Ex-New England Patriots' Star

Parents Threaten To Sue

For Outing Hooligan Kids

A former star player for the New England Patriots has been threatened with a lawsuit by delusional parents who claim he's ruined the lives of their kids by exposing a drug/alcohol fueled party at his home.

Brian Holloway tells TMZ, "I blew way past furious" when he discovered several hundred teenagers broke into his vacation home outside Albany, NY over Labor Day weekend.

The kids started tweeting and Instagramming madly inside, posting photos of what looked like a scene out of "Animal House."

Holloway went ballistic, created a website -- helpmesave300 -- and started posting pictures of the damage, as well as the tweets from some of the partygoers -- and those tweets ID'd the kids.

Holloway tells TMZ ... he's been told by the Sheriff's Dept. some of the parents are furious because their poor kids have now been exposed.  Some bitch that it will hurt their chances of getting into college.  Others whine their poor kiddies are being harassed at school.  And they actually have the audacity to threaten a lawsuit.

Holloway says there was plenty of evidence of drugs at the party, including crack and meth.  And, of course, a river of alcohol.

He says it's gonna cost $20 - $40k to repair the damage.

The parents should try and bottle their chutzpah and sell it.  They could make enough to pay for the damage.

The kids are the idiots for committing felonies of breaking and entering, vandalizing a home, not to mention their underage drinking and drug use, then bragging about it on social media. The NFL guy just repeated what was already out there. Parents, blame your kids for being moronic little criminals and putting it out there on social media. Sue yourselves for being idiots.

As Judge Judy might say: But for the fact that they broke into the man's home and committed criminal trespass, they would not be suffering harassment at college.
Does anyone LOOK TO THE SELF anymore?

Answers the age old question...where are the parents? Apparently they're too busy to do any actual parenting. Feeling a bit of sympathy for the adults. The kids however deserve whatever comes their way.

These kids outed themselves by posting their own pictures...the parents should be outraged by the actions of their children....if it was my child, believe me, she would be standing first in line to make amends to this family....shame on those parents.

Doesn't sound like any of the parents or kids offered to help pay for the damages. My guess is he didn't even get an apology out of anyone. Its a sad collection of stupid, spoiled kids (and the idiots who raised them) who have a huge out of control sense of entitlement.

With role models like Kardashians, Cyrus, Rihanna, Kanye, Bieber, Lohan and others what else do you expect from kids today who cut their eye teeth of this trash.

What idiots. I hope now that the kids and parents are have been identified that this guys sues them all for the repairs. I have three kids and if they ever were involved in something like this I'd be embarrassed and apologizing, not suing. These parents should be more concerned about the actions of their kids and their drug use ... because I'm pretty sure the kid doing meth and vandalizing a home probably isn't going to do so swell in college either!!

The parents need to be sued for the damage and their kids should be made to pay for their crimes by doing community service for no less than 2 years. If their dysfunctional parents are unable to teach them then the justice system will. The owner of the home did not ruin their lives the dysfunctional idiots and their dysfunctional idiotic parents did after all is was the kids that posted their party online so too bad. There is no court that will convict this man for doing that what should happen is the parents need to be convicted for failing to properly raise their kids.

all about the money

Seriously these parents are going to sue because their kids broke into a house, trashed it while underaged partying with drugs and alcohol and are upset their precious children have been called on their actions? What kind of parents are these? Now I get to sound like an old fart and say in my days if I broke into someones house and partied and my parents found out...I would be ground for life and not be able to sit down for a month. At no point would my parents blame the house owner for my hooligan activities.
