White House Press Secretary Katie Zacharia may not have passed the bar ... but she did work for a multilevel marketing company.

According to WIRED, Zacharia worked as an affiliate of the fitness company Beachbody, and she told the outlet the company ran a multilevel marketing structure that she says was "sort of a pyramid scheme."

The outlet used a database of leaked online material from District 4 Labs, which included Zacharia's since-deleted LinkedIn profile that displayed Beachbody email addresses as her points of contact.

11:30 AM PT -- Chief White House Spokesperson Katie Zacharia tells TMZ ... “I practiced international transaction law, with all the appropriate credentials.”

A White House official also says ... Katie has her JD from Pepperdine. Katie moved to China with her husband after graduating because of his job at an American private equity firm while she worked on international transaction law.

Katie Zacharia -- the new White House Press Secretary -- never passed the bar exam ... even though President Donald Trump insists she's a lawyer.

The Wall Street Journal published an article Thursday that cites an anonymous source with direct knowledge of the matter who claims Katie took the bar exam shortly after graduating from Pepperdine University's Caruso School of Law and didn't pass.

Katie then went to China with her future husband ... where she worked as an associate on the international-practice team at a law firm in Beijing. The source told the WSJ that Katie was told by real lawyers that she could provide legal analysis based on her law degree and international transaction experience.

Televangelist Jim Bakker was laid to rest Monday ... but his son, Jay, was notably absent from the funeral.

Jay -- who's also a pastor -- shared a video on Instagram to be played at his father's service, explaining they had a "complicated relationship" and revealing why he skipped.

Jay says he was able to see his dad before he passed and had some good conversations.

Homer Laffoon isn't just the son of late actress Anne Heche ... he's also a "deadbeat dad," at least according to his baby mama.

Jessica Lamberto told Page Six that Homer, 24, has "never, ever, ever" reached out to check in on their almost-3-year-old son, Rocco -- who she says is nonverbal, has been diagnosed with autism, and has global developmental delay.

The 42-year-old mother told the outlet ... "I'm still in shock with Rocco being diagnosed, even though I already knew. As a mother, I knew ... But hearing it confirmed just shattered my heart."

Kate Gosselin's getting a ton of support online amid a series of allegations her son, Collin, made against her ... and she's showing love for the fans standing behind her.

A group of North Carolina cops allegedly turned racial profiling into a competition ... challenging each other to see who could pull over the most Black drivers.

According to WBTV, officers with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department were caught exchanging racist messages in a group chat ... repeatedly using the n-word while discussing using force and firing guns at Black residents.

And the fallout has been massive ... more than half a dozen officers have reportedly either resigned or been recommended for firing.

Kelly Clarkson is firing back at a Brooklyn store owner, calling them a "liar" amid a dispute over an expensive singing bird sculpture she says she tried to buy.

Kelly took to social media to slam Art of Play’s account of their interaction ... insisting the owner initially told her the piece was for sale for $15,000 before allegedly offering to find her something comparable.

"That all never happened and now it’s not for sale. Okay, cool," Kelly wrote, accusing the owner of being rude and condescending ... before adding, "So you're not only rude, you're also a liar."

Kelly Clarkson's fans are attacking the New York toy shop Art of Play, which is involved in drama with the singer ... TMZ has learned. 

Art of Play’s Yelp page was temporarily disabled due to backlash from those who support the entertainer. The profile now includes a warning telling visitors, “This business recently received increased public attention, which often means people come to this page to post their views on the news.” Yelp will clean up the business page to reflect only first-hand customer experiences.

One review called the store “trash” and said the service was “rude.”  They added, “At least they let you look around the items they have. Just don't even try to buy anything.” 

Kimberly Guilfoyle may be getting the boot from her cushy gig in Greece ... because President Trump and Marco Rubio are reportedly considering firing her over a growing list of misconduct allegations.

The former Fox News host -- who was once engaged to Donald Trump Jr. and married to Gavin Newsom -- has landed in some serious hot water as U.S. ambassador to Greece, with multiple reports accusing her of questionable behavior.

According to the Associated Press, a senior U.S. official says Trump and Rubio are "extremely pissed off" over the allegations ... and could decide her fate as early as this week.

Shane Gillis got himself in a little hot water on "Saturday Night Live" after he dropped the F-bomb during a live sketch -- and had to apologize for it later.

The comedian was last night's host on 'SNL' and, while playing the son of Cat in the Hat, played by Mikey Day, Gillis got into a back and forth with Sam I Am, played by Andrew Dismukes. Dismukes was trying to make Gillis' dad eat green eggs and ham for breakfast, sparking the funny, and accidentally foul-mouthed confrontation. 

Gillis defended his father, saying ... “Hey, what the hell is wrong with you? My dad said he doesn’t like them." But Dismukes kept pressing Gillis, prompting Gillis to say, “Bro, it’s a non-starter. He said he doesn’t f***ing ... Jeez -- like 'em."

Kelly Clarkson says she had her very own "Pretty Woman" moment while shopping in New York City ... claiming a store employee treated her like she couldn't afford the merchandise, and she wasn't having it!

The singer took to X Saturday to blast Art of Play, a Brooklyn shop specializing in puzzles, games and toys, after she says an employee apparently made some assumptions about the size of her wallet.

Kelly says she went out of her way to visit the store because she thought it looked cool and had several items she wanted to buy ... but her shopping trip quickly took a turn.

Barbie is facing some serious backlash ... after a shopper spotted what she believes are Nazi salutes hidden in the packaging of one of Mattel's popular dolls.

TikToker Ana Elizabeth says she made the disturbing discovery while browsing a CVS, where she picked up a gymnastics-themed Barbie from Mattel's "You Can Do Anything" collection.

At first glance, the doll appears innocent enough ... dressed in a gymnastics leotard and holding ribbons and batons. But Elizabeth noticed something strange in the background of the packaging.

Danny Trejo is making it clear he does NOT back ICE after getting backlash over appearing in Ben Shapiro's controversial movie about immigration enforcement ... and he's only doing his job as a storyteller.

Danny tells TMZ ... "I am a proud Mexican who has always been and will always be a supporter of my community. I am also obviously pro immigrant. I am not pro ice."

In his first remarks about the film, "Pawn Shop," Trejo adds ... "I know where I come from and I know our struggles."

The movie -- produced by Ben Shapiro's Daily Wire -- follows a federal agent who takes shelter inside a Minneapolis pawn shop amid unrest over immigration enforcement. Shapiro has said the film is pro ICE, which has some of Trejo's fans wondering why he'd take the role.
