"Queer Eye" star Tan France is revealing why he made the U.S. his home, saying the way he was treated over his Pakistani roots always made him feel like a "second-class citizen" in the UK -- and not even fame could change that.

The TV star -- who now calls Salt Lake City, Utah home with his American husband, Rob France -- got real about wanting a happier life at Sundance Film Festival's Sunrise Collective panel ... saying he was tired of constantly hearing the slur "Paki," an offensive term aimed at people of Pakistani descent.

He admitted he thought his "Queer Eye" fame in the U.S. would change things for him back in England -- but nope, not the case. And he had one seriously awful story to prove it.

Florence Mirsky -- the mother of music producer Scott Storch's son -- is trying to walk back comments she made to several valet workers after she called them a racial slur ... and, the whole tense exchange was caught on video.

Video of Mirsky -- an L.A.-based influencer -- is circulating online ... and, in it, she called a man jawing at her a "wet****" before adding President Donald Trump is doing great things because "you guys rape and kill people."

Obviously, Mirsky is speaking to people she believes are Latino -- and, she's hurling every disgusting insult she can think at them.

Sophia Bush believes the public should be seriously concerned about President Donald Trump and Elon Musk's recent actions ... even comparing the Tesla CEO to a Nazi in new social media posts.

The "One Tree Hill" alum recently posted to her Instagram Stories, where she put Musk on blast for his gesture at the inauguration last week ... which was reminiscent of one used by Adolf Hitler and the German Nazi Party in World War II.

She shared an Instagram post criticizing Musk's decision to turn his controversial gesture into a joke and added ... "If it walks like Nazi, talks like a Nazi, and throws HHs like a Nazi ... it's a Nazi."

Anthony Mackie says he's proud to be an American, and was speaking about what he believes Captain America embodies.

The "Captain America: Brave New World" star just responded to the pushback he's getting online over his recent comments on Cap.

Anthony says ... "Let me be clear about this, I'm a proud American and taking on the shield of a hero like CAP is the honor of a lifetime. I have the utmost respect for those who serve and have served our country. CAP has universal characteristics that people all over the world can relate to."

At least one Lyft driver's got a limit to how much his vehicle will lift ... according to a Detroit woman who claims a driver refused her a ride due to her weight, and now she's taking the company to court.

Dajua Blanding says she called for the Lyft last week to take her to her cousin's house to watch the Lions playoff game -- but when the driver showed up in his Mercedes-Benz sedan, the ride was derailed.

Dajua -- who raps in Detroit under the name Dank Demoss -- says the driver locked his doors and denied her entry. She claims the driver told her she was "too big to fit in the back seat" ... and then it got worse.

Al Sharpton says DEI practices are a must for companies and he's got a plan to support those who are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion ... by buying their products.

Reverend Al joined us on "TMZ Live" Monday and we asked him about President Trump cracking down on government DEI initiatives and pressuring private companies to follow suit.

Sharpton says he's going to organize a boycott for companies that do away with DEI -- but in the interim he's organizing "buy-cotts" to show appreciation for businesses that hold firm.

O.J. Simpson's estate is doing legal battle with one of his children ... suing his son for allegedly moving into O.J.'s home and refusing to leave.

Malcolm LaVergne -- the attorney serving as the special administrator of O.J.'s estate -- filed a suit against Primary Holdings, LLC ... a company he says is owned and operated by Justin Simpson, O.J. and Nicole Brown Simpson's son.

LaVergne says Primary Holdings purchased the house -- while O.J. was living there -- back in Aug. 2022, in order to shield the property against Simpson's creditor claims.

The actor spoke at a future of inclusion in film panel for The Adobe House at the Sundance Film Festival this weekend ... and, he talked about two different efforts to promote inclusion in film -- the genuine and the performative.

An outrageous display of antisemitism is scrawled virtually on the doorstep of L.A.'s Holocaust Museum -- freshly scrawled graffiti to button up a week when Elon Musk's controversial Inauguration Day salute is still sparking heated debate.

A sidewalk in L.A.'s Pan Pacific Park, steps away from Holocaust Museum LA, was tagged Thursday night or Friday morning with a hateful message directly referencing the millions of Jewish people murdered during World War II.

The graffiti reads, "F*** the six million Jews who were not trusted and killed 100 years ago so that L.A. law enforcement can spit on their graves."

Congresswoman Lauren Boebert is extending an invite to the Jan. 6 rioters recently pardoned by Donald Trump ... and she's offering to give those who participated in the attempted coup a guided tour of the Capitol Building.

Rep. Boebert made her jaw-dropping declaration outside a jail in Washington D.C. Tuesday, where she said several of the pardoned individuals were still being held as "hostages" after 47's executive order on Inauguration Day.

Boebert clearly cosigned DT's decision to issue full pardons to nearly 1,500 people for their participation in the 2021 Capitol attack ... as she vowed to be "the first member of Congress to offer them a guided tour in the Capitol."

1/21/25, 9:00 AM PT -- Elon Musk has responded on his platform, X, to accusations he performed a Nazi salute, twice, in a speech after Donald Trump's inauguration yesterday.

He re-tweets a Libs of TikTok post featuring Democratic politicians with their arms up at similar angles ... Musk comments, "The legacy media is pure propaganda. You are the media now."

Elon Musk gave a speech to enthusiastic Donald Trump fans Monday, hours after the presidential inauguration ... and he made a gesture that harkened back to a dark time.

At Capital One Arena, the Tesla and SpaceX CEO strode to the podium, laughing maniacally, and thanked the cheering crowd ... and then slapped his right hand hard to his chest, and extended it out in front of him, palm down -- in what looks very suspiciously like a Nazi salute. He then repeated the same action to those seated behind him.

The provocative signal has many people online and on-air comparing the expression to the WWII-era "Sieg Heil" salute to Nazi Germany dictator Adolf Hitler. That salute reportedly derives from an Ancient Roman Empire salute, more commonly performed with the slapped chest. Both salutes are generally associated with fascist history in Europe.
