In 1990, actress Julia Roberts' oversized suit made a huge fashion statement at the 47th Golden Globes ... The Giorgio Armani suit and tie is an iconic look still referenced today.

Nicole Kidman got emotional during an acceptance speech at the Palm Springs International Film Awards ... and even started crying as she dedicated her award to her late mother.

The Oscar-winning actress was given the International Star Award for her latest movie, "Babygirl," by film legend Jamie Lee Curtis at Friday's festival in California.

Nicole stepped up to the mic onstage to say a few words -- and almost immediately began talking about the death of her mom, Janelle, in September.

Matthew Livelsberger, the guy who blew up his Tesla Cybertruck outside the Trump Hotel in Vegas on New Year’s Day, racked up a bunch of medals during his time in the Army ... TMZ has learned.

The Army Special Forces soldier enlisted in January 2006, serving on active duty before switching to the National Guard in March 2011. He then moved to the Army Reserve, serving from July 2012 to December 2012 ... before returning to active duty as a Special Operations soldier, assigned to the 10th Special Forces Group based in Germany.

Livelsberger was a decorated soldier, earning 25 medals, 5 ribbons, 1 tab, and 3 badges in total -- including 5 highly prestigious Bronze Stars, one with a valor device for courage under fire.

Here’s what happened … Baldoni -- who directed “It Ends With Us” and also costarred with Lively in the film -- received the Voices of Solidarity Award from Vital Voices on December 9. The award recognizes remarkable men who show courage and compassion in advocating for women and girls.

But, after Lively filed her lawsuit against Baldoni on Saturday, the organization decided to yank the honor back from the director.

Donald Trump has been on a roll lately and there seems to be no end to his good fortune because he's been named Time magazine's "Person of the Year."

The newly crowned 47th President-elect of the United States posed for a photo on the cover appearing like a man in charge in his dark suit and red tie. Sitting with one hand over the other, Trump has a serious look on his face as he stares into the distance.

Time gave Trump the honor because he marshaled "a comeback of historic proportions, for driving a once-in-a-generation political realignment, for reshaping the American presidency and altering America's role in the world."
