Ex-New England Patriots' Star

Parents Threaten To Sue

For Outing Hooligan Kids

9/20/2013 9:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

A former star player for the New England Patriots has been threatened with a lawsuit by delusional parents who claim he's ruined the lives of their kids by exposing a drug/alcohol fueled party at his home.

Brian Holloway tells TMZ, "I blew way past furious" when he discovered several hundred teenagers broke into his vacation home outside Albany, NY over Labor Day weekend.

The kids started tweeting and Instagramming madly inside, posting photos of what looked like a scene out of "Animal House."

Holloway went ballistic, created a website -- helpmesave300 -- and started posting pictures of the damage, as well as the tweets from some of the partygoers -- and those tweets ID'd the kids.

Holloway tells TMZ ... he's been told by the Sheriff's Dept. some of the parents are furious because their poor kids have now been exposed.  Some bitch that it will hurt their chances of getting into college.  Others whine their poor kiddies are being harassed at school.  And they actually have the audacity to threaten a lawsuit.

Holloway says there was plenty of evidence of drugs at the party, including crack and meth.  And, of course, a river of alcohol.

He says it's gonna cost $20 - $40k to repair the damage.

The parents should try and bottle their chutzpah and sell it.  They could make enough to pay for the damage.

Local NY papers share details that of the 200-300 kids at that illegal party less than 10 have apologized AND ONLY ONE PARENT SHOWED UP WITH THEIR KID TO HELP CLEAN UP. This whole thing is a disgrace and the reaction of the parents bashing Holloway and not their over entitlled spoiled brat kids. It amazes me that with literally hundreds of idiots involved that only one family figure out that helping clean up was the right thing to do

Post the idiot parent's pictures (and NAMES) too. Morons.

And this is probably WHY their kids did this to begin with. Where were these parents when their kids were DOING IT in the first place. These kids deserve to be punished for BREAKING into someones house AND being stupid enough to post their crimes on the internet for EVERYONE to see. What did they really expect to happen??? These parents should also be ashamed of themselves for trying to coddle their kids, even for a second. They are bad kids and their parents are bad parents.

How dare these parents stick up for their children's bad behavior. They need to be teaching their children to take responsibility for their actions and that bad behavior comes with consequences that they must now face.

At least we now see where the kids get there stupidity from. Unreal!!! Don't be mad that your underaged kids broke into a home, drank tons of alcohol, and trashed the house severely, be mad that they were caught, and exposed. Idiots!!!

SUE your child for shaming your reputation as a skilled parent.
Your parenting skills have failed your child.

I say that when the parent or kid involved pays their part in repairing the damage done during the break in.....they get their photo and name taken off the page he posted....fair is fair. Otherwise these parents need to STFU!!!

I wish Holloway would post the names of the parents that are threatening him for exposing their criminals.

Now if they were kids of color everyone would be saying such ugly things and name calling. This just proves that white kids do bad **** to.

Something about this story doesn't add up...

Does he have teenage kids that hosted a small party that got out of hand or did a mob really descend on a quiet suburban neighborhood and pick a random empty house at random?

I'll bet you if you subpoenaed the email and social media records of this guy's children (if he has them), you'd find a paper trail a mile wide about where this "party" originated.

That is why our age limit for alcohol is 16 in Denmark. They don't have to break in and keep a secret party. They can drink out in the open because alcohol is LEGAL.

Had it been my kids I would have struck a deal with the poor fellow who are victims. They had been ordered into work right away and I would have phoned the other parents urging them to push their children into work also.

But it wasn't my kids and it would never be my kids in such a situation because if they wanted to party, they could party at home.
