Video of several women beating the hell out of one another spread on social media like wildfire Monday ... and it's pretty tough to watch, it's so brutal. There are kicks and punches all over the place -- while employees just stand by, taking video on their phones.

Waco Police tell TMZ ... officers responded to Whataburger just before 6 AM Sunday ... but everyone was gone by the time officers arrived. They're aware of the video and have seen it ... so there's plenty of evidence if any of the girls come back!

Katy Perry could be charged for her alleged sexual assault of Ruby Rose from 16 years ago if investigators find evidence of a crime ... prosecutors in Australia say there's no statute of limitations that prevents bringing the case.

As the world knows, Katy is under police investigation following Ruby's stunning claims the singer sexually assaulted her at a nightclub in Melbourne in 2010. We're told if police investigators find evidence of a crime, they can turn the case over to prosecutors, who can then bring charges against Katy.

Jacqueline Harris, a rep for the Office of Public Prosecution in Victoria, Australia, tells us ... "There is no statute of limitations on prosecuting indictable (serious) crimes in Victoria."
Harris went on ... "The law at the time the alleged offence was committed applies to criminal proceedings and sentencing for historical offences."

Karen Read Hit With Lawsuit From Witnesses She Blamed ... Now They Want Payback!

Four witnesses from the Karen Read saga are flipping the script -- suing her and blogger “Turtleboy” for allegedly trying to turn them into murder suspects.

Jennifer McCabe, Brian Albert, Colin Albert and Brian Higgins filed a lawsuit Thursday in Massachusetts, claiming Read teamed up with Aidan Kearney -- aka Turtleboy -- to push a narrative that they -- not her -- were responsible for the death of Boston cop John O'Keefe.

According to the complaint, Read and Kearney “worked hand in hand” to spread what they call a deliberate web of lies ... all in an effort to shift blame away from Read after O’Keefe was found dead outside a home in January 2022.

Kearney, however, is pushing back ... telling us, "For 3 years I have relentlessly investigated the killing of John O’Keefe. Norfolk County and the MSP spent millions to convict Karen Read but they failed. Twice. Twice juries rejected the Commonwealth’s claim that Karen Read did this.

A Michigan teenager was abducted from her bus stop at gunpoint this week ... and the scary incident was caught on camera.

You can see the horrifying situation unfold in the clip -- a gray SUV pulls up to the curb in a residential neighborhood in the Detroit metro area. A male steps out and urgently walks over to the bus stop, where he then points a gun at the victim -- a 16-year-old girl -- and forces her into his vehicle before driving off.

The kidnapping went down Monday just before 7 AM, according to police.

DETAILING THE INCIDENT

TMZ also obtained the gut-wrenching 911 audio -- listen above -- the victim's schoolmate describes the shocking situation and reveals the man was wearing a mask. The caller, a minor, becomes emotional at one point and says she was scared ... but is able to cough up a description of the victim and the suspect.

Sources confirm to TMZ ... the acclaimed actor will return as Pete "Maverick" Mitchell for the famed franchise's third installment.

White House Secret Service Tackles Vehicle-Barrier Jumper

A man tried to jump a barrier at the White House Thursday ... but he didn't get far, TMZ has learned.

A Secret Service official tells TMZ ... shortly after 11:30 AM, a man was detained by uniformed U.S. Secret Service police officers after jumping over a vehicle bollard near the Treasury Building on the northeast side of the complex.

We're told officers encountered the individual near a pedestrian gate, where he engaged in a physical altercation before being taken into custody.

Former Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax & Wife Dead in Apparent Murder-Suicide

Former Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax was found dead Thursday after an apparent murder-suicide, TMZ has learned.

D.C.'s WJLA-TV currently has a live stream outside the couple's home, where the incident happened.

The Fairfax County Police Department tells TMZ ... Fairfax, 47, and his wife were found dead at their home in Annandale, VA from gunshot wounds, with her body found in the basement and his in the bedroom.

According to police, Fairfax shot his wife dead and then turned the gun on himself.

Brian Hooker See Ya, Bahamas ... Gotta Go See My Sick Mom

Brian Hooker hightailed it out of the Bahamas to visit his ailing mother, leaving behind the yacht named "Soulmate." His wife Lynette's location is still a mystery nearly two weeks after she allegedly fell overboard on a dinghy as it was traveling to the larger boat.

Brian's attorney, Terrel Butler, tells TMZ ... Brian left the Bahamas Wednesday to attend to his mother, who is sick.

While he's gone, Brian's keeping his boat anchored in Marsh Harbour, a town in the Abaco Islands, Bahamas, while police and the U.S. Coast Guard continue their search for Lynette. TMZ just obtained photos of Brian's "Soulmate" yacht parked at a dock.

A Coast Guard official told TMZ Tuesday ... they are still "conducting a criminal investigation into the disappearance of Mrs. Hooker." And the Royal Bahamas Police Force says Brian remains a suspect in the case.

Offset Shooting FBI Launches Investigation ... Releases Pics of Perps, Vehicles

Offset's shooting is no longer a local case in Florida ... the case has gone federal with the FBI now investigating, and releasing a bunch of photos of suspects and getaway vehicles.

The FBI in Miami just issued a statement with photos showing the alleged perpetrators and their two Chevrolet SUVs, one of which is a matte gray Tahoe and the other is a black Suburban.

In the pics, one dude is jabbering on his cellphone while another is walking around one of the SUVs, and other snaps show the suspects interacting with each other. An FBI official confirmed to TMZ ... the photos are related to last week's Offset shooting.

Ashlee Jenae was involved in a dispute with her fiancé Joe McCann before her tragic death in Tanzania earlier this month ... something local police say is now part of an active investigation.

According to North Unguja Regional Police Commander Benedict Mapujira, the couple had a falling out at the luxury resort Zuri Zanzibar ... with hotel staff stepping in and separating them into different rooms.
