Diddy Trial Messages Show Hotel Planning, Cleanup Concerns ... Flight Arrangements for Freak-Offs

On the 24th day of Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal racketeering and sex trafficking trial in NYC, a paralegal specialist took the stand to testify about evidence showing the travel arrangements for participants in alleged "freak-offs."

Ananya Sankar is asked about a December 2019 message from Kristina Khorram -- Diddy's former chief of staff -- in response to Ryan Lopez, a former Diddy assistant, who texts KK about spotting a male escort -- who he calls "one of the cowboys" -- in a hotel lobby, which KK replies with four "laughing" emojis, and the message "how long is he going to stay awake?"

The prosecution plays an audio file in court they say was recorded on January 30, 2023 ... and Sankar is asked to read transcripts back and forth of a conversation between Khorram and another former assistant, Dave Shirley, about a trip to a Four Seasons hotel location. KK writes, "Heads up, he's about to do wild king tonight." Dave Shirley responds about picking up some money ... and says he needs "to reup on baby oil."

Diddy's federal jury in NYC is bringing in an alternate ... because a juror has just been dismissed by the judge after hearing more than three weeks of testimony.

Judge Arun Subramanian dismissed Juror Number 6 Monday morning after hearing arguments from the prosecution and the defense regarding where the juror lives.

While the jury was out of the room Friday, the judge explained he went back to the voir dire portion of the trial and found this juror had said at different times that he lives in the Bronx, at other times in New Jersey.

Vance Boelter -- the suspected killer of Minnesota State Senator Melissa Hortman and her husband -- was captured by police Sunday night after a two-day manhunt.

Boelter -- who also shot and wounded another Minnesota lawmaker and his wife -- was arrested in rural Green Isle, Minn., after an eagle-eyed officer spotted him dashing into the woods, according to police.

A local resident's trail camera reportedly caught an image of Boelter lurking in the forest, and the photo alerted SWAT teams to go to the area. Cops say police used infrared technology during the nighttime search, as well as drones and helicopters.

2:51 PM PT -- Boelter's alleged vehicle -- a Buick sedan -- was just towed away from the scene ... and, now law enforcement is searching homes in the surrounding area.

Police have discovered a car they believe Vance Boelter -- the suspect in the shootings that left one Minnesota politician dead and another gravely injured -- was driving ... abandoned far from the scenes of the crimes.

The Sibley County Sheriff's Office told CNN ... they found the car they believe Boelter was driving about 50 miles southwest of the Twin Cities Sunday morning. The shootings occurred in Brooklyn Park and Champlin -- two suburbs of Minneapolis.

CBS reports that a discarded cowboy hat was found near the vehicle. Remember, a photo obtained by law enforcement yesterday showed Boelter in a Minneapolis business with a cowboy hat on. Unclear if this is the same one.

The best friend and roommate of suspected Minnesota gunman Vance Boelter says he received a haunting message from Boelter just hours after Saturday’s shocking shooting spree that left two people dead and two others wounded.

David Carlson told Minnesota news station KARE that around 6 AM Saturday -- shortly after former Democratic state Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband were found shot to death, and Sen. John Hoffman and his wife were injured in another shooting -- Boelter sent him and another friend a disturbing farewell text.

"David and Ron, I love you guys. I made some choices, and you guys don’t know anything about this, but I’m going to be gone for a while. May be dead shortly, so I just want to let you know I love you guys both and I wish it hadn’t gone this way," he allegedly wrote.

Vance Boelter -- the man authorities say is a person of interest in the fatal shooting of a Minnesota politician -- has training from military personnel and experience with security situations in foreign countries.

A profile for Boelter on the Praetorian Guard Security Services website lists him as the Director of Security Patrols ... and, it describes his various experiences in the security field.

According to the site, Boelter has "been involved with security situations in Eastern Europe, Africa, North America and the Middle East, including the West Bank, Southern Lebanon and the Gaza Strip."

In the clip, two men are screaming at the riot-gear-clad deputies and getting in their faces -- before one reaches back and hurls a projectile at the deputy, hitting him in the side. He's hit with tear gas, and then demolished by a bystander, who tackles him and drives him hard into the concrete.

A rep for the L.A. County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... Javier Gonzalez and Bryan Mugarte were arrested following the viral incident where Gonzalez allegedly threw a 22-oz. canteen at a deputy.

9:17 AM PT -- We now have new information on Kanye's shocking appearance ... with court officials telling us they had rows ready for him in the regular overflow room -- but the room became very crowded before he got there.

To accommodate him, the court opened a second overflow room ... where he sat for about 10 minutes before he bounced.

9:04 AM PT -- Kanye definitely knows how to make an entrance ... and, a very quick exit, too -- 'cause he left Diddy's trial after only about half an hour.

Kanye West's comments about supporting Diddy during his federal sex trafficking trial weren't just empty words ... 'cause he just showed up at court to support the embattled mogul.

Our cameras were rolling when Ye arrived at the federal courthouse in Manhattan Friday ... hopping out of a black car in an all-white outfit.

The 23rd day of testimony in the federal racketeering and sex trafficking trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs in NYC began with testimony from a law enforcement agent who conducted the raid on the disgraced music mogul's L.A. estate in 2024.

Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent Andre LaMon took the stand and answered questions from the prosecution first ... he said he works in the L.A. office of the Human Trafficking Unit, and has executed as many as 50 to 60 search warrants during his career.

LaMon was asked about photos of evidence seized in a raid on Diddy's L.A. estate last year, which were shown to the jury. LaMon testified agents found a total of 200 bottles of baby oil, along with 900 bottles of Astroglide, in various locations at the residence, and some lingerie.
