9:20 AM PT -- Kate Cassidy followed up her video montage for Liam Payne's birthday with a long, poignant note posted to Instagram.

In the upload, in which she shared several past photos from their time together, KC declared she would "give up years in [her] life to give [him] a few more."

Kate Cassidy is sharing a glimpse into her love story with Liam Payne ... uploading a sweet tribute on what would've been the singer's 32nd birthday.

The TikTok star shared a video montage Friday on Instagram of candid moments of herself and Liam enjoying everything from adventures abroad, to meals together, to other intimate moments.

KC said the tribute was meant to commemorate "a special day for a special soul," noting just how much she missed her former flame.

The reality star got real about her sorrow on "Fox News at Night" Thursday, explaining she's been "dealing with death" for the past seven weeks ... and, it's been especially difficult in the immediate aftermath.

She said ... “Here I am dealing with my grief, and I just can’t even imagine parents who dropped their kid off at school and, like that father just said, ‘I’ll never get a chance to talk to him again.’ That is just so horrible. I’ve been dealing with grief, and these people have a long road ahead of them, and they’re going to be dealing with grief.”

Stunning new details surrounding Jim Irsay's death in May ... the legendary Indianapolis Colts owner reportedly passed away at the Beverly Hills Hotel while under the care of an addiction specialist.

The Washington Post obtained the death certificate for 65-year-old Irsay ... which listed his cause of death as cardiac arrest due to acute pneumonia, chronic atrial fibrillation and cardiac arrhythmia on May 21.

The document is signed by Dr. Harry Haroutunian, who'd been tending to Irsay at the hotel in the days before his death, and he told police the cause of death was natural.

Brooke Hogan says there was no foul play in her father Hulk's death ... saying she can rest easier since she's now seen the body.

We caught up with the reality star on "TMZ Live" Wednesday ... and, she says she wants to keep it real with fans of the late wrestler ... telling them she's satisfied everything is "on the up and up."

She says she never expected murder or anything like that, but she wanted to see the evidence for herself to put her mind at ease.

Brooke Hogan confirmed with her own eyes her dad has NOT been cremated ... she paid homage to Hulk Hogan at a funeral home in Florida Tuesday where she sat by his body.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Brooke was not convinced her dad's body was still intact after Hulk's widow, Sky, said he would be cremated. Brooke visited the funeral home because she wanted to see if an autopsy has or would be performed on Hulk.

Brooke has had lots of questions about the circumstances surrounding Hulk's death ... specifically, whether opioids may have been a factor or whether there might have been foul play.

She went on Bubba the Love Sponge's radio show Wednesday morning to discuss the case. Bubba was a little ticked off TMZ broke the story about Brooke visiting the funeral home. Brooke also told Bubba that Hulk was still wearing his famous bandana.

Influencer Malik Taylor is no longer with us ... and TMZ has learned he plunged 20 feet to his death in a vehicle accident this week.

The Concord PD in North Carolina tells us ... police arrived at the scene of the accident Wednesday morning and found that a Nissan Rogue SUV had careened off the roadway, falling nearly 2 dozen feet to the area below.

Paramedics also responded, but couldn't save Taylor ... he was confirmed dead on site. Police said alcohol is suspected as a contributing factor.

Loni Anderson’s cause of death has been revealed ... and she died from an aggressive form of cancer, TMZ has learned.

According to Anderson's death certificate, obtained by TMZ, the veteran actress passed away from metastatic uterine leiomyosarcoma ... a rare cancer that often starts in the uterus and can spread to other parts of the body. It is an extremely rare form of cancer.

Loni died Sunday at a Los Angeles hospital following what her longtime publicist, Cheryl J. Kagan, described as a "prolonged" illness.

Morello -- who ran the show as musical director -- said the mission was simple: make that Birmingham gig the greatest day in heavy metal history.

11:30 AM PT -- The Clearwater Police Department said in a statement to TMZ Sports on Thursday the investigation into Hulk Hogan's death remains ongoing.

"We have been in communication with family members -- including his son, Nick, and daughter, Brooke. The unique nature of this case has required us to interview multiple witnesses and seek medical records from a variety of providers, and our detectives continue to do that. All of this takes time."

"The Hogan family has been appreciative of our efforts and our communication with them."

10:32 AM PT -- Hulk Hogan's widow, Sky, confirmed to TMZ Sports the wrestling legend's phrenic nerve was "compromised" during one of his recent surgeries.

She added that an autopsy on Hogan has been done -- but she declined to reveal its results.

Sky also said Hogan's body has not yet been cremated.

Hulk Hogan may have been the victim of medical malpractice -- malpractice that may have cost him his life -- this according to sources connected to the death case.
