Britney Spears Sells Home For HUGE Price Will Move in with Jason Trawick
Britney Spears has sold her Beverly Hills estate ... TMZ has learned, but that's not the big thing. Get this ... it was listed at $2,995,000 and real estate sources tell us it sold for $4,253,000.
We're told Britney's people listed the house at a modest price, expecting multiple bids and possibly even a bidding frenzy. It looks like it worked out for them, because the price they accepted is more than a million over asking.
And it gets better ... because Britney is under a conservatorship in probate court, there will be a hearing on the sale next month, and anyone can come to court and overbid the accepted offer.
The house is in the Summit, an exclusive gated community -- and it's the house where Brit famously had a meltdown in 2008 ... when she was strapped to a stretcher and taken to a hospital.
As for where Brit will be moving ... real estate sources tell us she and fiance Jason Trawick will be renting a house for the short term, until they find something they want to buy.

Kristin Cavallari Family Loses 'Laguna Beach' Mansion
Kristin Cavallari has some problems back on the home front ... because her family has officially lost their ocean-front mansion featured on "Laguna Beach" after falling behind on mortgage payments.
The house is INSANE -- 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, ridiculous infinity pool, dry sauna, wine cellar, yoga room and some of the sickest beach views you've ever seen in your life.
But TMZ has learned ... the bank recently foreclosed on the property because, according to official documents, KC's father Dennis failed to make payments on the $7,599,458.66 he owed on the place.
And now it's too late for the Cavallari's to get the place back ... because the house was sold at a public auction just last month for $6.1 mil.
Calls to Kristin's rep have not been returned.

Justin Bieber The Housing Crisis Is Hurting Me Too!
Justin Bieber is suffering the effects of the housing crisis ... just like millions of other homeowners ... because he can't get the mortgage he wants on the house he wants to buy.
TMZ broke the story ... Justin has made an offer on a 9,000 square foot estate in Calabasas, CA ... a ritzy area with gated communities 20 miles from Hollywood. We've learned the hang-up is that the property didn't appraise near the asking price of $7+ million.
Justin could easily afford to plunk down the asking price, but we're told his business manager has insisted that he take out a mortgage, because it makes good financial sense. But we're told the appraisal has come in significantly under asking -- more than a million under. As a result, Justin can't get the mortgage his business manager wants.
So Justin and the seller are haggling over price, trying figure out if they can agree on a price that will allow the 18-year-old to get a mortgage. We're told Justin is willing to pay $6 mil but the seller is blanching because he sunk way more than that into the property.
It's tough for everyone in these difficult times. Well, not really.

Justin Bieber's Dream Mansion Underground 21+ Entertainment
2:10 PM PDT -- Sources tell us ... Bieber is extremely close to sealing the deal on the house ... but he does have one minor reservation -- he's frustrated that everyone knows about the home.
Still, we're told Justin and the seller are "very close" to going into escrow ... they just need to work out a few minor points.
18-year-old Justin Bieber won't be able to enjoy his L.A. dream mansion to the fullest -- at least for the next three years -- because one of its coolest amenities ... is strictly for the 21+ crowd.
As we previously reported, Bieber has put an offer on a 9,000 sq. ft. Calabasas estate way outside Hollywood -- and among its awesome features ... a fabulous wine cellar.
Bieber won't be able to avail himself of the cellar's services -- unless he plans to store Pepsi down there -- but he WILL be able to enjoy the 6-bdrm mansion's GIANT outdoor pool, spa, sauna, separate guest house, and private movie theater.
As for the real selling point -- the Calabasas community where the house is located is a veritable anti-paparazzi fortress ... with several highly-guarded security gates. The community is also home to Travis Barker, NFL star Keyshawn Johnson, and Master P's son Romeo.
No word yet if Bieber’s offer has been accepted.

Justin Bieber Haggles on Calabasas Mansion
Justin Bieber has made an offer on a sprawling mansion in Calabasas, CA ... but we're told the 18-year-old is wheeling and dealing with the seller and unless the seller caves ... it may fall through.
We're told the estate is in a gated community, which is the attraction for Justin -- privacy. The downside -- Justin just turned 18 and it's kinda weird for someone his age to live 22 miles from the Hollywood scene.
Our sources say the seller was asking for around 7+ million but Justin's offer was approximately $1.5 million under that price.
And he has by no means decided to buy the house at any price. We're told on Sunday he looked at another house in the Hollywood Hills -- NOT the house Ashton Kutcher is renting.

Robbie Williams I'm Interested in MJ's Death House
The first prospective buyer who came to look at the house where Michael Jackson died was singer Robbie Williams ... and who knew he was so loaded?
Our spies saw Robbie roll up to the house Thursday afternoon in his Range Rover.
The house was just listed -- again -- this time the asking price is $23.9 million.
We know anyone who looks at the estate has to pre-qualify ... meaning they have to show they can afford the steep purchase price.
As for Robbie, a London newspaper estimates his 2011 net worth at $149 mil. Robbie currently owns a home in the Beverly Hills area -- he paid $16 mil back in 2008. And he bought a house down the street and uses the land as a soccer field. Now that's rich.
As for the Holmby Hills estate -- Michael was renting it from Hubert Guez, the CFO of Ed Hardy. The house is 17,000 square feet, with 7 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.
As for whether Robbie is interested in making an offer ... his rep had no comment.

The house where Michael Jackson died is up for sale ... again ... for a whopping $23.9 million.

We're told the realtor -- Mauricio Umansky, the CEO and co-founder of The Agency in Beverly Hills -- will ONLY show the property to serious buyers who have pre-qualified ... which means they have the dough to buy the property.
The 17,000 square foot house -- which has been on and off the market since MJ died -- is completely empty. It has 13 bathrooms, a pool, guest house and an elevator.

Akon just filed a countersuit against a guy named Jay Poorak -- who runs a company called Southern Electric -- insisting Poorak performed construction work on Akon's house without ever hashing out an agreement about the services or price.
According to the lawsuit, Poorak attempted all kinds of construction on Akon's home -- including electrical work, framing, and cornice work -- without any permission ... and the work was a disaster.
But that's not it -- Akon claims Poorak completely ripped him off ... charging him over $150,000 for the job ... when it was only worth $33,660.
Akon claims he already paid Poorak $44,650 -- despite the hack job -- and now wants at least $10,990 back ... the amount Akon believes he overpaid.
Akon claims Poorak threatened him over the balance in question with legal action and "the besmirching of [his] reputation" if Akon didn't pay up.
Akon's also suing for unspecified damages -- claiming Poorak slandered him.

Justin Bieber Still on the Hunt For L.A. Home
Justin Bieber is still on the hunt for an L.A. home, but he definitely has NOT put an offer on the $10+ million home Ashton Kutcher is currently renting.
Zillow.com and the Daily Mail are reporting Justin's buying the Ashton house (below). Not true.
TMZ broke the story ... Justin was looking at the Ashton home as well as 2 homes in Calabasas -- a suburb of L.A. but he hasn't made an offer on anything yet.
In fact, Justin's people tell us the Ashton house isn't even the frontrunner. Justin has now looked at 3 homes in Calabasas and he's looked at 2 of them more than once, but he's still not prepared to make an offer on anything and is continuing to look.
Two other points ... We're told Ashton is saying he wants to buy the house he's currently renting.
As for Justin, he's going on tour soon, so unless he finds the house he really wants ... he may rent for a while. The rich have such problems ...
In case you missed it, Justin called in to TMZ Live last week -- explaining his 8-figure real estate search ... and why Ashton's place is high on his list.
