"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne is being put on notice by the court handling her divorce from her estranged husband, Tom Girardi ... wrap up the case, or it gets thrown out.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a hearing was set for early next year, where Erika and Tom were ordered to appear in court and give a good reason for what's taking so long with the divorce.

The parties were warned to explain why the case has been stalled for years … and if it's not convincing, the case will be dismissed with no final judgment.

Mary Mary's Trecina "Tina" Campbell claims she's bringing in less than goes out the door every month as she fights her estranged husband, Glendon "Teddy" Campbell, in divorce court ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the gospel singer said she works around 20 hours per week and pulls in around $4,976 each month.

The 52-year-old singer said her ex pulls in around $7,500 per month as a drummer.

San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York pulled the plug on his marriage three months before he was arrested on suspicion of engaging in prostitution ... TMZ Sports has confirmed.

Jed beelined it to Santa Clara Superior Court back in May and filed to divorce his wife, Danielle York, after more than 15 years of marriage ... according to legal docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

In his filing, Jed went with the boilerplate "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

Annemarie and Marcellus Wiley are set to have quite an intense hearing in their domestic violence case … TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Annemarie plans to present photos of the injuries she claims she suffered during an alleged July 2024 attack. She claims Marcellus got physical with her, resulting in injuries to her back, leg, and shoulder.

She says she also intends to submit another image from March 2014 of an alleged injury to her lip.

Oscar De La Hoya's ex-wife walked away with two Puerto Rico properties in her divorce from the boxing legend ... according to new court docs obtained by TMZ.

The filing confirms Milagros "Millie" Corretjer was awarded full ownership of both properties under the former couple's confidential divorce judgment.

One property is in San Juan and carries an assigned value of $3.5 million ... while the other is in Rio Grande at Bahia Beach Resort and is listed at $10 million.

Vivienne ran the notice from July 24 to August 14 ... she's requesting to change her name from Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt to Vivienne Marcheline Jolie.

Chuck Liddell is accusing his ex-wife Heidi of abducting one of their children ... TMZ has learned.

Chuck beelined it to Los Angeles County Superior Court this week and filed an emergency custody order -- which was obtained by TMZ -- requesting that their oldest child, 14-year-old Guinevere, be returned to him and placed in his custody full time.

The former UFC fighter claims Heidi abducted their teen Wednesday, right before she was supposed to attend her first day of high school. He says Heidi manipulated Guinevere into relocating to Orange County against court orders.

Slash says his business manager accidentally overpaid spousal support to his ex-wife ... to the tune of a whopping $1.5 million ... and now he wants a judge to let him deduct it from future payments.

The Guns N' Roses guitarist -- legal name Saul Hudson -- recently filed a request in Los Angeles County court ... claiming a mistake by his longtime business manager caused the massive overpayment to Perla Ferrar.

Slash pays Perla $100,000 a month ... plus additional quarterly amounts tied to his income above certain thresholds.

He says his business manager failed to adjust those extra payments when the maximum Perla could receive dropped over the years, which he says led to the overpayments.

The hearing was held on Thursday, during which Adam22 and Lena spoke via Zoom. 

Per the minute order, Lena told the judge that she did not file the restraining order, despite it being taken out in her name. She asked the court to dismiss the temporary restraining order … which prohibited Adam22 from coming near his wife. 

The judge signed off on the request and dissolved the temporary order. 

Abby Elliott's estranged husband wants her to cut him monthly checks ... as their bitter divorce heats up and they fight over finances.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Bill Kennedy filed a response to her divorce petition ... and he's requesting spousal support.

Bill, who was married to Abby for a decade, is also asking to block the court's ability to award spousal support to her. He also asks that Abby pay his attorneys' fees.

He wants joint legal and physical custody of their two children ... 5-year-old Edith and 3-year-old William Kennedy.

Marcellus Wiley's estranged wife Annemarie wants him to pay up ... she's asking a Los Angeles court to order him to start paying child and spousal support ... plus over $200,000 in legal fees amid their nasty divorce proceedings.

Annemarie's legal team submitted the docs Thursday, which were obtained by TMZ ... and she's requested he continue paying for the lifestyle she and their kiddos were accustomed to ... at least while the divorce is pending.

This, she said, included private-school tuition, driving luxury vehicles, living in a fancy home worth at least $7 million, and more.

She did not request a specific amount of support ... but calculated the children's monthly costs alone between childcare, private school, and healthcare are $20,800 per month ... and said the mortgage on their home is another $18,000 per month, bringing just those expenses to around $40,000.
