R&B sensation Keke Wyatt must be singing the blues ... after getting arrested in Georgia on 3 serious offenses, TMZ has learned

A rep for the Henry County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... Keke was busted September 20 and then booked into the Henry County jail for terroristic threats, simple assault, and cruelty to children.

The sheriff says Keke was released two days later after posting a $1,050 bond. We're working on getting details on what Keke allegedly did to get tossed in the clink.

Reality star Sidney Starr basically claims she is too famous for jail ... a new tactic in her renewed attempt to get out on bond.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the former "Love & Hip Hop" star, who is facing child molestation charges, says she has no criminal history and poses no danger to the community if released pending her trial.

Her lawyer said incarceration is having "adverse effects" on her physical and mental health ... and says Sidney is a celeb who is "recognizable to a sizeable portion of the jail population."

Sidney's fame comes with a price ... she says she is "continually pressured by other jail inmates for money, and has had her personal identification number for the jail's video communication system stolen and used by other inmates."

Caleb Flynn's mistress broke down in tears while testifying in his murder trial ... sobbing as she poured over her texts with the "American Idol" alum ... including one where she told him she wanted to kill his wife.

Alleigha Botner took the stand Thursday, sobbing as she told the court, "I just wish I didn't say this. I didn't mean it."

The message that brought her to tears reads ... "I want to kill her, Caleb."

She also read Caleb's chilling response ... "That makes two of us."

Accused Lindsay Clancy copycat Corie Walsh pleaded not guilty to murdering her 2-year-old son ... and her husband was in court to show his support.

Walsh entered her plea during a preliminary hearing Thursday in Indiana, wearing her jail-issued clothes during a brief court appearance.

Her husband was spotted leaving the courthouse in a blue button-down, gray pants, and sneakers. He kept his hands in his pockets and didn't speak to photographers.

Former N.C. State sports medicine director Robert Murphy Jr. is behind bars in Florida after he was hit with 32 sex-related charges for alleged sexual touching during treatments.

Murphy, 54, was arrested Wednesday night in Florida just days after a grand jury indicted the former Wolfpack athletic official on 30-plus charges, including 9 felony "sexual contact under the guise of medical treatment" counts and 23 sexual battery counts.

He's being held in the Marion County Jail (FL).

Kyrsten Sinema’s alleged ex-boyfriend and former bodyguard Matthew Ammel is facing a felony charge after allegedly trashing her Arizona home ... causing more than $200,000 in damage.

According to court docs, Sinema told cops Ammel entered her Cave Creek home August 30 while she was out of town and demanded she post a video to X ... threatening to destroy one of her paintings every 10 minutes if she refused, AZFamily reports.

However, Sinema didn't post the video, and investigators say Ammel allegedly removed 22 paintings from the walls and threw them into her swimming pool. He allegedly also smashed expensive alcohol bottles and threw a glass bottle at a wall-mounted mirror, shattering it.

The son of 'Pioneer Woman' Ree Drummond faced legal trouble months before his arrest for assaulting a police officer and possession of drugs -- with the famous chef’s son also accused of biting an officer's hand last year ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Jamar Goff, who Ree began fostering in 2018, was accused of biting the hand of a detention or correctional officer in May 2025.

At the time, Jamar said he was homeless and had just started working at McDonald's.

Jonathan Taylor Thomas was arrested for obstructing or resisting an officer ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the former child star was the passenger in a vehicle that got pulled over on Monday in Westlake Village, California.

The actor exited the vehicle, and after deputies told him to remain inside, he refused and was uncooperative, according to our law enforcement sources. We're told he was drunk in public and resisted.

Jamar Goff -- the foster son of "The Pioneer Woman" Ree Drummond -- was arrested on charges of assaulting a police officer and drug possession ... TMZ has learned.

The 23-year-old was booked into Jefferson County Jail on September 15 at 2:30 AM in Birmingham, AL.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, an officer was called about a suspicious person on the University of Alabama at Birmingham campus ... and the cop claimed to have found Jamar sleeping near a fountain without a shirt.

A Florida mom charged with trying to kill her two adult sons with autism by overdosing them on drugs told cops she was trying to put them out of their misery and send them to heaven ... this according to her arrest warrant.

According to the documents, obtained by TMZ, 68-year-old Marilyn Therrell confessed to police that she administered significantly higher-than-prescribed doses of their medication because she wanted to free them of their "disabilities and suffering."

Cops say she told officers she ground up a bunch of Valium and Clonidine pills ... in hopes the drug cocktail would kill them all.

A 12-year-old boy was forced to tell his own mother why their day went so horribly wrong ... and in dashcam footage from her alleged DUI crash, you hear the child say, "Mommy, you were drunk. You crashed."

The gut-wrenching exchange was captured in Florida Highway Patrol footage obtained by NBC 6 South Florida following a fiery May 10 crash in Miami involving 34-year-old Iris Ruiz and her two children.

The video shows troopers arriving to find the boy holding his 2-year-old sister near the crash scene on Connector Road, just west of Interstate 95.

But instead of watching her toddler ... Aussieker says Farber threw a little party for herself, drinking to the point where she passed out in her chair.

A mother of two in Florida has been charged with attempted murder after cops say she intentionally gave her two adult sons with autism overdoses of medication.

According to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office ... on September 8, sheriff's deputies received a report about overdoses at a house in Kissimmee.

Deputies say they found 3 people -- 68-year-old Marilyn Therrell and her two sons, 32 and 30, respectively -- suffering from apparent medication overdoses.

The holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy can be seen holding his daughter in a new pic shared by his legal team ... and his lawyer has a message for everyone interested in his client.

Attorney Edward Andrew Paltzik shared a photo of Michael Péguy Desronvil -- and Desronvil's daughter as a baby -- on Instagram Saturday ... calling the juror an "American hero champion of justice."

Desronvil previously told TMZ that he "didn't have any doubts" about Lindsay ... and opened up about what went down in the jury room.

Nick's legal team says he hasn't been able to access the family's trust account -- which is worth $1.6 billion -- for even the most basic necessities ... this according to new filings obtained by PEOPLE.

Nick's legal team wrote in the filing ... "Nick still has not been able to access even $5 from his trust to buy basic subsistence items from the jail commissary."
