There's already a dramatic development as the jury began deliberating in Diddy's federal criminal trial in NYC ... a note was sent by the jury to the judge in the courtroom within about an hour of when deliberations began.

Judge Arun Subramanian announced at about 1:15 PM ET ... "We have received a note from the jury." He said the note from the jury foreperson reads, "We have a juror, Juror 25, who we believe cannot follow your honor's instructions," and the foreperson wanted to meet with the judge about it.

Diddy and his lawyers were huddled in the courtroom at this announcement.

The man accused of sparking a forest fire and then ambushing firefighters in a calculated sniper-style attack in Idaho has been identified as 20-year-old Wess Roley, TMZ can confirm.

A law enforcement source tells TMZ Roley's body was not taken to the Kootenai County Coroner’s Office in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, because they don’t actually hold bodies. Instead, his remains were transferred to the Spokane, Washington Medical Examiner’s Office, which handles cases from Kootenai County just across the state border.

Since his ID, a haunting photo has surfaced -- showing Roley staring straight into the camera with a chilling, almost sinister glare.

Chris Brown's putting one part of his legal battle over an alleged nightclub fight behind him -- as he seems to have reached a settlement with the guy who sued him over it.

Abe Diaw sued Chris back in 2023, claiming the singer struck him with a tequila bottle during an appearance at TAPE nightclub in London -- but on Friday, Abe filed docs asking an L.A. County judge to dismiss the suit.

According to the docs, Diaw wants it dismissed with prejudice ... meaning he can't refile it, and that typically means there was a settlement between the parties. We don't know if there was any money exchanged ... we've reached out to attorneys for Chris and Abe.

Jurors in the federal criminal trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs in NYC are now deliberating after receiving instructions from Judge Arun Subramanian for more than an hour Monday morning.

After the jury of eight men and four women was seated, Subramanian went through each of the charges as the gallery looked on ... telling jurors "Actions may speak louder than words."

The judge told jurors they should decide for themselves how credible they found each witness ... "The evidence is the testimony," he said while reminding the jurors to take note of the acts of everyone they considered to be participants in the events presented.

Illinois state sources tell TMZ ... Smith is out on parole as of Friday after serving less than 8 months at Taylorville Correctional Center. He's now a registered sex offender ... so he's got 72 hours to check in with police to formally update his whereabouts.

Remember ... the one-time reality star was picked up by authorities in Florida in March 2024 -- ending a year-long manhunt initiated by the state of Illinois. Daniel Park, the man who committed suicide in federal prison after being arrested as an accomplice in the bombing of a California fertility clinic, won't be missed among the inmates ... Luce Cannon says everyone's spitting on his grave!!!

The former "No Jumper" podcast co-host tells TMZ Hip Hop he witnessed Park dive headfirst into the floor from the highest tier level of the prison ... and no one lost a wink of sleep!!!

Luce says inmates didn't know Daniel Park from a can of paint before his death, but thinks someone would have killed him anyway once they found out why he was there. Park was accused of providing 270 pounds of ammonium nitrate to the primary suspect in a May car bomb attack in Palm Springs.

Diddy's defense says the whole criminal case boils down to the almighty dollar, and co-lead attorney Marc Agnifilo is telling jurors that's the only reason they're even in court ... money, money, money.

Agnifilo is taking the reins on the defense's closing argument Friday, and took jurors back to what the defense says is the beginning of the case against Diddy -- Cassie's 2023 civil lawsuit.

As Agnifilo put it, Cassie "is sitting somewhere in the world with $30 million" ... referencing the $20 mil settlement in her Diddy suit and the $10 mil deal she cut with the owner of the InterContinental Hotel in L.A., the scene of the infamous beating video.

Diddy's defense is making their closing argument in his criminal trial and they are owning the domestic violence testimony ... but they say there's no way he's guilty of racketeering and sex trafficking.

Marc Agnifilo, Diddy's co-lead counsel, is handling the defense's closing argument Friday and he told jurors Diddy owns the domestic violence stories Cassie and "Jane" told on the stand ... but Agnifilo was quick to point out there are no domestic violence charges here.

Houston rapper Maxo Kream was seemingly living out his high-octane lyrics ... after cops claim he led them on a high-speed escapade that ended with his arrest!!!

Jeff McShan, a rep for Harris County CSCD, tells TMZ Hip Hop ... Maxo was originally pulled over due to an expired license plate -- which expired in May.

The rapper is said to have originally pulled over, but when the officer stepped out of the vehicle, he took off.

A fourth suspect connected to the foiled bombing of Taylor Swift's Vienna shows last year has been indicted in Germany ... according to reports.

The Associated Press -- citing documents filed in a Berlin court -- reports an individual identified only as Mohammad A. was indicted earlier this month for allegedly helping translate bomb-making instructions in the plot to blow up Ernst Happel Stadium in Austria. He also allegedly set up online contact with members of the Islamic State.

Mohammad A. -- BBC News reports German authorities describe him as a juvenile -- also stands accused of supporting a foreign terrorist organization and preparing a serious act of violence. He is reportedly not in custody. It's unclear why he's been indicted in Germany -- the bombing plot was supposed to go down in neighboring Austria.

San Francisco 49ers cornerback Deommodore Lenoir was arrested in Los Angeles on Thursday ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Lenoir -- who recorded one forced fumble and two interceptions last season -- was arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department at around 5:30 PM and was booked for resisting a peace officer a few hours later.

Law enforcement sources tell us cops approached Lenoir and a man named Marcus Cunningham when they observed vehicles double-parked and blocking traffic.
