Jeanie Buss is fighting like hell to keep the Los Angeles Lakers in the family ... but all five of her siblings are making it clear they're ready to move forward with selling their remaining ownership stake.
Jim, Johnny, Janie, Joey and Jesse Buss released a statement in response to Jeanie's plans to contest the sale on Tuesday ... and they certainly haven't changed their minds, saying they "remain united in that decision."
"We intend to move forward thoughtfully, respectfully and through the appropriate process," the statement said, according to Shams Charania.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, Vicki Ferrara, who runs Worldwide Surrogacy Specialists, denies all claims of wrongdoing in the case brought by McKenna in Alaska.
You'll recall ... McKenna was the surrogate for Nausheen Gilkar and Omar Ahmed, who sought to terminate the pregnancy after doctors determined the baby had a heart defect.
McKenna initially scheduled an abortion but later refused and flew to Texas to have the baby.

Ormond Beach Police tell TMZ ... a woman called to report a man on her porch going through her mail while she watched remotely through her Ring camera. She was not home at the time and later identified the man as the Florida Congressman.
The Computer-Aided Dispatch report, obtained by TMZ, tells the same story ... saying the homeowner determined after "doing some digging" the man in her video was Fine, who rang her doorbell before going through the mailbox "letter by letter."
Police say it did not appear Fine took anything, and the homeowner only wanted to alert law enforcement -- not pursue charges.

According to the police report ... Hayden's boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, and his brother, Zach, were in the Greenville, SC, apartment when she died ... and Brian showed police the "bag of medication" Hayden was taking at the time of her death.
The specific meds were not identified in the police report obtained by TMZ ... though it sounds like nine different drugs were redacted.
TMZ broke the story ... Narcan was found in the apartment where she died. Narcan is administered nasally to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose, and we're told the device used to dispense it was found on a mattress.

Hayden Panettiere BF Brian Was There When She Died ... Emotional When She Was Declared Dead
Hayden Panettiere's boyfriend Brian Hickerson and his brother were at the scene when the actress was found dead Sunday, according to police.
A police report obtained by TMZ says Brian and Zach Hickerson were inside the South Carolina apartment complex when she went into cardiac arrest.
Zach was reportedly "very emotional" while emergency medical services professionals were "working on Hayden."
As for Brian ... the report, as cited by NBC, says he didn't become visibly emotional until she was declared dead at the scene ... and he showed cops a bag of medication Hayden was taking at the time of her death.

Florida Congressman Randy Fine was going door to door looking for votes ... and somehow ended up rifling through a voter's mail.
Ring camera footage timestamped Sunday at 4:55 PM ET shows Fine canvassing ahead of Tuesday's Republican primary in Florida's 6th Congressional District ... he's on someone's front porch when he peeks in their mailbox and flips through whatever's inside.
TMZ has confirmed with Fine's office that it is indeed him in the video.
As you can see, Fine rings the doorbell and waits on the porch before he starts looking around. He then lifts the lid of the mailbox and sifts through some envelopes.

Bill Rasmussen -- the founder of ESPN -- has died at 93 years old from the effects of Parkinson's disease, the network announced Tuesday.
Rasmussen was credited with creating the first 24-hour television network when he launched the Entertainment and Sports Programming Network with his son, Scott, in 1979 ... which would change the medium forever.
Rasmussen was the network's inaugural president and CEO ... and was able to form relationships with sports leagues, investors and cable operators to set the network up for years to come.
