J.D. Vance looked ready to pull a "Captain America: Civil War" Wednesday ... walking around an airport tarmac looking for VP Kamala Harris -- and talking smack to reporters.

Video from a gaggle of reporters on the Eau Claire, Wisconsin tarmac today captured Harris walking toward Air Force 2. That's when the Republican nominee for vice president rolls up and starts in on Harris.

Vance says he wants to speak outside AF2 'cause he's going to fly around in the vice-presidential plane in a few short months -- displaying an abundance of confidence in his Republican ticket's chances in November.

Harrison Butker just addressed his controversial commencement speech with a roomful of Chiefs reporters for the first time since he made the polarizing remarks ... and he was adamant he is NOT a misogynist.

In fact, the Kansas City kicker insisted he's actually the opposite ... telling media members at Chiefs' training camp practice Wednesday, "I love women."

Of course, there were plenty who felt differently after the 29-year-old said at a talk to Benedictine College graduates back in May that a woman's "most important title" should be "homemaker."

Donald Trump is buying stock in a popular conspiracy theory ... suggesting Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is the son of late Cuban dictator Fidel Castro.

The former president parroted the claim in an interview with streamer Adin Ross, during a segment where he was asked to react to photos of world leaders.

Trump quickly referenced the conspiracy theory when shown a picture of Trudeau, saying ... "They say he's the son of Fidel Castro and could be. Anything's possible in this world."

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is not on police radar in New York for dumping a dead bear in Central Park a decade ago ... TMZ has learned.

NYPD sources tell TMZ they aren't investigating the independent presidential candidate. We also checked with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and RFK Jr.'s in the clear there as well.

NYSDEC said they conducted a 2014 investigation into the Central Park bear cub's death, concluding the bear died from blunt-force trauma consistent with a high-speed collision. Due to a lack of evidence, they closed the probe later that year without issuing any citations.

A cop in West Virginia allegedly threatened to shoot a woman during a traffic stop ... then he smashed her car window and body-slammed her to the ground ... and it's all on video.

The intense police interaction went down Thursday in Marion County, where Monongah Police Chief Nathan Lanham was captured on video threatening to kill a local woman named Beth Delloma.
