Law enforcement sources tells TMZ Catya was released from a Philadelphia jail Friday after spending a few days behind bars for violating her probation ... a violation that stems from a massive drug and gun bust back in November.

According to court records, Catya has been placed back on a house arrest program ... in which she is allowed to leave her home during the day, but must return by 6PM ... including weekends.

As we first reported, Catya was arrested a few days before New Year's on an outstanding bench warrant -- which we're told was issued because she wandered too far outside her designated house arrest perimeter.

Law enforcement sources tell us Catya was taken back to the clink on December 29th -- for an "outstanding bench warrant" -- but they couldn't elaborate further.

However, one family member tells us Catya -- who was already on house arrest for that MASSIVE cocaine, mushrooms, ecstacy and firearm bust a few months ago -- was popped for wandering outside her designated perimeter.

We're told porn giant Vivid Entertainment will release the tape before Christmas ... and Langston and her boyfriend Adrian made off like bandits ... with an undisclosed six-figure sum.

As we previously reported, Langston's been through the wringer trying to shop 2 separate sex tapes -- one was a threesome and another featured your run-of-the-mill two-backed beast.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the reality star was released last night and placed on house arrest -- but before she left police custody, Catya was equipped with an ankle monitor.

As we previously reported, Catya was arrested earlier this month after cops say the reality star was in possession of a bunch of drugs ... and a gun.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Catya was arrested October 18th in Philly on a warrant stemming from an incident that occurred this summer -- in which she allegedly rear-ended another vehicle ... driven by the wife of a guy Catya was allegedly dating at the time.

It's unclear if Catya was intentionally tailing the woman -- but after the fender-bender, we're told Catya and the other woman got out of their cars ... and that's when things got violent.

According to law enforcement, Catya repeatedly struck the woman in the face with a chain -- then pulled out a can of mace and sprayed the other chick.

Several weeks after the alleged incident ... cops tracked Catya down ... arrested the reality star and charged her with aggravated assault, inflicting serious bodily injury, possession of an instrument of crime (mace), and recklessly endangering another person.

She's due in court December 14 for the alleged beatdown ... several weeks after she faces the judge for that whole drugs and gun thing.

The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office confirms Catya Washington was arrested yesterday for illegally possessing cocaine, mushrooms, ecstasy and one firearm.

We're told she was booked on five charges -- including possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of an instrument of crime.

Washington's bail was set at a whopping $500,000 -- it's unclear if she's still behind bars.

TMZ spoke with Erica Langston ... who confirms she did make a sex tape earlier this year while she was in Miami for the show ... but she's not sure it will ever hit the shelves.

Sources involved with the situation tell us the tape features Erica with her boyfriend (pictured above) and another woman ... a woman who happened to co-star with Erica on "BGC."

Erica tells us she's considering releasing the tape -- but not until she can work out a legitimate deal.
