Dak Prescott and Sarah Jane Ramos' split a month before their wedding had nothing to do with money -- sources tell TMZ Sports the "report" making rounds on social media is complete B.S.

The speculation started shortly after we broke the news on Saturday -- one rumor getting picked up is that Sarah Jane didn't want to sign off on Dak protecting his assets if their marriage went south ... leading to the argument in the Bahamas that ultimately ended their engagement.

We made some calls ... and our sources tell us it's simply not true for a couple of reasons.

Dak Prescott and Sarah Jane Ramos have informed their wedding guests the ceremony is officially off ... and TMZ Sports has obtained the email the former couple sent out to apologize for the last-minute cancellation.

We received the note from one of the 250 people slated to attend the destination wedding in Lake Como, Italy on April 10 ... which reads as follows:

"It is with heavy hearts that we privately inform our attendees that we have made the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and we welcome your prayers."

Kelsea Ballerini's got the ex-factor! Her ex-boyfriend, actor Chase Stokes, is ex-changing words with Kelsea's ex-husband, Morgan Evans ... all over some comments Morgan made about their divorce.

So, this is apparently what started it ... Morgan said he was surprised when he found out Kelsea wanted a split during an interview on Bobby Bones' podcast, 'The BobbyCast.'

Chase took issue with Morgan's first public comments about the divorce, commenting, "This is about the most pathetic excuse of masculinity I've ever seen. Get a f***ing life," under a clip from the podcast.

Dallas Cowboys superstar Dak Prescott and his fiancée, Sarah Jane Ramos, are not getting married -- TMZ Sports has learned the two have broken up one month before their wedding.

We're told the relationship had been rocky behind the scenes for months ... but things came to a head with a blowup argument at their joint bachelor and bachelorette parties in the Bahamas -- and Sarah Jane called it off.

She actually shared several snaps from her bachelorette party with her closest friends earlier this week ... captioning the post, "I truly believe you can get through anything in life as long as you have really great friends. I love these girls so much."

Morgan Cozzi -- who was linked to Lily Allen's ex-husband, David Harbour, late last year -- was asked to leave a birthday bash for Lily's longtime producer ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Cozzi showed up February 20 to a party for producer Blue May at his home in Los Angeles' Beachwood Canyon -- the very same house where Lily wrote and recorded her latest album "West End Girl."

We're told Lily wasn't at the party -- she was in London -- but plenty of her close friends and collaborators were in attendance. Rita Ora was also there, as she was currently working on her album with May. According to our sources, Cozzi arrived as a "friend of a friend," and at first, her presence didn't raise any red flags.

"The Bold and the Beautiful" stars Darin Brooks and Kelly Kruger are ending their marriage just shy of their 10-year anniversary ... TMZ has learned.

In their joint court filing, obtained by TMZ, the couple listed the standard "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

According to the papers, filed in January, the couple have two children together -- 6-year-old Everleigh and 4-year-old Gemma.

Mia Goth was spotted out hours after her ex, Shia LaBeouf, was arrested for the second time in a matter of weeks.

The actress kept a low profile while arriving solo Sunday at a hotel in Downtown Los Angeles.

Mia and Shia are having very different weekends. The actress is scheduled to present tonight at the 2026 Actor Awards at the Shrine Auditorium. 

Shia LaBeouf's recent arrest has many worried ... including his estranged wife, who we're told wants the star to get help.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... following the breakup last year, Shia packed up his Los Angeles life and relocated to the Big Easy in December. We're told he purchased a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath Uptown cottage for just over $1 million, about 20 minutes from the French Quarter. Our sources say the move was intentional ... he told people locally he wanted to "reset and refocus."

Family played a major role. Shia is extremely close with his dad Jeffrey, who lives in the area, and we're told the two regularly hit local bars together. Our sources say being closer to him was a priority.

The sun has officially set on "Selling Sunset" star Emma Hernan’s on-again-off-again romance -- 'cause TMZ's learned it's off again … and this time, the breakup came with a very dramatic exit!

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ the split went down after a blowout fight at Blake Davis' home in early February, where tensions boiled over and unresolved issues came spilling out ... pushing Emma to cut their hangout short and hop on a jet to get out of there.

We’re told the argument was so explosive, Emma didn’t even stick around for a proper goodbye ... and to make it official, she hit him with an IG unfollow, which eagle-eyed fans clocked Monday.

While "Selling Sunset" star Jason Oppenheim and Jessica Vargas are no longer together, they did NOT break up over a disagreement about starting a family ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the former couple tell us ... the breakup had nothing to do with kids.

According to our sources, there was no single important reason for the split, but rather "a combination of small but eventually relevant compatibility issues" which led them toward friendship instead of marriage.

Shia LaBeouf is going through it this week following an alleged drunken fight and arrest in New Orleans -- and that's on top of a split from his wife Mia Goth ... a source tells TMZ the couple has been separated for about a year.

And Page Six reports Shia moved to New Orleans after the separation to be closer to family. His time Down South has not been smooth, as he's now dealing with the aftermath of a savage beatdown and subsequent arrest early this morning.

Meanwhile, we got a picture of Mia heading into a private gym in L.A. today. She went incognito for her first public outing since news of their split broke, opting to wear a New York Giants cap and sunglasses on the overcast winter day.

Looks like we won't be getting a "Selling Sunset" baby any time soon ... Jason Oppenheim and girlfriend Jessica Vargas have called it quits ... TMZ has confirmed.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us Jason and Jessica broke up about 2 weeks ago, but are actually in Hawaii for a friend’s wedding and are on good terms.

They're so good that Jason posted a portrait of the two of them together in an Instagram story. In the post, he wrote, "We're no longer boyfriend and girlfriend ... but still love each other and still best friends."

Johnny Depp is happy to be working on a Hollywood movie set again, and Amber Heard looks happy to be living the lowkey mom life over in Europe.
