A soccer coach who a California family says was the last person who had contact with their dead son is a person of interest in the boy's disappearance and was arrested on an unrelated sexual assault case ... TMZ has confirmed.

Missing 13-year-old boy Oscar Omar Hernandez was found dead in a ditch earlier this week in Oxnard and his family says he was last seen with his soccer coach, 43-year-old Mario Edgardo Garcia Aquino.

Our law enforcement sources tell us ... Aquino was questioned by cops and was arrested ... but not for Oscar's death or disappearance.

2:22 PM PT -- Diddy's legal team tells TMZ ... “These are not new allegations or new accusers. These are the same individuals, former long-term girlfriends, who were involved in consensual relationships. This was their private sex life, defined by consent, not coercion.”

Diddy is facing new criminal charges in his federal case in New York ... because federal prosecutors just hit him with their third superseding indictment.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the feds are tacking on two additional charges ... one for sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and another for transportation to engage in prostitution.

The feds say the new charges stem from allegations against Diddy from 2021 to 2024 and relate to an individual the feds simply refer to as "Victim-2."

2:02 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell us Dylan and Paul got into a fight at work, where they observed surveillance footage of Dylan slapping Paul two times.

The warrant for his arrest was then issued and police located Dylan and arrested him.

Dylan John, the reggae rapper whose ego was even too big for Diddy on the 2nd iteration of his infamous "Making The Band" series, was arrested this week for allegedly not keeping his hands to himself when cops say he smacked another man's face!!!

A teacher in Ohio was arrested after she reportedly paid a student to kill her soon-to-be ex-husband.

According to multiple reports, Stephanie Demetrius -- a 44-year-old substitute teacher -- has been charged with felony conspiracy after cops say she approached a student at The Academy For Urban Scholars High School in Columbus, OH on March 26 and offered him $2,000 to kill her husband.

Sgt. James Fuqua of the Columbus Division of Police said, "This particular teacher was attempting to groom this young person into committing murder."

Kim Delaney looks like she's smoothed things over with her husband ... loving on him for his birthday a few days after he told cops she tried to use her car to hurt him.

The former "NYPD Blue" star got her hubby, James Morgan, a bouquet of flowers Thursday for his 55th birthday.

Kim proudly showed off the gift with a social media post ... saying, "Birthday Boy, 55!!!!! Your wife loves you, my guy!" She also added a song, Chris Stapleton's "Joy of My Life."

Kid Kypree -- government name Kypree Darnell Taylor -- was arrested in Michigan for aggravated domestic violence, a felony ... according to online records.

Young Thug's freedom is gonna be short-lived if prosecutors get their way -- they want him locked up again for revealing a witness in a murder case on his social media.

Fulton County prosecutors filed a motion Wednesday asking the judge to revoke Thug's probation for putting law enforcement in danger by reposting a blogger's image of a police investigator who was testifying in a gang-related murder.

According to docs, the judge in that case ordered the media not to show the witness on TV, but the blogger defied that order ... posting a pic of the cop with the caption, "She doesn't want to be shown on screen? Well, here she is."

An Illinois teacher accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old student she tutored allegedly began messaging him using a digital school platform, which prosecutors say ramped up into flirtatious texts ... and a sexual encounter inside a classroom.

Christina Formella first got together with the student in 2023 when she was his freshman soccer coach at Downers Grove South High School ... this according to court documents, obtained by TMZ.

The docs say Formella started tutoring the alleged victim after he broke his collarbone ... and they began messaging each other on a school platform. From there, prosecutors say, Formella then gave him her number so they could play "8-Ball Pool" on their phones. The pair then allegedly exchanged provocative texts, followed by a FaceTime meeting between the student and Formella.

Paul Rodriguez is having some bad luck, because he keeps getting linked to fentanyl ... and things have already turned deadly.

TMZ has learned ... Paul's best friend who was found dead inside the comedian's home back in November died from a fentanyl overdose.

