Kanye West and Bianca Censori seemed to be in good spirits this week ... driving around L.A. in separate cars -- this just hours after a man filed a battery report against Ye.

Photogs snapped the couple caught in rush hour traffic Wednesday -- and they were rolling in completely different vehicles. BC was piloting her Porsche and Ye was riding shotgun in a Cybertruck ... both seemingly happy and healthy after what sounds like a tough night.

Hard to tell what Bianca's wearing here -- unclear if it's her usual level of sheer or not -- but, she's got her eyes firmly fixed on the road while waiting at traffic lights in her sweet ride.

Erika de Souza Vieira Nunes was caught on surveillance footage not long before she rolled into the bank and tried applying for a loan with her deceased relative. As you can see, she is seen setting up a wheelchair outside a taxi cab -- where she enlists the driver's help to lift her uncle's lifeless body out of the front passenger seat.

After placing her uncle, Paulo Roberto Braga, in the wheelchair, the driver shuts the car door and bounces. Erika is seen paying the driver, as Paulo's gaunt body droops over the side.

The Palm Beach Sheriff's Office tells TMZ they were dispatched to Tekashi's home in Lake Worth, FL Wednesday to assist IRS agents conducting an operation there. PBSO wouldn't give us more info on the exact nature of the operation, but there are some pretty clear clues.

According to photos/videos obtained by TMZ of the visit -- one for which Tekashi himself was not home, we've confirmed -- it looks like the agents were there to seize his stuff.

An Ohio man has been charged in the fatal shooting of an Uber driver, whom he reportedly thought was involved in an elaborate plot to scam him ... and ditto for the woman, BTW.

Per reports, 81-year-old William Brock told authorities in Clark County that he shot 61-year-old Loletha Hall outside his home on March 25 ... but defended himself, saying he only did so because he believed she was working with someone who'd demanded a ransom from him.

Long story short, Brock had been getting contacted of late by scammers -- who started out by telling him he had to cough up thousands of dollars because some relative was in jail ... which then turned into a straight-up ransom/hostage call, which left Brock confused/rattled.

The $30 million heist from an L.A. storage facility -- which sounds like an "Ocean's 11" outtake -- remains a mystery for investigators, but they're zeroing in on several false alarms triggered in the building leading up to the burglary.

TMZ pulled the calls for police service to the GardaWorld money storage facility in the San Fernando Valley. The building was hit by burglars on Easter Sunday, but it turns out there's been lots of police activity there.

Based on the records obtained by TMZ, over the past year, police have made more than a dozen visits to GardaWorld -- and the vast majority of them turned out to be false alarms.

"All That" star Bryan Hearne is not impressed with Dan Schneider's apology ... telling TMZ the TV creator's mea culpa was a whole lot of BS.

We caught up with the former Nickelodeon child star at LAX, where Bryan blasted Dan's apology video as "crazy" ... calling it an attempt to squash controversy caused by the 'Quiet on Set' docuseries.

ICYMI ... Dan apologized for his past behavior in a 19-minute YouTube video after he was accused of misconduct by those who worked on many of his hit Nickelodeon shows. He previously denied toxic workplace claims in a statement through his reps.

3:10 PM PT -- Teddy Knox turned himself in to cops on Friday for his role in the Rashee Rice car crash ... just one day after the Chiefs star did the same.

Knox, like Rice, took a mug shot ... and it didn't exactly look thrilled in the pic.

SMU Mustangs cornerback Teddy Knox -- the other man facing several charges stemming from the Rashee Rice car crash -- has been suspended from the football team, the school announced Thursday.

Dallas PD announced they issued arrest warrants on Wednesday ... with Knox and Rice both facing one count of aggravated assault, one count of collision involving serious bodily injury, and six counts of collision involving injury.

Rice admitted to driving the rented Lamborghini during the multi-vehicle accident ... and Knox is accused of driving the Corvette.

SMU addressed the legal update on Thursday ... confirming Knox is a member of the Mustang football team -- but not at the moment.

"Knox has been suspended from the team," the school said in a statement. "SMU takes these allegations seriously. Federal student privacy laws prevent the University from discussing details involving student disciplinary proceedings."

Knox was a four-star recruit out of The Woodlands High School in Texas ... and started his college career at Mississippi State before transferring to SMU.

He played in 11 games in 2023 ... earning four tackles.

As for Rice, his attorney, Royce West, said he will do whatever it takes to make things right with the victims of the accident.

A group of thieves smashed up an Oakland jewelry store, stealing valuables from the broken glass cases before a man with a shotgun chased them off ... and, it was all caught on video.

Eight people ran into Phuong Jewelry in Oakland's Chinatown neighborhood Wednesday ... bashing cases with hammers and making off with a ton of the store's pieces.

Check out the vid ... the first person walks in holding what appears to be a gun and aiming it at the store's owner, Diane Trinh, and another person, forcing them to drop to the ground -- before the other assailants start to smash in the cases.

Caitlyn Jenner is refusing to apologize for her blunt statement regarding O.J. Simpson's death, and she's calling out those who say she's just like him ... due to a deadly car wreck.

The Olympian faced a barrage of negative comments after she celebrated O.J.'s passing ... writing "Good Riddance" in a curt statement on X. In response, many slammed Caitlyn -- and compared her to Simpson by calling her a killer for her involvement in a 2015 fatal car accident.

Caitlyn responded to the criticism Friday, defending she is nothing like the controversial NFL star -- who was found liable in a 1996 civil trial for the killing of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.

Burglars hit the home of "The Real Housewives of Potomac" star Dr. Wendy Osefo, swiping some very expensive possessions from the Bravo star ... TMZ has learned.

We’re told the burglary took place some time last week in Finksburg, MD when Wendy and her family were on vacation in Jamaica. A spokesperson for the Carroll County Sheriff's Office tells us the theft was reported to their office on Sunday ... but shared no further details as the investigation is still ongoing.

Wendy tells TMZ ... "My family and I are devastated and feel violated by this intrusion. We thank God no one was home … so for that we feel very blessed. Material things can always be replaced."

Don Toliver was arrested on suspicion of DUI this week -- but it sounds like he was an easy customer for cops ... 'cause they didn't even take him to jail.

According to a report from California Highway Patrol -- obtained by TMZ -- the rapper was pulled over for speeding early Tuesday morning near the San Fernando Valley here in SoCal -- and cops say they had reason to believe he might've been impaired behind the wheel.

The report says that officers observed signs of impairment but instead of throwing him in handcuffs ... Toliver was simply cited and released in the field.
