Brittany Cartwright has spoken out for the first time following the news that her ex, Jax Taylor, is dating their now-formerly shared publicist.

Check out the clip -- she addressed the shocking situation at the top of Friday's 'When Reality Hits' podcast and told fans she will speak her truth when she's ready. She added, "As of right now, I am focusing on me and the most important thing in my life, which is my beautiful son. And as of right now, I’m just trying to protect my son and my peace, and very soon I will be telling [my story]."

TMZ broke the news Jax was getting close to his and Brittany's longtime publicist, Lori Krebs, when we shared photos of them cozying up in a pool at a Mexican resort. We then learned Brittany fired Lori immediately.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum Kim Zolciak is no longer at risk of being thrown behind bars ... 'cause she coughed up the money she owed to a court-appointed guardian in her bitter divorce ... TMZ has learned.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a Georgia judge ordered Kim to cough up $2,535 in unpaid fees owed to the guardian ad litem assigned in her divorce case with Kroy Biermann.

The judge previously had the guardian interview Kim, Kroy, and their four minor kids to reach a determination on custody issues in the case.

Abby Elliott's closing two big chapters in her life ... "The Bear" and her nearly 10-year marriage to husband Bill Kennedy.

TMZ obtained a copy of the divorce docs she filed Friday, and she says she’s splitting from the producer because of irreconcilable differences. She lists the date of separation as July 8.

She wants joint legal and physical custody of their 2 minor children -- 5-year-old Edith and 3-year-old William.

Tia Mowry and her ex-husband Cory Hardrict reached a new agreement over custody of their two kids ... TMZ has learned.

Per court docs, obtained by TMZ, Tia and Cory agreed neither will go to the other’s home except upon invitation by the other parent or for an agreed-upon custody exchange.

The deal also noted that Tia agrees to let Cory hang out with the kids during her custodial time, but says the time must be “spent with both minor children" unless certain circumstances prevent that from happening.

Jake Anderson -- star on the hit show "Deadliest Catch" -- and his wife Jenna are going through what looks like a pretty messy divorce ... because they don't agree on much in legal filings ... and money is a big issue.

Us Weekly reviewed documents in the split ... which show the two squabbling over most everything ... even the details of their relationship timeline.

According to the report, the two list different dates of separation ... Jake, who filed for divorce in September of last year, says they separated August 1, 2025 ... while Jenna insists they split about two weeks before that.

As for money ... Jake insists "spousal support is not needed" ... while Jenna says she needs Jake's assistance moving forward. She also called his breakdown of child-related costs "too vague" -- though she agrees with splitting.

Julia Garner and her husband of 6 years, Mark Foster, have reportedly separated.

People reported the news Thursday morning, though no details of what led to their alleged split were shared.

TMZ has gone out to their reps ... so far, no word back.

9:57 AM PT -- Gleb Savchenko's ex-wife, Elena Samodanova, is firing back at his claim she abducted their daughters and moved them to China

"Dancing with the Stars" pro Gleb Savchenko has filed a request for an emergency child custody order as he claims his ex has kept their kids in Hong Kong since 2023 ... TMZ has learned.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Gleb shares two daughters, Olivia and Zlata, with his ex-wife Elena Samodanova ... and following their divorce, the girls relocated to Hong Kong with their mother.

But Gleb claims they agreed the move was only meant to be temporary and the kids were supposed to return to the United States by June 30, 2024 ... that never happened, and he now says Elena refuses to send them back.

Jax Taylor's relationship with his longtime publicist Lori Krebs didn't begin with a secret affair ... it grew out of a friendship strengthened by some of life's biggest challenges … TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the pair tell TMZ … Jax and Lori have grown significantly closer over the past several months while supporting each other through their respective divorces and the unique experience of raising children with autism. We're told those deeply personal experiences created a bond that eventually turned romantic.

Our sources also tell us Lori -- who has always maintained a substance-free lifestyle -- became an important source of support during Jax's recovery ... helping him as he worked to get his life back on track.

"Dancing with the Stars" pro Gleb Savchenko's ex-wife, Elena Samodanova, is firing back at his claim she abducted their daughters and moved them to China ... insisting Hong Kong is the girls' permanent home and accusing him of wrongfully keeping one of their daughters in California by canceling her return flight.