According to the Medical Examiner ... Paul's friend Donald Serrato died from the combined effects of fentanyl, PCP and methamphetamine.

The criminal charges Leighton Vander Esch's father, Darwin, had been facing related to an alleged domestic violence incident have been dropped, TMZ Sports has learned.

Idaho County court records we obtained show everything was dismissed on March 27 ... after prosecutors said the alleged victim -- Leighton Vander Esch's mom, Sandy -- told them she no longer wanted to pursue the case.

"She stated that she is not in fear of the defendant," officials wrote in a motion to dismiss the matter, "and for the sake of family unity she informed your movant she wanted the charges dismissed."

An Illinois teacher accused of sexually assaulting one of her 15-year-old students was caught on video telling cops she was going to throw up while being arrested for the alleged crime.

Newly released police body cam footage shows Christina Formella weeping and hyper-ventilating in the backseat of a patrol car after she was cuffed by an officer in Downers Grove, Illinois, on March 16.

The officer secures Formella's seatbelt and asks her if she wants a tissue. Formella responds that she feels sick and the cop offers to get her a barf bag, calling in the request over the radio. Formella continues to cry in the back seat, turning hysterical right before our eyes.

"American Idol" alum Antonella Barba found herself back in the slammer for a violation of her federal supervised release, TMZ has learned.

We're told the singer -- who gained fame on the 6th season of the hit series and previously served prison time on a drug charge -- was picked up by the Pt. Pleasant Beach Police Department in New Jersey Sunday night during a vehicle stop.

A rep for the U.S. Marshals tells us there was a warrant out for Antonella's arrest on a domestic violence charge from two weeks ago, and her federal probation from the old drug case was violated based on the new charge.

5:22 PM PT -- D.A. Nathan Hochman tells TMZ ... “Based on a review of the evidence to date, the District Attorney’s Office has not filed charges against Kim Delaney or James Morgan. Should additional evidence or witnesses emerge during the course of the investigation, this decision may be reconsidered.”

Former "NYPD Blue" star Kim Delaney won't face any charges after her recent arrest for felony assault ... L.A. prosecutors declined to file any charges against her and her husband, TMZ has learned.

The actress appeared in L.A. County Superior Court this morning after she was arrested Saturday for assault likely to cause great bodily injury against her husband, James Morgan. Morgan was also arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence.

But, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office decided not to file any charges, telling TMZ they didn't have sufficient evidence to move forward against either of them. It's a bit surprising after our law enforcement sources say the first incident between the couple popped off Friday night when Kim filed a domestic violence report with police after Morgan left the scene.

Bad news for Luigi Mangione -- U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi is pushing for the death penalty in his case.

In a statement Tuesday, Pamela reminded everyone of Mangione’s alleged crime -- the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson -- calling it a premeditated, cold-blooded assassination that shocked America.

Pamela's now ordered Acting U.S. Attorney Matthew Podolsky to pursue the death penalty ... saying it aligns with President Trump’s agenda to crack down on violent crime and "Make America Safe Again."

On his latest "The Joe Rogan Experience" episode, Joe and guest Konstantin Kisin dig into the reported case of a gay barber who entered the U.S. legally, but was arrested in an ICE sweep of members of the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.

The story seems to line up with The New Yorker's report on Andry Jose Hernandez Romero, a 31-year-old gay makeup artist from Venezuela seeking asylum in the U.S. He was reportedly taken into ICE custody over a crown tattoo that was mistaken for a Tren de Aragua gang identifier -- and sent to a prison in El Salvador.

Kim Delaney and her husband were fighting for two days before getting arrested Saturday and he told police she tried to use her car to hurt him ... at least according to cops.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the "NYPD Blue" actress called the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department on Friday night and made a domestic violence report against her husband, James Morgan.

We're told James took off after Friday's alleged domestic disturbance, and when he returned to their home the following morning, Kim called the cops again ... because she didn't want him around.
