The reality star dropped the wellness bomb on her IG Stories Wednesday, revealing she "pounded a glass of breast milk" 'cause she felt sick -- all while flashing a thumbs-up in her selfie to signal the unconventional remedy's a winner.

The rest of the Kardashian clan have latched on to it all, too -- Kim Kardashian famously took a sip of Kourt's milk in a throwback 2013 episode of 'KUWTK,'  saying it tasted like vanilla soy milk in her review.

Bobb'e J. Thompson claims Tracy Morgan mistreated him on the set of their old sitcom back in the 2000s -- alleging the dude was a straight-up bully ... all 'cause the kid was funny.

The former child actor -- who costarred alongside Tracy in "The Tracy Morgan Show" between 2003 and 2004 -- hopped on the Comedy Hype podcast to make his claims ... and he details a pretty disturbing story about how he says Morgan dealt with him back in those days.

Based on the way Bobb'e describes the alleged tale, it's a little hard to decipher if this was just a one-off, or if happened repeatedly -- but he claims Tracy had severely berated him.

Tamron Hall's show is the hottest thing on television -- and we mean that quite literally ... because a fire broke out backstage ... and forced the entire building to skedaddle.

The talk show host went live Wednesday morning in an unconventional fashion -- more somber than usual with no graphic backing her onstage ... and the reason for that is because there was an emergency on set at ABC Studios in NYC.

Network sources tell us LeVar has officially locked in the deal to host and executive produce the revived version of the game show for The CW -- this after he and his team had been in negotiations with the network since last fall.

Conan O'Brien took a trip down memory lane in his return to late-night TV, telling Jimmy Fallon it felt "weird" coming back to the NBC building and joking about how Kelly Clarkson hijacked his studio.

The former host showed up Tuesday as a guest on "The Tonight Show," sitting down with Jimmy for an interview in which the comedian mostly reminisced about his time at the network.

At one point, Conan started talking about how strange it was to be back on "this floor" after hosting "Late Night" from 1993 to 2009 at NYC's Rockefeller Center. He then took the reins of "The Tonight Show" in L.A. before he was fired after just 7 months in 2010.

The singer shared her honest opinion on the sitch in her new sit-down with Interview Magazine, sharing her theory about Kyle's current relationship status amid her separation from husband Mauricio Umansky ... something RiRi is attuned to.

When Rihanna is asked point blank if she believes Kyle and Morgan are an item, she says ... "I mean, duh. Listen, I love Kyle. It’s weird commenting on her relationship because I don’t know the facts."

Steve Burns says he had no clue anything was amiss at Nickelodeon while he was at the network -- of course, this amid all the allegations made in 'Quiet on Set.'

The "Blue's Clues" star spoke with 'Today' about the whole saga ... and he says while he sympathizes with those who might've had bad experiences at Nick -- he personally didn't have knowledge of what was allegedly going on from his end of things.

He notes his show was filmed in NY, while the other shows these child actors were a part of had been shot in L.A. ... so he says there wasn't really any overlap between the productions.

The vast majority of FCC complaints made during and after Super Bowl LVIII had to do with a pro-Israel ad that ran ... and it appears to have been planned that way.

TMZ has obtained FCC filings -- including all of the complaints made pertaining to the Super Bowl in February -- and there's a recurring theme in just about all of them ... namely, people pissed the State of Israel was allowed to air a commercial in the broadcast.

Per the docs, hundreds complaints were filed ... and a handful of them were about the usual -- indecent exposure, risqué outfits, language, etc. And a fair amount even complained about showing celebs ... including Taylor Swift, Ice Spice, Usher and others who were in the house.

'Real Housewives of Orange County' star Lauri Peterson's son, Josh Waring, likely passed away from an overdose ... this according to cops.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... officers were called out around 11:30 AM Easter Sunday to a motel in Orange County, arriving on the scene after staff told them they stopped by Josh's room after his checkout time -- as we're told he'd failed to let anyone know he'd left.

We're told Josh's body was found in his room -- with drug paraphernalia and residue also discovered ... which is why police are treating his death as a possible OD.

The investigation into allegations of neglect regarding John Amos' care has been closed ... 'cause cops tell TMZ there was nothing they found that suggested wrongdoing.

Law enforcement sources tell us detectives spoke to the parties involved and determined no crime had been committed -- or at the very least, there wasn't enough evidence.

We're told cops concluded the entire ordeal stemmed from an ongoing family dispute ... and they put the matter to bed, officially.
