Ex-New England Patriots' Star

Parents Threaten To Sue

For Outing Hooligan Kids

A former star player for the New England Patriots has been threatened with a lawsuit by delusional parents who claim he's ruined the lives of their kids by exposing a drug/alcohol fueled party at his home.

Brian Holloway tells TMZ, "I blew way past furious" when he discovered several hundred teenagers broke into his vacation home outside Albany, NY over Labor Day weekend.

The kids started tweeting and Instagramming madly inside, posting photos of what looked like a scene out of "Animal House."

Holloway went ballistic, created a website -- helpmesave300 -- and started posting pictures of the damage, as well as the tweets from some of the partygoers -- and those tweets ID'd the kids.

Holloway tells TMZ ... he's been told by the Sheriff's Dept. some of the parents are furious because their poor kids have now been exposed.  Some bitch that it will hurt their chances of getting into college.  Others whine their poor kiddies are being harassed at school.  And they actually have the audacity to threaten a lawsuit.

Holloway says there was plenty of evidence of drugs at the party, including crack and meth.  And, of course, a river of alcohol.

He says it's gonna cost $20 - $40k to repair the damage.

The parents should try and bottle their chutzpah and sell it.  They could make enough to pay for the damage.

Hooligans? Who decided to use that word to describe the juvenile criminals? Surely, in the English language, there are more apt descriptions!

If my kid had been there, he would have been the 1st one to show up with a bucket ,soap and trash bags. But that still would not be enough. He would then be out doing Mom's Law of community service by helping anybody in the neighborhood that needed help

It's hard to say who I have less sympathy for in this story -- a millionaire former football star or a bunch of loser parents refusing to take responsibility for their teenagers...

Your kids are common denominator DRUGGIE THUGS. How you feel about them being just like the thugs and people you look down on with contempt. They are your meth heads, crackheads, burglars.

The lack of respect, morals and values these parents have passed on to their kids is mind boggling. I went to the "Help Me Save 300" page, and just shook my head at the pictures and tweets. I give all the credit in the world to Mr. Holloway; my blood would be boiling, and I wouldn't be nearly as forgiving as he appears to be. However, his attempt to turn this into a learning experience have fallen on deaf ears. These "parents" and their "privileged kids" don't, and never will, get it. When the qualities of being a compassionate, valuable, respectable member of society are non-existent, no amount of "teachable moments" will instill the responsibility or accountability that's obviously missing from these families.

Leeann... :)

The sad part about this whole situation is that it's the kids that weren't at the party that are volunteering to clean up the mess. http://www.timesunion.com/default/article/Students-tackle-cleanup-duties-4823139.php

Apparently, responsibility isn't a word we know up here in Upstate NY.

America went to the dogs a long time ago, and with stories like this, I can see it's never going to change. Look at the young generation featured on the recent season of "Big Brother." They were nothing but a bunch of foul-mouthed racists who thought they were hot stuff in front of the camera. Disgusting. Hey, Harvey! What's up?!

For every lawsuit that is filed against Holloway Holloway will be able to counter sue the kids and the parents for the damage to his home. Beside, if Holloway obtained the photos from the internet, he's just reposting what has already been made public.
