9/26 -- 12:07 PM PT -- According to a new police report -- obtained by TMZ -- Dylan’s blood test found no ethyl alcohol, and no impairing drugs were detected.

"Nip/Tuck" star Dylan Walsh looked rattled and shaken after his violent car crash ... he's seen on police body cam explaining to officers how the harrowing incident unfolded.

In the intense footage -- obtained by TMZ -- cops rush up to Walsh's SUV just moments after he swerved into oncoming traffic and slammed into two utility poles. Daily Mail was first to report on the bodycam.

Walsh's wife, Leslie, is seen getting treated for her injuries as she lays on the street ... and you can hear Dylan tell cops he was behind the wheel. He adds he isn’t sure how the crash happened ... saying he looked down, and the next thing he knew they were in the wreck.

7:21 AM PT -- Cops tell TMZ Sports ... Rudi Johnson died by suicide in Florida just after midnight on Tuesday.

Dr. Oz is tempering President Trump's recent comments on Tylenol use among pregnant women and its possible links to Autism ... clarifying when acetaminophen should be used, and when it should be avoided.

Oz, who is Trump's Administrator for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, joined us on "TMZ Live" Tuesday and offered more clarity on a lot of what Trump said during a White House briefing.

Trump went hard on Tylenol and basically told pregnant mothers to never use it and to not give it to their babies ... but Dr. Oz told us there is one circumstance where Tylenol may be necessary.

Gordon Ramsay was the target of another "swatting" incident … after someone made a bogus 911 call claiming there was a shooting at the celebrity chef's Bel Air mansion.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... LAPD got a call around 8 PM Monday, and the caller claimed he'd shot his brother -- described as a chef -- along with his nephew, and was armed with a black revolver

The caller also claimed he was using heroin and was refusing to leave the house.

Still, he’s finding strength in honoring her legacy by changing his life and going back to church to find peace because that’s what she would want.

We're told the ladies said they were in a chess club, but didn't reveal who the club's president was. Over the next several months, our sources say the women came into the shop and posed for 3-dimensional pics in stylish outfits.

Zac Efron and Nina Dobrev were spotted looking pretty chummy with each other this week ... getting close as they chatted on a yacht during their sun-soaked getaway with friends in Sardinia.
