Taylor Frankie Paul is facing a new legal battle ... 'cause Utah's Division of Child and Family Services has filed a petition asking a juvenile court to find her three children are "abused, neglected or dependent" and order protective supervision ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ ... Utah DCFS filed the petition this week, asking the court to take jurisdiction over the "Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star's children with ex-husband Tate Paul and ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen and set the matter for an expedited hearing.

The filing asks a judge to find the children meet Utah's legal definition of "abused, neglected or dependent children" and to order protective supervision services, appoint a guardian ad litem to represent the children and issue any additional orders deemed to be in their best interests.

The petition also references the family's prior history with DCFS and ongoing custody matters involving the fathers of Taylor's children as part of the agency's request for court intervention.

"Dancing with the Stars" pro Gleb Savchenko has filed a request for an emergency child custody order as he claims his ex has kept their kids in Hong Kong since 2023 ... TMZ has learned.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Gleb shares two daughters, Olivia and Zlata, with his ex-wife Elena Samodanova ... and following their divorce, the girls relocated to Hong Kong with their mother.

But Gleb claims they agreed the move was only meant to be temporary and the kids were supposed to return to the United States by June 30, 2024 ... that never happened, and he now says Elena refuses to send them back.

Taylor Frankie Paul's taken a few Ls this year ... but she just won big in court and was granted her temporary restraining order against her ex's friend, TMZ has learned.

New court docs, obtained by TMZ, show that the court's siding with Taylor against Dakota Mortensen's friend, Cru Eaton.

In case you missed it, TFP had accused Cru -- the friend who posted the video of her sobbing during a blow-out fight with Dakota on TikTok -- of stalking and harassing her.

The woman who recorded Shia LaBeouf asking her to leave him and his family alone -- while he was in a grocery store parking lot -- has been arrested for stalking ... TMZ has learned.

Louisiana Police arrested 40-year-old Alyssa Couture on Monday and booked her on a stalking charge. The arrest came hours after Alyssa posted a video of a heated confrontation -- as she sat in her car, Shia told her to buzz off because she was scaring his dad.

The New Orleans Police Department isn't identifying Couture's alleged victim -- it's policy -- but the timing seems to point to the actor or someone connected to him calling the cops.

In the clip, Shia adds "God bless you" several times ... and, while it's an intense clip, it looks like Shia keeps calm and speaks only loud enough to be heard through the window.

"Married to Medicine: Los Angeles" star Colin Dias says he's not trying to have his ex-wife whacked ... vehemently denying her claims that he's cooking up a murder-for-hire plot ... and alleging she's the real menace.

In a statement to TMZ, Dr. Dias' attorney -- Robert Eisfelder -- says his client denies Lia Jones' allegations and claims her latest filing ignores a lengthy history between the former couple.

We broke the story ... Lia beelined it to court Monday and filed for a domestic violence restraining order against Colin, claiming a neighbor told her Colin asked them "what would it cost to get rid of [her]." She claimed Colin talked to the neighbor about guns and was "actively looking and recruiting" someone to murder her.

Colin's attorney says it's all BS, though.

Eminem's ex-wife, Kim Scott, was arrested after cops were called to her home over her attempted suicide ... police say she bit one of the officers who tried to help her.

TMZ obtained a police report stemming from the July 11, 2026, incident at her Michigan home. Officers were dispatched after a call claiming Kim attempted suicide.

The officers say they arrived at the home and found Kim in the basement. The report says Kim screamed at the cops to "get the f*** out of my house."

The Massachusetts mom accused of brutally murdering her three young children wants a group of mothers who say they've battled postpartum depression and psychosis to help with her insanity defense ... saying numerous women have come forward offering to testify at her murder trial.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Lindsay Clancy's attorney says the mothers contacted him to share their own experiences with postpartum mental illness -- including thoughts of killing themselves or others, hearing voices, and feeling ordered by those voices to act.

Lindsay's defense is now asking the judge for permission to present testimony from the women at trial ... arguing such testimony would show jurors the symptoms are very real and not simply "made up" to dodge responsibility for a crime.

Hong Kong is Olivia's permanent home and legal residency. Ironically, Gleb himself holds a Permanent Resident card there. Olivia was scheduled to return to Hong Kong on June 5th, but her father wrongfully canceled her ticket without my permission. This is a wrongful international retention."

Stefon Diggs is slamming the man suing him for alleged sexual assault … and he vehemently denies whipping out his penis while they were hanging out.

The NFL star called out Christopher Griffith as they continue their back-and-forth in court ... saying Griffith's claims about Stefon's penis is "completely false and defamatory."

As we've reported, Stefon sued Chris for spreading alleged lies about him, and Christopher countersued over an alleged assault on May 22, 2023, at Stefon's Maryland home.

Christopher claims Stefon took out his penis and tried to make sexual advances, which Chis rejected, after Stefon drugging him. He said Stefon had his brother and two other men attack him a week later to keep him silent. Stefon says the entire thing never happened and Christopher caused his rep harm.

In a statement to TMZ, Dr. Dias' attorney -- Robert Eisfelder -- says his client denies Lia Jones' allegations and claims her latest filing ignores a lengthy history between the former couple. The attorney says the court previously awarded Colin sole legal and physical custody of the couple's two minor children and contends the children have been "thriving" while in his care. Eisfelder claims Lia is seeking to modify the existing custody orders at a hearing scheduled for July 28.

"Married to Medicine: Los Angeles" star Lia Jones claims her ex-husband Colin Dias tried to hire a neighbor to murder her ... and now she's begging for court-ordered protection.

Lia beelined it to court Monday and filed a domestic violence restraining order against Colin, claiming a neighbor told her Colin asked them "what would it cost to get rid of [her]."

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the reality TV star claims the neighbor told her Colin said he could get a "clean gun" to have her whacked. Lia claims Colin is "actively looking and recruiting to have it done."

Maggie Grace quietly pulled the plug on her marriage many months ago ... 'cause TMZ has learned the "Lost" actress secretly filed for divorce from husband Brent Bushnell last year.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Maggie filed a petition to dissolve the couple's marriage in Washington state in May 2025, stating the marriage is "irretrievably broken." The filing says she and Brent actually began living in separate households in October 2024.

The docs show the couple already worked out many of the details before heading to court, referencing both a premarital agreement and a property settlement and separation agreement signed in March 2025.

The Davie Police Department just released images of the alleged injuries Geno Smith and his female employee sustained during an incident at his home ... fresh off the investigation being put on ice due to a lack of evidence.

In the pictures, Smith had three visible marks on his face ... and cops stated the New York Jets quarterback also had a bump on his head, although it's hard to spot in the snapshot taken at the scene.

As for the woman, there was a bloody abrasion between her thumb and index finger. She also had a notable bruise on her arm.

Eminem's ex-wife, Kim Scott, attempted suicide on Saturday before she was rushed to a Michigan hospital ... according to dispatch audio. 

TMZ obtained the 911 call that came from Kim's house, and it kicks off with the dispatcher telling first responders they need to be routed to an address in Chesterfield for a "suicide attempt."

The dispatcher quotes the caller, saying his aunt cut her wrist with a knife.
