Tupac Killer Duane 'Keffe D' Davis Multiple Jail Violations ... Before Murder Conviction
Tupac Shakur's convicted killer Duane "Keffe D" Davis was apparently troublesome behind bars, collecting a slew of serious alleged violations before the murder trial ... and some of them involve violence.
TMZ obtained records detailing all of Davis' alleged bad behavior while incarcerated at the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas from the time he was first arrested and booked on September 29, 2023 all the way through the start of the trial.
According to the documents ... in December 2025, Davis was being escorted back to his cell by a corrections officer after visiting with a loved one when he got into a brawl with another inmate in the dayroom. The docs say Davis and the other inmate engaged in mutual combat, grappling with each other and throwing punches.

The lone holdout juror who helped force a mistrial in Lindsay Clancy's murder case is getting some serious financial backing ... with a fundraiser supporting him already pulling in tens of thousands of dollars.
A GiveSendGo titled "Stand With the Juror" has raised over $70,000 toward a $100,000 goal as of Sunday afternoon ... with organizers saying the money is intended to cover the juror's security, attorneys and lost wages if he faces fallout over his role in the mistrial.
The fundraiser fiercely defends the unidentified juror who refused to join the other 11 in finding Clancy not guilty by reason of lack of criminal responsibility in the deaths of her three children.

Comedian Charleston White Arrested for Battery ... Still Grinning in Mug Shot

1:25 PM -- Charleston White's rep denies the accusations made against him and tells TMZ that he was "violently attacked by the plaintiff" and that the alleged incident left him with a bloody nose.
They wrote, "As the situation appeared to calm down, Mr. White decided to remain at the residence for the night rather than leave, as he was unable to secure all of his personal belongings at the hour. They stayed in separate areas of the house for the rest of the night."
White says that after police showed up the following morning, the plaintiff alleged that he attacked her, something he has denied. His legal team also disputes that he stole her cell phone -- they say she threw it into the pool -- and that a door was damaged -- they say it was already in that condition.
White has been arrested for battery in Florida ... TMZ has learned.
The 49-year-old jokester -- who boasts more than 250,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel -- was arrested by the Hollywood Police Department on Saturday ... according to jail records TMZ obtained.
White was then booked into Broward County jail on a Touch Or Strike/Battery charge, which is a misdemeanor ... arrest records show.

A spokesperson for Kamala, Eduardo Negrón, tells TMZ ... on Friday night, security personnel "stopped an individual who illegally entered Vice President Harris and Second Gentleman Emhoff's property before the individual reached the home."
He adds, "Vice President Harris and Second Gentleman Emhoff were not present. They are grateful to the security and law enforcement personnel who responded swiftly."
Senior Living Facility Fire 16 Killed, 10 Hospitalized
A fire that erupted in a senior living facility has left 16 dead ... and only 10 survivors made it out of the blaze alive.
The fire -- which is currently under investigation -- broke out at the facility in El Edén, Chile, late Friday night, according to multiple reports.
After the blaze was put out by the fire department, they had the somber task of pulling the remains of those who perished from the ruins.

The incident unfolded Friday aboard Qatar Airways flight VA7, which departed Melbourne bound for Doha. Witnesses told Australian outlets the men appeared agitated shortly after boarding ... repeatedly getting in and out of their seats, moving through the cabin and rummaging through their luggage.
The situation reportedly escalated about six hours before landing, when the men allegedly began fighting and threatening passengers and crew members.

As you can see, the guards finally catch up to him, knock him to the ground, and restrain him.
