The Spanish teenager was in the middle of his third-round battle against American Alex Michelsen when footage began circulating online showing him walking after tossing his water bottle up to his dad in the stands, as a ball girl crossed in front of him between sets.

In the viral clip, the ball girl appears to momentarily lose her balance before quickly regaining it, leading to a wave of speculation on social media about what actually happened ... however, Jodar was quick to dismiss the suggestion that any contact took place, insisting the situation had been misunderstood.

Bret Michaels is the latest musician to cancel their scheduled performance at the Trump-backed Great American State Fair's "Freedom 250" this summer.

The former Poison frontman announced on Thursday that he was bailing on the event -- touted as a celebration of America's 250th birthday -- noting that he was misled about its purpose when he booked it, saying ... "Unfortunately, what was presented to us as a celebration of our country has evolved into something much more divisive than what I agreed to be a part of."

A judge in Alabama has been suspended following allegations she made racial comments about a white court clerk ... along with other claims of judicial misconduct ... according to reports.

Per multiple reports from the New York Post and WBRC, Jefferson County probate judge Yashiba Blanchard allegedly targeted Chief Clerk Amanda Reid ... when a court staffer told the judge on her first day she liked Reid, Judge Blanchard replied, "Oh, I forgot you all like kissing white ass."

The complaint against Blanchard alleges the judge attempted to manufacture performance and insubordination issues against Reid, even moving her desk to a cubicle in front of her bailiff to limit her access to tools and files she needed to do her job.

The pope released his first major A.I.-focused Vatican document Monday. He compared today's Artificial Intelligence to the Biblical "Tower of Babel" ... warning powerful companies are building technology that could end up hurting humanity instead of helping it.

A couple renting a home in Michigan say their landlord came over to do some repairs while they were gone, and he ended up redecorating a woman's walls ... they say they have him on video having sex with a woman in their living room!!!

Javon Crawford, the tenant, told FOX 2 Detroit he was at the hospital with his wife when they started getting notifications on their home security camera ... they checked the footage and saw their landlord in the nude, banging a woman on some furniture.

Javon says he and his wife watched in horror as their landlord made himself very comfortable ... they say the sex lasted for about an hour and the guy even went into their kitchen and made himself a sandwich ... all while in the buff.

2:07 PM PT -- A Google spokesperson tells TMZ ... the technical issue has been fixed ... and "post-fire imagery is rolling out again now across Google Maps and Earth."

Google Maps appears to have rolled back parts of Los Angeles to pre-Palisades Fire imagery ... making burned-down neighborhoods suddenly look untouched again.

Users, including Spencer Pratt, noticed the change Monday after updated satellite views on Google Maps appeared to restore homes, streets, and landmarks that were destroyed in the devastating wildfire.

A Google spokesperson says the change was accidental ... telling TMZ, "This is a technical issue triggered by a recent, routine update to satellite imagery in Google Maps and Earth, which accidentally restored old imagery from before the fire. We’re fixing it ASAP."
