Jack Avery’s been through the wringer lately -- and after ex-Gabbie Gonzalez’s alleged murder-for-hire plot, he’s taking zero chances ... TMZ has learned he’s officially out of L.A.

Sources close to the situation tell us Jack left town on Thursday with his mom, girlfriend, and daughter Lavender -- whom he shares with Gabbie -- because after her arrest last week, he no longer felt safe staying in the city with his daughter.

We’re told things got even more unsettling when Gabbie was released Friday after posting a $2 Million bail ... with Jack believing she’s a potential flight risk and still deeply concerned over the seriousness of the allegations.

Mackenzie Shirilla and Dominic Russo’s relationship was unraveling in the days before the deadly crash, according to text messages obtained by TMZ.

The heated messages -- exchanged by the couple, roughly a week before the accident which ultimately claimed Dom's life -- show the couple locked in an emotional argument surrounding Dom needing some space from Mackenzie.

In one exchange, Mackenzie tells Dom that she has "so much hate" and claims it stems from everything he put her through ... without getting specific.

Courtney Stodden is recovering from breast reduction surgery ... and there's video of her going under the knife, plus a look at her old implants.

Courtney's transformation went down Friday at Dr. Stuart Linder's plastic surgery office in Beverly Hills, and footage shows her on an operating table listening to a Britney Spears classic before the anesthesia kicks in.

"90 Day Fiancé" star Thais Ramone is no longer facing potential jail time after prosecutors declined to move forward with a domestic battery charge against the reality star ... TMZ has learned.

According to court records, Thais was facing a misdemeanor domestic battery charge, and the case was sent to prosecutors for a filing determination back on May 22.

A couple of days later, on May 24, the charge was dropped.

According to a new court filing, obtained by TMZ, federal prosecutors claim the former live-in assistant went into damage-control mode immediately after the "Friends" star's death -- allegedly directing another person to destroy ketamine evidence, shredding documents, and scrubbing digital records.

The feds say Iwamasa repeatedly lied to investigators, too ... first by allegedly hiding the fact he injected Perry with multiple ketamine shots on the day of his death, then later claiming Perry had hidden ketamine bottles himself.

Prosecutors say that wasn't true.

Lindsie Chrisley is dealing with a new legal headache ... 'cause TMZ has learned she was arrested in Georgia over the weekend.

According to jail records, obtained by TMZ, the "Chrisley Knows Best" alum was arrested Saturday night on suspicion of DUI and booked into jail before bonding out early Sunday morning.

Lindsie tells TMZ ... "I got pulled over speeding past a car on a two lane road because they almost hit an animal and I was trying to miss hitting them and whatever the animal was."

Casey Anthony is back on familiar turf ... 'cause TMZ has learned she was spotted bargain hunting in Central Florida after spending much of the last year in New Hampshire.

TMZ has obtained video and pictures of Casey hitting up a TJ Maxx in Lake Mary around 12:50 PM Sunday alongside two women. A witness tells us Casey and the women were laughing and browsing fitness clothes together and at one point Casey was overheard talking about the face cream she uses.
