $45,200 ... which breaks down to about $35k to the AVAA crime victims fund and another $10k to the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act fund.

Harris was also ordered to pay more than $135k in restitution to the victims themselves. It's unclear if he's paid that as well at this point.

Justin Timberlake's going to have to stay off the road for the foreseeable future -- 'cause a New York judge just suspended his driver's license during a hearing.

The singer-songwriter -- who appeared virtually from Belgium Friday -- had his driving privileges temporarily yanked ... with the judge citing the fact he turned down a Breathalyzer test when cops pulled him over in June.

Unclear exactly how long the suspension will remain in place -- presumably, until the case wraps. Worth noting ... this is SOP in NY -- the law requires the DMV to suspend a driver's license if they refuse a breathalyzer for up to a year. So ... this was already coming.

Halle Berry says her ex-husband isn't meeting the terms of their co-parenting agreement ... claiming Olivier Martinez is trying to take the summer off from co-parenting therapy -- and now she's asking a judge to force him to go back.

In court documents obtained by TMZ ... Halle says she and Olivier agreed to co-parenting therapy to resolve issues related to raising their 10-year-old son Maceo -- but, she says he recently decided to delay the therapy sessions until September so he can take the "summer off" ... without first clearing things with her or the therapist.

She says he bailed on July sessions to travel to France and wants to skip August therapy because his brother will be visiting ... but Halle wants the judge to force him to stick to the schedule laid out in their agreement, which includes therapy sessions and other requirements.
