Mackenzie Shirilla's legal troubles weren't the focus of one particular jail call with her mom ... her booty was.

In a recording obtained by TMZ, Mackenzie and her mother, Natalie, spend part of a conversation laughing over comments Mackenzie received after one of her court appearances ... with a friend apparently fixated on how she looked rather than what was happening in the courtroom.

Take a listen to the exchange ... Mackenzie reads a message from a woman named Kendra, who says she watched a livestream of the proceedings and immediately noticed something different when Mackenzie walked in.

Celeste Beard Johnson saw red when she was getting grilled behind bars ... to the point that she freaked out on interviewer David Scott.

In a clip from the upcoming season 4 finale of "Interview with a Killer," you can see her start to shake when he accuses her of living in an "alternate reality."

As David's talking, Celeste -- who's serving a life sentence over the death of her late husband, Steven Beard -- gets so mad that she hangs up and turns around ... declaring to the guard that she's done with the conversation. But it doesn't end there ...

Matt Brown's brother was seen talking with police near the Washington river where an unidentified man disappeared as authorities continue searching for answers in the mystery surrounding the former "Alaskan Bush People" star's whereabouts ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Gabe Brown was seen at the river location Thursday speaking with authorities. We're told law enforcement first spoke with Gabe on Wednesday as part of its ongoing investigation.

We broke the story ... sources told us last week Gabe is the only family member who occasionally still communicates with Matt, though we're told their contact is rare.

2:36 PM -- A judge has granted the temporary protective order.

Kris Jenner and her famous family say they're living in fear of a man they claim has spent years trying to get close to them ... and now they're asking a judge to step in and order him to keep his distance.

According to new court documents, obtained by TMZ, Kris has filed for a temporary restraining order against Kyle Robert DeWick -- a Colorado man she describes as a "stalker" with "no relationship whatsoever" to her or her family.

Kris claims DeWick has been fixated on the Kardashian-Jenner clan for years and believes he has an obsession with Kylie Jenner. Kris says DeWick has repeatedly attempted to contact family members, shown up near their homes, and recently tried to gain access to properties owned by or located near the family.

The one-handed woman who went viral after a police officer ticketed her for driving while using her phone with a hand she doesn't have says the cop doesn't need to apologize ... he just needs training!

TMZ caught up with the trailblazer, Florida resident Katie Thomas, after her case was dismissed this week for lack of evidence ... and she tells TMZ the unnamed officer has nothing to apologize for. Instead, she thinks he just needs some practice with people with limb differences and other disabilities. But, she knows you can only lead a horse to the water, and says he needs to yearn to learn.

Katie also gives us insight into why she believes the officer insisted she was using her phone in her right hand despite being shown she doesn't have one ... it's all in the clip.

Mackenzie Shirilla hasn't been a model prisoner in her last few years behind bars ... at least according to prison officials, who say she's committed a number of rule violations -- including several of a sexual nature.

We've obtained conduct reports about a bunch of alleged rule violations during Shirilla's time behind bars ... including altering prison clothes and possessing contraband.

For example, officials say they caught Shirilla with a prescription medication that wasn't hers in January 2025 ... as well as "a personal photo of herself containing drug use." In her statement on the incident, cops say Shirilla told them the photo didn't have drug use in it -- and insisted the pills they found with her were actually prenatal vitamins she got from someone else.

Swing and a miss for Bill Cosby ... he struck out in his attempt at a second chance to defend himself from Donna Motsinger's rape allegations.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Cosby's motion for a new trial has been denied.

The disgraced comedian filed the motion last month, asking a judge for a new trial after a jury ordered him to pay Motsinger nearly $60 Million in total damages ... the judge's ruling came down Friday, and it's not the result Cosby was looking for.

Rapper Stunna Girl found herself behind bars Thursday night in North Carolina after she was arrested for failure to appear in court in a different case that's been hanging over he head for nearly a decade ... TMZ has learned.

The "Pretty Privilege" artist was arrested by the Mooresville Police Department during a traffic stop while she was in a black and white Mercedes, according to police records.

It's not clear what led to the traffic stop ... though it resulted in her being booked into the Iredell County Detention Center for failure to appear in court over a previous charge.

She didn't get too comfy in the clink, 'cause it appears she was released hours later on a $3,500 bond.

"The Crash" victim Dominic Russo’s sister Christine is ripping Mackenzie Shirilla and her mom, Natalie Shirilla, for yakking about Mackenzie's male admirers while she sits in prison.

Christine's listened to the jail calls and is NOT pleased, telling TMZ ... "She knows now her calls are recorded and that people have been reviewing them, you can tell how she’s carefully using her words."

Dominic's sister adds ... "And I think it’s sad her mother condones her talking to strange men she doesn’t know. Like I said 100 times, and I’ll say it again till the day I die, that woman needs to tell her daughter to pick up a Bible and beg the Lord to save her soul, NOT WORRY ABOUT STRANGE OLDER MEN. GO TO THERAPY, GET HELP FOR YOUR KID.”

Carl Radke says plenty of the "Summer House" cast is still scratching their heads over Amanda Batula and West Wilson's relationship timeline.

We caught up with Carl at LAX on Friday, and he told us "a lot of us are still confused" about exactly when Amanda and West's romance began. According to Carl, viewers are watching the cast try to piece everything together in real time during the reunion.

Amanda and West explained during part 1 of the season 10 reunion that their relationship developed gradually. They said their first kiss happened in February and that they didn't have sex until after officially defining their relationship at the end of March.

A family member says they saw Matt Brown near the Washington river where an unidentified man later disappeared ... and the sighting happened just hours before police launched a search.

The former "Alaskan Bush People" star's relative tells TMZ ... they spotted Matt around 8 AM Wednesday near Driscoll Island Wildlife Area off Highway 97 in Oroville, Washington ... less than a mile from where a witness later reported seeing a man swept away in the Okanogan River.

According to the relative, the location is a campground and fishing hole Matt is known to frequent. The family member also tells us Matt owns a firearm.

New court docs, obtained by TMZ, show the NBA star pulls in $3,364,911 in gross monthly income, while his ex, Alexandria Desroches, makes around $1,016 per month.

The docs say Anthony is paying around $5,000 a month in child support to Desroches.
