The New York Yankees honored Charlie Kirk just before their game Wednesday ... remembering his life with a jumbotron message and a moment of silence.

The Yankee Stadium homage came just hours after Kirk was shot and killed while he was speaking with students and others on the Utah Valley University campus about political issues.

New York officials put up his picture on the team's centerfield scoreboard ... and added the words, "Remembering Charlie Kirk."

Polly Holliday -- a veteran actress with roles in some of the biggest movies of the last few decades -- has died ... according to her longtime agent.

The star passed away Tuesday at her home in Manhattan, her agent and friend Dennis Aspland tells TMZ. He also told us Polly battled health issues for several years before dying of suspected pneumonia.

Holliday began her career on the screen in the mid-1970s ... grabbing parts in "All the President's Men" and "Distance" before she won a lead role on the hit sitcom "Alice."

Neil Summers, a longtime Hollywood stuntman and actor best known for playing The Rodent in the 1990 crime-action movie "Dick Tracy," is dead.

David Friedman, a close family friend, tells TMZ ... Neil died at his home in Kanab, Utah last Thursday surrounded by loved ones.

We're told Neil died from natural causes ... though there is no official cause of death at this point.

Hulk Hogan granted his daughter Brooke her wish to be removed from his will ... because she isn't gonna receive a penny of his almost $5 million in assets, according to new court documents.

The WWE legend's son Nick filed court documents Tuesday -- first obtained by Us Weekly -- which say Hulk left behind $200,000 in cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal property and intellectual property, as well as his right to publicity, worth about $4 million.

Nick left blank the monetary amount for a possible medical malpractice lawsuit stemming from Hulk's alleged botched neck surgery in May, months before his death.

Rick Davies -- a founding member of the band Supertramp -- has died ... according to the group.

The singer-songwriter passed away in his Long Island home on Friday after a long battle with cancer, the band announced in a public statement. The group offered its condolences to his widow, Sue Davies.

Rick founded Supertramp in 1970 with fellow singer and songwriting partner Roger Hodgson ... and the two teamed up with Dougie Thomson, Bob Siebenberg and John Helliwell to form the original lineup form 1973 to 1983.

TikTok star Jake Kind -- known online as Goobi Gubbi -- has lost his beloved grandmother Mimmy ... who announced her death in a characteristically forward TikTok post.

Check out the lighthearted post the pair recorded before her passing -- after letting fans know she's no longer living, Mimmy goes on to gush about her "most fabulous life" -- filled with travel and "phenomenal people."

Jake told fans 2 days before Mimmy's passing that they would no longer be seeing her on his feed ... noting she's still alive but "in end stages." He added ... "...The situation that she's in health-wise, or lack thereof, I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy."

Davey Johnson -- a well-known MLB player and manager -- has died ... according to the New York Mets' public relations office.

Jay Horwitz -- a longtime Mets employee -- announced the news on X ... revealing Davey's wife, Susan, told him about his friend passing away.

Johnson died at a hospital in Sarasota, Florida on Friday. Horowitz did not reveal a cause of death.

Cocaine killed comedian Ken Flores ... so says the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner.

TMZ obtained Ken's autopsy report and the medical examiner says his cause of death was cocaine toxicity.

The docs say Ken's history of congestive heart failure was another significant condition in his death. The ME ruled the death an accident.

Elvis Presley was Priscilla Presley's "first victim" ... at least according to her former business partners, who sued her for $50 million and previously claimed Priscilla took Lisa Marie Presley off life support when her heart stopped ... but Priscilla vehemently denies the claims.

Elvis' ex-wife is locked in a bitter legal feud with Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko ... and they just amended their lawsuit against Priscilla with some explosive claims ... namely, that she is responsible for Elvis' death.

In the amended complaint, obtained by TMZ, Kruse and Fialko claim Priscilla pressured Elvis to his death when she placed a lien on Graceland.

Mark Volman, a founding member of the 1960s rock band The Turtles, is dead ... TMZ has learned.

Mark died Friday morning, according to People. Mark's cause of death is unclear.

Katharine, the Duchess of Kent -- a member of the British Royal Family -- has died ... according to an official statement from Buckingham Palace.

The family announced the news on X ... writing Katharine passed away at Kensington Palace in London near Hyde Park last night. She was surrounded by friends and family, the statement adds.

The statement ends with King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla, as well as all other members of the family, joining "The Duke of Kent, his children and grandchildren in mourning their loss and remembering fondly The Duchess’s life-long devotion to all the organisations with which she was associated, her passion for music and her empathy for young people."

An internet influencer was discovered dead this week after she disappeared during a fun-filled vacation with friends in Brazil, according to media reports.

Jaqueline Barbosa Nascimento was reportedly found dead by firefighters Wednesday at Jaguara Dam in Igaratá, Brazil -- three days after she vanished while jet skiing with friends.

Metrópoles reports that Jaqueline -- known for her provocative Instagram and TikTok posts -- likely drowned during one of her jet skiing rides ... but, the news outlet also notes police have deemed Nascimento's death "suspicious" and are combing through surveillance video.
