Harvey Weinstein claims the New York prison where he's doing time is failing to provide him the medical care he needs ... to the point where he fears for his life.

The disgraced movie mogul just filed a claim with the Office of the NYC Comptroller, alleging the conditions at Rikers Island are making his laundry list of medical issues even worse.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Weinstein claims his medical conditions deteriorated significantly and dangerously during his incarceration at Riker Island ... and he's blaming it on the prison.

1:39 PM PT -- Palm Beach Gardens Police chief Dominick Pape just told reporters the incident looks like it was "a random act of violence."

"It does not appear that Boucher had any legitimate purpose for being at the golf course," Pape said.

The law enforcement official added that Boucher -- who has a lengthy history of arrests -- was also reported missing by his family less than one hour before the golf course confrontation occurred.

A Florida golfer was arrested for murder at a course on Monday ... after authorities say a witness saw him savagely beat a man with several clubs -- and then drown the guy in a nearby water hazard.

On November 2, Tru Life visited Max B at the East Jersey State Prison ... sources close to the situation tell TMZ Hip Hop that Tru Life arrived with his manager William Cosgrove and spent solid time with Max.

They kicked it and posed for pics with the "We Fly High" singer, who was excited to see his homie.

12:13 PM PT -- Court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, show authorities hit Sean Daley with a felony count of possession of a forged instrument after they say he admitted he had a fraudulent military ID on his person at the time of his arrest.

We've also obtained video from his meeting with a Maricopa County judge on Monday -- and you can see, he was released on the condition that he promises to return for his next hearing in December.

The Rams head coach informed media members Tuesday he did speak with his star wideout in the hours after he was busted for allegedly drinking and driving in Los Angeles following their "Sunday Night Football" loss to the Eagles ... and he said Robinson has been "remorseful" about everything.

"I do believe that Demarcus has a good heart," McVay said, "and never would have any ill intentions and clearly there was a decision that’s not in alignment with the things we want to be about."

According to court records, the seatbelt violation and the careless driving infraction police officers issued to Hill back on Sept. 8 were both thrown out on Monday.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the Beverly Hills Police Department was called to a party around 2:00 AM earlier this month ... where Julian’s girlfriend met them outside and detailed what went down.

Cops say Julian and his girlfriend got into a verbal argument, and he asked her to leave the party. However, we're told things escalated when the GF started recording the argument on her phone, prompting Julian to allegedly grab it from her and throw it on the floor.

Caleb Kennedy's working on new tracks ahead of his upcoming 8-year prison sentence ... and, his lawyer says he's hopeful the 20-year-old will still be able to pursue a career in music when he gets out.

We spoke with attorney Ryan Beasley, who tells us his client's been writing songs over the last few years ... adding that -- when all of this is behind him -- he's hopeful Caleb will find success in the industry.

As we told you ... Caleb was sentenced to 8 years -- 5 years in prison, 3 years of home detention -- followed by 5 years' probation. He will also have to go to counseling and fulfill other requirements as well.
