One of Andrew Tate's girlfriends says he nearly choked her unconscious during a violent sexual encounter 2 weeks ago, prompting her to report the alleged incident to police ... TMZ has learned.

Bri Stern filed a sexual assault report and she claims Andrew attacked her on March 11 while they were staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel … according to sources with direct knowledge.

She's told police Tate began choking her while they were having sex, but it got too rough, and although she begged him to stop, he kept going. Bri says the more she struggled, the more violent he got … and she felt everything getting fuzzy, like she was fading into unconsciousness.

Brittany Fortinberry -- the Indiana teacher charged with sexually abusing children by allegedly asking them to gangbang her while wearing "Scream" masks -- has been ordered to stay the hell away from the alleged victims in her case.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Fortinberry's prohibited from having direct or indirect contact with one of the underage boys involved in the case and she can't go to his house, school or work. If she sees him in public, she has been ordered to stay at least 1,000 feet away.

Prosecutors say the court also issued an order prohibiting Brittany "from having any direct, or indirect, contact with our victims."

TMZ Hip Hop has obtained footage of the "RIP Drake & OVO" coffin DJ Khaled received at his Miami Beach home last month ... making the mystery behind the morbid delivery even weirder!!!

We broke the story back in February ... two men told Khaled's front gate security guard they were delivery workers and got the green light to gain access onto the property.

Dr. Phil appeared on the latest episode of the "2 Angry Men" podcast with Harvey and Mark Geragos, and he had a lot to say about Kim's predicament with Kanye. As we reported, the latest blowup occurred when Kim yanked North out of Kanye's recording studio after Kanye invited the infamous Tate brothers to join them. Kim felt any interaction with the brothers would pose a danger to her kids.

And that's the problem, Phil says. If Kanye's erratic behavior -- which includes telling the world in his view the man makes the final decision on everything -- poses a danger and Kim does nothing, authorities could step in and remove the children from the home.

Lady Gaga is being dragged to court by a surfboard brand who claims she straight up jacked their logo for her new album ... according to a new lawsuit.

Lost International is suing Lady Gaga for trademark infringement for her "Mayhem" album ... claiming they own the rights to the term as used in the surf company’s distinctive logo and that Lady Gaga’s use is basically identical.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Lost says they've been slapping a stylized version of "Mayhem" on their surfboards and merch for over a decade ... and Gaga ripped off the design for her latest album.

"Bluey" might’ve already conquered the U.S. as the No. 1 most streamed series for 2024, but now its upcoming movie could be making a run for awards season, says one of its voice actors, Melanie Zanetti.

We caught up with Melanie on TMZ's "Big Down Under" podcast, and when we asked if she thinks the Bluey movie, set for release in '27, could snag an Oscar for Best Animated Feature, she basically said she and the team are down for whatever success comes their way.

Luke Rockhold believes it's a serious injustice that Cain Velasquez is back behind bars ... and now, he's urging Donald Trump to step in and help remedy the issue.

Rockhold told TMZ Sports on Tuesday he believes Velasquez's attempt to seriously hurt Harry Goularte on a Northern California roadway back in February 2022 was "somewhat justified" -- as the MMA legend believed the man had molested one of CV's close relatives.

Velasquez ended up spending one year behind bars and an additional two under house arrest after he was thrown in jail for the alleged attempted murder ... and Rockhold told us that punishment should have been enough.

Joe Budden is being dragged into court by two neighbors who claim he tried to enter their place while naked and has been causing a ruckus in the building with his podcast.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained a complaint filed by attorney Thomas Mirigliano on behalf of John and Yuliya Aksoy, who claim Budden, his podcast co-host Melyssa Ford, and the condo association have engaged in a "campaign of intimidation and retribution" after the Aksoys raised complaints about the disruption from Budden recording his highly rated podcast in the building.

John and Yuliya both claim they confronted Budden about the excessive noise from the podcast and complained about Budden and co. smoking weed in the condo's common area, leaving ashes on the property, and creating a hazardous health situation for their young daughter.