Elena tells TMZ ... "The statement from Mr. Savchenko's attorney misrepresents our family's reality. As Olivia's primary caregiver, I have raised her every day while Gleb worked full-time on DWTS. Today, Olivia thrives in Hong Kong. She attends a top school and is an elite ballroom dancer."

She continues ... "Gleb's actions directly jeopardize her future, education, and athletic progress. California lacks jurisdiction over our daughter. Hong Kong is Olivia's permanent home and legal residency. Ironically, Gleb himself holds a Permanent Resident card there. Olivia was scheduled to return to Hong Kong on June 5th, but her father wrongfully canceled her ticket without my permission. This is a wrongful international retention."

Maggie Grace quietly pulled the plug on her marriage many months ago ... 'cause TMZ has learned the "Lost" actress secretly filed for divorce from husband Brent Bushnell last year.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Maggie filed a petition to dissolve the couple's marriage in Washington state in May 2025, stating the marriage is "irretrievably broken." The filing says she and Brent actually began living in separate households in October 2024.

The docs show the couple already worked out many of the details before heading to court, referencing both a premarital agreement and a property settlement and separation agreement signed in March 2025.

PK Kemsley is accusing estranged wife Dorit Kemsley of letting their kid's passports expire ... claiming she knew he wanted to take them to Europe this summer but never renewed them before taking off on an extended European vacation herself.

According to new court docs obtained by TMZ, PK's attorney sent Dorit's lawyer a July 7 email alleging both kid's passports had expired despite Dorit allegedly knowing of PK's travel plans with the kids.

The email also claims Dorit traveled to Europe while the children stayed in Florida with her parents and their nanny. PK's attorney says he was never told the children's travel dates, how long they'd be away, what arrangements had been made for them, or when they'd be returning.

Tom Segura and Christina P. are going their separate ways after nearly two decades as husband and wife ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the comedians and podcast hosts recently separated after 18 years of marriage. We're told the split happened within the last couple of months and is completely amicable.

TMZ also is told ... "They had a special and productive relationship, creating one of the most successful comedy podcast networks in the industry and, more importantly, two kids. They are taking different paths moving forward while remaining devoted to their children."

RaeLynn is pulling the plug on her marriage to husband Joshua Davis … because she’s filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

The 'Voice' alum filed for divorce last month after 10 years of marriage ... and in the docs, obtained by TMZ, she goes with the boilerplate irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. 

She says they have been separated since June 8 ... and she's seeking primary custody and child support for their 4-year-old daughter Daisy Rae.

Dorit Kemsley is celebrating her 50th birthday in style ... enjoying a lavish European vacation while the multimillion-dollar family home she shares with estranged husband PK Kemsley faces foreclosure amid their bitter divorce.

The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star was spotted Tuesday at upscale Paris hotspot Siena, where she celebrated with Hermès executive Michael Coste. Coste shared photos of the birthday lunch on Instagram, showing the pair smiling, laughing and posing together over a meal.

He captioned the post, "Celebrating @doritkemsley the best way possible," and Dorit made it clear she had an unforgettable birthday, commenting, "Afternoons like this are the best. Pure joy. Thank you for such a special afternoon and for making me laugh until it hurt. Love you! 🥂❤️"

The birthday outing comes one day after PK accused Dorit in new court filings of choosing luxury travel over addressing the couple's mounting financial troubles.

Jax Taylor got very cozy with someone who's been by his and Brittany Cartwright's side for years ... 'cause TMZ has learned the reality star vacationed in Mexico with the former couple's longtime publicist ... and we have photos of them in the pool.

The "Vanderpump Rules" alum spent the weekend at Hotel Mousai in Puerto Vallarta with Lori Krebs, who has represented both Jax and his estranged wife for years.

TMZ obtained photos showing the pair getting awfully close in the resort's infinity pool.

Jax and Lori are seen embracing in the water, standing chest to chest while talking and, at one point, wrapping their arms around each other as they floated together.

Courtney Robertson wants monthly checks from her estranged husband Humberto Preciado ... she's seeking child support and spousal support in their divorce.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, "The Bachelor" alum says the marriage is "irretrievably broken" and there's no hope of reconciliation.

Courtney's asking the judge to order Humberto to shell out child support for their 3 young kids – sons Joaquin and Gabriel, plus daughter Paloma. The kids are between 2 and 6 years old.
