14-Year-Old Incest Victim Father Arrested ... Teen Rescued

The father who allegedly impregnated his 14-year-old daughter has been arrested in Mexico and the teen has been rescued ... according to authorities.

Officials believe the teen gave birth to her father's child on the side of a California road ... and the newborn -- named "Baby Angelita" by law enforcement -- was found dead on August 1.

Authorities found Sergio Galvez Perez and his daughter in Mexico, in a reported rescue mission by Mexican authorities and the FBI.

Three University of South Alabama students are under arrest after the FBI claims they threatened the life of President Donald Trump ahead of yesterday's rally on campus.

Amare Woods, Cameron Lewis and Kayla Smith -- who were charged with threats against the president -- are currently in custody after being taken into custody Friday ... Fox10 reported.

Their alleged threats -- which authorities say were made independently of each other -- were uncovered during an intelligence search of social media on September 29 ... according to AL.com.

A couple in Georgia has been charged with murder in connection with their 2-year-old daughter's death after toxicology testing prompted the medical examiner to rule it a homicide ... and cops are highlighting nitrous oxide and kratom.

The Conyers Police Department says 30-year-old Rafael Wynn and 28-year-old Kerri Dysart were arrested Sept. 24 and charged with second-degree murder.

Cops say their 2-year-old daughter Nevaeh Wynn was pronounced dead on May 3 ... after cops were called to the home for a report of an unresponsive child.

Abdul Rasheed was arrested on September 24 and booked in the Douglas County jail for theft of services and unlawful conduct during a 911 call, according to authorities. He's currently being held on $3,000 bond.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Rasheed enjoyed a nice, big $63 meal at Red Lobster in Douglas County, Georgia, on September 24 -- but when the bill came, it left a bad taste in his mouth, and he cooked up a scheme to get a free meal.

In the clip obtained by CNN ... an officer asked Mangione to pull down his mask inside the Altoona, Pennsylvania restaurant ... before cops privately shared their belief that he was "100%" the suspect they were looking for.

Lindsay Clancy just lost her recent bid to have the murder case against her thrown out ... TMZ has confirmed.

New court docs, obtained by TMZ, show Judge William Sullivan denied Clancy's motion to find her not guilty of murder after the trial resulted in a hung jury. 

Her attorney, Kevin Reddington, argued in court earlier this week that the prosecution failed to prove she murdered her kids.

However, the judge found prosecutors presented enough evidence for a "rational" jury to "find beyond a reasonable doubt the elements of the charge of murder."

Rick Ross got a rude awakening in court Thursday morning ... because after his lawyer played the celebrity card in a bid to get him sprung from jail, the judge wasn't impressed.

Ross -- real name William Roberts II -- appeared before Judge Mindy Glazer following his Wednesday arrest on battery charges in Miami, and his attorney Bradley Horenstein asked whether the rapper's release could be "expedited" because of his fame and concerns for his safety in jail.

Glazer wasn't impressed by the celebrity argument ... telling Ross, "I have no idea who you are."

Christa Pike survived Tennessee's attempt to execute her Wednesday night ... and years before the botched lethal injections, she was fighting the state over another part of death row -- decades spent virtually alone in solitary confinement.

In a 2022 federal lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Pike asked to be released from mandatory segregation ... with her attorneys saying she had spent more than 25 years with virtually no meaningful human contact.

Her lawyer wrote Pike's life had been defined by "four concrete walls and bare floor" ... adding, "She is fundamentally alone."

Tennessee can move forward with convicted murderer Christa Pike's execution, the Supreme Court has ruled.

On Wednesday, the court decided to lift the stay of execution that had been ordered just an hour before her lethal injection. Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson dissented.

Pike's lawyers were trying to get her sentence changed to life in prison, arguing that her attorneys had failed to present her history of sexual abuse and mental health conditions. That's why her execution was paused just an hour before her scheduled lethal injection.

Bill Cosby Allegedly No Shows 3rd Deposition

Bill Cosby allegedly failed to show up for a deposition in a civil lawsuit he's facing ... and his legal adversaries are telling the judge it's the third one he's missed ... and they want him to face some serious consequences.

According to legal documents filed by the lawyers for several women who are suing the disgraced actor and comedian, Bill was scheduled to be deposed from September 22 to September 24 ... but they say Cosby unilaterally canceled on September 21 ... despite receiving proper notice of the dates he was to be deposed.

They claim this is the third time they've had dates set for a deposition that Cosby's team has called off at the last minute ... citing an instance in April and another in June. 

And now the plaintiffs are asking the court to hit him with serious sanctions or, at the very least, an order blocking him from testifying so he "cannot benefit from his delay tactics."

Death Row Inmate Christa Pike Execution Paused at Last Minute

Tennessee death row inmate Christa Pike was supposed to be executed this morning ... but her execution was paused just an hour before her scheduled lethal injection.

According to a court notice obtained by PEOPLE, Pike was granted a stay "until further order" by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

The court reportedly said it needed time to consider Pike's latest filing, where her attorneys claim the state had reversed its position that she'd fabricated her claims of sexual abuse.
