Chris Brown I'm Not a Rapist!!! Sues Warner Bros. for $500M Over Docuseries

Chris Brown is suing the producers behind Investigation Discovery's "Chris Brown: A History of Violence" docuseries … alleging the project was full of straight up lies.

In new court documents obtained by TMZ … the singer accuses Warner Bros. Discovery, Ample, and other individuals behind the series of promoting and publishing defamatory claims against him -- even after allegedly being provided with "proof" that their narrative was false.

Not only does Brown state the Jane Doe at the center of the docuseries has been repeatedly discredited, but he highlights he has never been found guilty “of any sex related crime” … slamming the docuseries for labeling him "a serial rapist and a sexual abuser."

Blake Lively is thrilled Justin Baldoni decided to release unedited footage from "It Ends With Us," because she says it only proves her point ... that she was visibly uncomfortable with Baldoni's advances during the scene.

Blake's legal team tells TMZ, "Justin Baldoni and his lawyer may hope that this latest stunt will get ahead of the damaging evidence against him, but the video itself is damning. Every frame of the released footage corroborates, to the letter, what Ms. Lively described in Paragraph 48 of her Complaint."

They continue, "The video shows Mr. Baldoni repeatedly leaning in toward Ms. Lively, attempting to kiss her, kissing her forehead, rubbing his face and mouth against her neck, flicking her lip with his thumb, caressing her, telling her how good she smells, and talking with her out of character."

A$AP Rocky is headed for court on gun charges ... the Grammy-nominated rapper just turned down a plea deal from L.A. prosecutors, opting to face a jury trial instead.

L.A. County prosecutors offered him a deal -- if Rocky pled guilty to one of two felony charges, he'd serve 180 days in jail, and he'd get a seven-year suspended sentence, with three years on probation. But, AR told a judge today he's decided to decline to take the deal.  Rocky could be sentenced to up to 24 years in jail if found guilty in a trial.

We caught AR on the way into court this morning, but he didn't offer any comment.

Justin Baldoni is staying on the offensive ... attempting to shoot down Blake Lively's allegation he sexually harassed her, by releasing raw video from "It Ends With Us" that reveals some very telling conversation between the costars.

Baldoni's team dropped nearly 10 minutes of unedited footage -- including one scene where Justin and Blake are slow dancing. Blake referenced the scene in her lawsuit against Justin, and accused him of getting creepy with comments about the fragrance she was wearing.

In the video, which has both actors mic'd up, you don't see Justin making any offensive comments or actions toward Blake. We're told his team believes this completely refutes Blake's sexual harassment claim.

Wendy Williams' guardianship woes are commanding the attention of at least one New York lawmaker ... who's making a big push so her family can easily visit her.

Anthony Palumbo, a N.Y. state senator, tells TMZ ... today, he is re-introducing a piece of legislation that would change guardianship laws regarding family visitation in the state.

According to Palumbo, "Karilyn's Law" would allow families to visit loved ones by filing a motion with the court ... the guardian would then have 10 days to show the court if the person intending to visit is displaying inappropriate conduct -- and if not, they can visit.

A British man has admitted to murdering 3 girls and trying to kill 10 others at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in the UK last year.

18-year-old Axel Rudakubana shocked the court on day one of his trial at Liverpool Crown Court Monday by pleading guilty to murdering Alice Dasilva Aguiar, 9, Elsie Dot Stancombe, 7, and Bebe King, 6. He’s facing life behind bars when he's sentenced Thursday.

Axel, who was 17 at the time of the attack, also pled guilty to 10 counts of attempted murder and charges for having ricin and an Al-Qaeda manual linked to the July 29 attack in Southport, UK, last year.

Tekashi 6ix9ine is taking LA Fitness to court, suing the gym over a vicious attack he endured in 2023 that sent him straight to the hospital.

TMZ has obtained legal docs from Palm Beach County, Florida, revealing the rapper is asking for more than $1 million in damages, claiming the gym failed to provide adequate security to prevent the brutal attack by three men -- labeled as Latin Kings gang members in the suit -- at one of the company's South Florida locations.

Tekashi -- real name Daniel Hernandez -- is alleging the gym staff was not properly educated or informed regarding security protocols at LA Fitness, claiming employees failed to promptly request police presence once they were aware of the attack.

Liam Payne's friend Roger Nores -- who was with him in his final chaotic days alive in Buenos Aires -- is suing Liam's father for allegedly smearing him in the media in the weeks after Liam died.

Roger filed the defamation lawsuit Thursday against Geoff Payne for saying Roger was supposed to take care of Liam at the time of his death. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Roger says Geoff submitted a sworn declaration to Buenos Aires police stating Roger had "full responsibility for Liam's care during this last period when I was not there."

But, Roger sternly denies that saying in the lawsuit, he "never agreed to be and was never the caretaker of Liam." He acknowledges they were "dear friends" and supported each other, but says it was never a paid job for him.

Justin Baldoni is warning Disney and Marvel to hold onto all docs related to the various characters Ryan Reynolds played in "Deadpool & Wolverine" as he mounts his legal case ... and he's zeroing in on one particular character he thinks was intended to mock and bully him.

Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, fired off a legal letter, viewed by TMZ, to Marvel’s Kevin Feige and Disney’s Bob Iger, indicating he believes Reynolds was openly mocking Baldoni in a scene from the July 2024 release.

In one scene, Reynolds drops the line, "Where in God's name is the intimacy coordinator?!"

In another scene, playing a character called "Nicepool," he compliments Blake Lively’s character "Ladypool" after just having had a baby, saying "you can't even tell" ... and makes a comment about identifying as a feminist.

One of the stars from a Disney Channel show says he's getting harassed at his new job, slinging ice cream, due to his previous arrest and conviction for interacting with a minor online.

Stoney Westmoreland, who played the grandpa on "Andi Mack," ran to court to get a restraining order against a former neighbor who keeps showing up at the Cold Stone Creamery where Westmoreland works.

In the docs, Westmoreland says the guy has told the store's owner and manager lies about him, accosted Cold Stone customers and told them he's a "child rapist." He says he's feeling frightened by the man's actions, which picked up right around the holidays.
